AAA KikiLocation wise is good as it’s right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance from the ferry dock and train station but stairs and cobblestones make it hard to drag your luggage. The only redeeming quality about the room is its size. The quadruple room is a good size for 4 adults with 4 luggages. However the amenities are close to nothing, the wifi is crap and the TV is always faulty. Cleanliness is average - doors are chipped and rusty, the tub is also chipped and dirty. We stayed quite a lot of nights and after the first two nights it’s like the housekeeping staff gave up on properly cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities. Would stay again only as a last resort.

GGuest UserThe location is 4 stops from Lucerne Railway Station, Lines 6 and 8 can be reached. Here is a stop road of 100-200 meters. In fact, it is very close. There are no shops around. It is a bit quiet. We have just come from the hustle and bustle of Zurich. I am very satisfied with this location.
Facing Lake Lucerne and a large lawn, when the weather is good, the locals spread a blanket on the grass for various sunbathing, and jumped into Lake Lucerne to swim when it was hot, it was really relaxing. There is also a small playground on the side, and the children have to put electricity here for a while every day.
Looking out of the room window, you can see the beautiful view. The bed was also very comfortable, with self-service water, coffee, tea and apples in the corridor. It made up for the regret that there was no hot water bottle in the room, and there was no small refrigerator in the ps room. I didn't have to buy food.
The only thing that is not good is the renovation of the old house. The bathroom in the room is the kind of Jiboli's overall bathroom. The place is small and there is a risk of water leakage. The bath needs to close the door, pull the shower curtain, and cushion the floor towel.
Breakfast 19 francs per person, the restaurant has a good view and the food is average.
Service attitude is very good, enthusiastic, I am worried about the weather, they also help me check the web cam and suggest me to try it on the mountain.
There is a mobile cooling air conditioner, friends who are worried about the hot weather can rest assured.

黄黄Hotel location is excellent, look at Lake Lucerne, breakfast is good, suitable for children but not extra bed, no parking. The attitude of the service staff is not bad, anyway, I will choose this one next time

GGuest UserHotel location is very good, we walked to Lucerne two hours in the morning, the balcony window is the spire of the church. Small, like a family hotel, the key is left in the envelope on the front desk, no staff provides other counselling services. The room did not have air conditioning, and I woke up in the middle of the night and found that there was a desktop fan. Overall, the price is not high, did not sleep well

We stayed at this accommodation in Lucerne for 2 nights, but the accommodation was very dark and uncomfortable
The bathroom was very old-fashioned, and the elevator was narrow and uncomfortable
I brought a shower filter and turned on the water, and the color of the filter changed right away. (I've been to many places in Europe, but this is the first time this has happened.)
The parking lot was a bit far (3 minutes on foot) and there was no discount on parking. It was a bit expensive
However, the location is very good, and I highly recommend it to those who are traveling by train for 1 or 2 nights (the place is very good for the price)

AAnonymous UserThe space is quite large and well-designed, without feeling cheap. The lighting is a bit dim, but that's common in Switzerland, and the lighting design here is actually quite good. Check-in and check-out are fully self-service, which works perfectly. The only downside is navigating a lot of stairs with luggage in the old town.

JJiyufeifeiThree stops from the train station, or a 20-minute walk. Breakfast is a self-service buffet with a good variety of options and tasty food. The downside is that the facilities are a bit old, possibly due to the location. The bathtub is quite vintage, and the light switches also have an old-fashioned feel, as do the bedside lamps. The bed is a bit old too, and the room has poor soundproofing. There was a tour group in the middle of the night, and one of the older women's voices was deafening. Given the economical price, sometimes you can accept these things when considering the value.

QQINYUANLocation is very central in the old city part but warned that it's not acceptable with a car and the actual check-in happens in a nearby sister property. Wish we get this info in advance especially since we were with a car and was truly hectic getting to check-in. Room decent but don't expect much.
