3-Star Hotels in Lucerne

Location wise is good as it’s right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance from the ferry dock and train station but stairs and cobblestones make it hard to drag your luggage. The only redeeming quality about the room is its size. The quadruple room is a good size for 4 adults with 4 luggages. However the amenities are close to nothing, the wifi is crap and the TV is always faulty. Cleanliness is average - doors are chipped and rusty, the tub is also chipped and dirty. We stayed quite a lot of nights and after the first two nights it’s like the housekeeping staff gave up on properly cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities. Would stay again only as a last resort.

The hotel is in a great location, directly facing the lake and mountain views. But there are also many shortcomings: 1) The room is small, and it is a bit difficult to move with two large pieces of luggage; 2) The breakfast is average, and there is not much to choose from. 3) Luggage handling is a problem, because you can't park at the door of the hotel, and the parking garage is across the road, so you have to drag your luggage yourself. There are two steps from the road to the hotel lobby, and there is no elevator. Of course, the beautiful waitress is very enthusiastic and will help with the luggage. The service attitude of the waiter is very good.

Hotel location is very good, we walked to Lucerne two hours in the morning, the balcony window is the spire of the church. Small, like a family hotel, the key is left in the envelope on the front desk, no staff provides other counselling services. The room did not have air conditioning, and I woke up in the middle of the night and found that there was a desktop fan. Overall, the price is not high, did not sleep well

Really was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. Comfortable clean rooms, clean towels, comfortable beds and duvets, super friendly front desk, and really great location. A special mention of the quality breakfast spread which I look forward every morning. Strongly recommended.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! During the Spring Festival, it was less than 500 a night, which was perfect for a solo traveler. It even has a charming, vintage-style small balcony. It's less than a 10-minute walk from Lucerne train station, and directly below it is what feels like Lucerne's main commercial street. It's also very close to Migros. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Switzerland!

A fun hotel that worth staying in. Convenient location and clean rooms. However, there is room for improvement for housekeeping service ( there is a banana peel in the toilet bin when we checked in, and the toilet papers were almost used up)

Было позднее заселение, для нас оставили конверт с инструкцией и ключами, позвонив на ресепшен оказалось что менеджер говорит на 6 языках, в том числе и по русски, провел инструктаж удаленно. Отдельная благодарность менеджеру Bangin Salih за оперативную помощь с заселением и внимательное отношение к гостям. Было приятно чувствовать заботу и готовность помочь в любой ситуации. Очень порадовало качество постельного белья, а одеяло и подушки словно облако 💔 Чистота, сервис и особенно завтрак выше всех похвал 😍

We traveled by renting a car in Switzerland We stayed at this accommodation in Lucerne for 2 nights, but the accommodation was very dark and uncomfortable The bathroom was very old-fashioned, and the elevator was narrow and uncomfortable I brought a shower filter and turned on the water, and the color of the filter changed right away. (I've been to many places in Europe, but this is the first time this has happened.) The parking lot was a bit far (3 minutes on foot) and there was no discount on parking. It was a bit expensive However, the location is very good, and I highly recommend it to those who are traveling by train for 1 or 2 nights (the place is very good for the price)

Location is very central in the old city part but warned that it's not acceptable​ with a car and the actual check-in happens in a nearby sister property. Wish we get this info in advance especially since we were with a car and was truly hectic getting to check-in. Room decent but don't expect much.

The apartment is in a very strategic location, with a tram stop nearby and Luzern Train Station within walking distance, making it very convenient. The staff also responded promptly to our inquiries.
