3-Star Hotels in Yerevan

Good hotel. Conveniently located in the center, but in the courtyards, so it is quiet. Of the minuses, trip.com shows that it is located right next to the opera house, and the hotel is on Pushkin Street. Another minus is that the courtyard is closed with barriers on 3 sides and in order for the car to drive directly to the hotel, you need to call the reception. But if you do not have heavy bags, then it is not far. But it is very quiet. On Pushkin, life is in full swing all night. Pros - central location, everything is within walking distance. - quiet, clean, quite cozy. They clean and change towels every day. Breakfast - a buffet, modest, but varied. Enough for 5.

The best hotel in the city center, hands down. The front desk staff are wonderful, and the management is top-notch. David was incredibly helpful 🤍, always responding to my requests with genuine care. The breakfast is fantastic; they have everything you need, and the products are excellent and super fresh – truly the best breakfast in Yerevan 🙏. Hospitality here isn't just a word, it's a genuine experience 🫶.

Nice little hotel, not directly in the center but close and easy access to metro. It's close to a busy street so better prepare earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Room was fine, very clean and tidy bathroom. Wifi was not that great and the TV is very small but at least you can use netflix etc. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast - dry bread, very limited, not really any sweet stuff, the hot dishes weren't tasty at all and the coffee machine looked like it's past its days - very bad coffee. The staff was very kind and helpful though.

Excellent location close to Republic Square in the heart of Yerevan. Clean and comfortable room. Staff are very helpful. I would stay  here again because it’s good value. The road outside the hotel can get congested at peak weekday travel hours, but clear on weekends - my taxi trip to the railway station was under 10 minutes. Good choice of food for breakfast.The only minor thing regarding facilities was that the heating is centrally controlled and although my room was too warm, opening the room windows solved this problem. Tip - if you are arriving at night you need to know the street number because the hotel name is not illuminated and is difficult to see in the dark.

Just checked in and wanted to leave my review now since tomorrow’s my last day in Yerevan and I’ll be busy. I booked one night through Trip.com — everything is exactly as described. The room is clean, cozy, and has some nice extras: a sofa that turns into a small bed, an extra cabinet, a bidet in the bathroom, and they even offered welcome tea and water. The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated. The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need. The location might be a bit tricky to find the first time since the hotel is inside a residential block. But once you get there, it’s easy to reach again. Just look for the small road right after Armeconombank, follow it all the way to the end, and when you reach the backyard, look to your right — you’ll see the building. This review comes after changing many hotels over the past week — and honestly, this one stands out for its value, comfort, and service. Definitely booking again on my next trip to Armenia. وصلت لتوي وحبيت أكتب تقييمي من الآن لأن بكرة آخر يوم لي في يريفان وراح أكون مشغول. حجزت ليلة وحدة فقط عن طريق Trip.com، وكل شيء كان مثل ما هو موصوف بالضبط. الغرفة نظيفة ومريحة، وفيها تفاصيل جميلة مثل كنبة تتحول لسرير صغير، خزانة إضافية، وشطاف في الحمام. كمان قدموا لي شاي وماء ترحيبي، والمرتبة مريحة جدًا وهذا شيء مهم بالنسبة لي. الطاقم محترم ومتعاون جدًا، ما في مصعد في المبنى، لكن يساعدوك في حمل الشنط بدون تردد. الموقع شوي مربك أول مرة لأن الفندق داخل مجمع سكني، لكن بمجرد ما توصله، بتصير الأمور أسهل بعدين. فقط امشِ في الطريق الصغير اللي بعد Armeconombank مباشرة، وكمل للآخر، ولما توصل للباحة الخلفية، شوف على يمينك وراح تلاقي المبنى. أكتب هذا التقييم بعد تجربة وتغيير عدة فنادق خلال هذا الأسبوع، وبصراحة هذا الفندق كان من أفضلهم من ناحية الراحة والسعر والخدمة. أكيد راح أحجز فيه مرة ثانية إذا رجعت لأرمينيا

A very pleasant hotel. It's located uphill from the city center, about a 15-20 minute drive. The room was spacious and bright. The bed was cozy and comfortable for sleeping. However, the pillows were a bit questionable. There were no slippers or toothbrushes provided, which I particularly noticed because I had left all my belongings at another hotel. So, walking on the marble floor barefoot and not having a toothbrush was quite inconvenient. There's a separate reading nook with armchairs, and a dedicated workspace. It was a pleasant stay here.

Good location, only 5 minutes away from the City centre. 24/7 shop is close as well. Very nice staff, checked out at 12:00, left my luggage until 9-10 p.m. Breakfast was solid as well.

Perfect Stay for Solo Female Travelers! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a wonderful stay at the Alem Hotel in Yerevan and highly recommend it, especially for solo female travelers! The hotel feels very safe, welcoming, and secure.One of the best things is its location. It is only a 15-minute drive from the airport, making arrival and departure completely stress-free. It is situated just outside the noisy center, so you can enjoy a peaceful, quiet night's sleep while still having easy access to the city.The property is exceptionally clean, fresh, and well-maintained. As a lovely bonus, you can hear the beautiful sound of birds chirping around the area, which adds a wonderful nature vibe to the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Wonderful hotel with new renovations. The room was cozy and clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel!!

This room description isn't accurate. There's no bath or shower. It's divided into several rooms, and it's very small. And this isn't a hotel, but a private house converted into a rental property.
