The location is great!
The hospitality from the 2 ladies at the reception is awesome, they give you a feeling as you would be at a luxury hotel.
Decent private room for an unbeatable price.
I will come back again :)

Cheap, location just took 10mnts walk from Shin Imamiya Station . Even the room quite small but comfortable enough. Staff very helpful & friendly . Recommended

Overall it was 5/5 for me since I didn’t stay in the room too much. I just needed a place to crash and put my stuff as I was traveling to other cities. Location is very convenient. But the hotel is very basic you’ll need your own towels unless you want to buy them there. You do have a mini fridge in your room.

The property is near to Train Station, just 5 mins walk. You have a single room to yourself, meaning you have the full privacy but paying the price of hostel. The bathroom is shared but it is clean and you need not wait too long to get your bath. All in all good stay and highly recommended for those who are on budget.

Affordable accommodation for those looking to travel on a budget. There is also a lift so you don’t have to climb stairs! The building is a little old, but facilities are functional. You get a room to yourself so there’s more privacy than a hostel, however the walls are thin and I could hear the person in the adjacent room snoring. The curtains are not blackout curtains as well so it may disturb some who are light sleepers.

A small hotel but if you are on a budget this is a perfect choice.room and toilet were clean but i wish they separate the toilet for men and women.nonetheless..location was great only 300m from dobutsuen-mae subway.not that far from sinsekai as well.

Very close to Subway and JR , Room is clean and small but fit to sleep. You should have ear blug or earbuds to sleep well all night. Facility are old but clean. That is reasonable for the price.
