AAnonymous UserCome visit Korla, Xinjiang in the United States as the Eid al-Adha festival approaches! The journey and the car ride were quite tiring. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.

TTianhuangguThe room is actually better than the photos. The layout is very reasonable, the facilities are complete, the hygiene is very clean, and the elevator management is also very good and safe. You need to use the elevator to go upstairs. The mattress is especially comfortable. I am not disappointed. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. Thoughtful, thumbs up to the housekeeping and front desk 👍. Impeccable, clean and tidy, the front desk and security are attentive and helpful in recommending routes and food, and are very patient. LLyyxxuanThe hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station. There's a commercial district right outside the hotel, with a large supermarket and plenty of places to eat. The front desk service was very warm and helpful. We needed a late check-out, and the hotel agreed to it. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The room was large, the mattress was good, and the hotel parking lot was large. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The location of the hotel is also great! There is everything around, and travel is super convenient. Isn't it just like living in the city center? I walked around and ate around here, it was so cozy, I just loved it! The service of the hotel is simply amazing! The staff are super enthusiastic and available at any time. GGuest UserThe room is 30-35 square meters. Although the decoration is not very new, the sound insulation is not very good, and there is a bit of musty smell. After staying for two days, the cleaning was not clean. On the second day, only toothbrushes, water, etc. were put in. It felt like the task was completed. The bathroom is underground Even if there is water, it will not be cleaned up, but the room is quite large, which makes up for the shortcomings! The environment is quiet, and there is breakfast. The lady at the front desk is very nice. It’s good to stay in the city when passing by Seerle!

The most unforgettable thing about this trip to Korla was packing the sincerity of my Uyghur friends into my suitcase. If you also want to experience the warm human feelings when you open the door like I do, rather than the cold feeling of a luxury high-end hotel, I strongly recommend the Jinlan Business Hotel hidden in the Grand Bazaar of Southern Xinjiang.
