The front desk staff are enthusiastic and always smile; the floor waiters are always responsive, and the waiter with job number 55 is careful, conscientious and thoughtful. When he saw us drinking tea, he immediately gave us a large bucket of water. Thank you, this hotel is so nice. Also, the yogurt for breakfast in the restaurant is amazing!

There is a dedicated parking lot, which is very convenient. Breakfast is normal. Fruits, yogurt, and drinks are provided in the room as compensation for the noise of the renovation. There is a little distance to eat in the surrounding area. Overall good.

Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel welcome and secure from the moment I arrived – a perfect experience! The room was also very clean and comfortable; I had such a pleasant stay!

Hotel location is good, parking and travel are very convenient. The rooms are spacious and bright, clean and tidy, well equipped, modern and comfortable. Especially the passage from the lobby to the room is full of green plants, as if entering the ”tropical rain forest”, the winter desolation instantly warmed up, from the small balcony of the room can enjoy the outdoor scenery ～ Breakfast is not bad 😃

The hotel is really fine, the hotel is comfortable and some of the decor is very nice. I'm not sure about the location so much, and even with a view room, I couldn't see much, but I didn't care so much.

Great hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They even brought me some water when they saw me coughing badly, which was very thoughtful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety. I also appreciated that the laundry room came with detergent. There's a gym available too.

Tourists driving from Urumqi through the tunnel to Korla recommend this accommodation. The underfloor heating is excellent, even a bit too warm in winter, and the water pressure is great, making showers comfortable and satisfying. The hotel is beautifully designed, clean, and tidy, with complete facilities and satisfactory service. The security guards, front desk staff, cleaning ladies, and restaurant staff are all very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is spacious and has ample spaces. Highly recommended!

This hotel is a hidden gem, even newer and cleaner than the photos suggest! It was incredibly comfortable; I stayed for five days. The breakfast was good, soundproofing excellent, facilities top-notch, and it was spotlessly clean. The room was spacious, the TV large, and there was a laundry room. The shower water pressure was perfect, and the service was attentive. Plus, it's pet-friendly! It's right next to the Swan River, making for lovely walks in the park. The weather in Korla was also fantastic! Parking is free, and there are many delicious eateries downstairs – so many people come here to eat, it just adds to the comfortable vibe! It’s also very convenient for driving to Bosten Lake. I highly recommend this hotel! If you come to Korla, stay here, and you'll be full of happiness. And remember, Korla's fruits are amazing too!

前台服務挺貼心，房間門口有全身鏡，女生出門前整理儀容很方便😊。酒店門外有停車位。酒店洗衣房免費用，但洗衣機和烘衣機都衹有兩台，排隊時間長，晚上太累根本等不起，回房間也沒地方晾衣服。早餐很一般，根本沒人服務，感覺廚師煮一大鍋炒飯，一大鍋菜出來就下班那種，反正什麼都是又冷又乾又硬，除了應該是冷的酸奶，它是室温的，怕吃了拉肚子。
