MM36084****The room was incredibly new! Much larger than expected, with plenty of room for two suitcases. The hotel is located within an apartment building, with a secure entrance with three locked doors. There were no homeless people around, so it was very quiet. The Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica are a 15-minute walk or two bus stops away. There's also a direct bus to the Colosseum, and other city attractions are easily accessible by bus. The subway station is a 9-minute walk away, making transportation very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby, especially Chinese ones, which are perfect for satisfying your cravings. Free breakfast is delivered to your room every day. Just fill out a breakfast form and submit it to the front desk the day before. If you check in after 6:00 PM, they'll send you an email to assist you. The front desk staff are very helpful. I'll definitely choose this gem of a hotel again!

GGuest UserThis accommodation is near the Colosseum. Check-in is done at the management hotel, which is about a 3-5 minute walk from the accommodation itself. The property is well-maintained and clean, making it a convenient base for exploring everything from the Colosseum to the Vatican. You can easily prepare simple meals, as plates and other essentials are provided, ensuring a comfortable stay. I really appreciated the attentive care from the staff.

GGuest UserMy daughter (10 years old) and I are delighted with the hotel. Everything is great, starting from the location (close to Termini station), ending with the wonderful staff and the cleanliness of the room.
The staff is very friendly, they help with all issues. The room is clean, simply sterile. White and the towels are ironed and without a single stain. In the bathroom there is delicious-smelling soap and shower gel.
The reception is open from 8 am to 10 pm. During this time, there is unlimited coffee, hot chocolate, water and tea. My daughter really liked the chocolate with milk.
The mattresses are very comfortable, soft enough.
What is missing is one chair in the room, although the room is double.
In general, I recommend visiting.

The location is a bonus: right across from the hotel is a functioning basilica and many delicious restaurants. The street is quiet, even though it's close to the train station, but it's not near the train station. I can confidently recommend it to my friends and subscribers. I filmed a review of the room on my YouTube channel.

YYAOVery close to the train station. About 5 minutes walk. There are meals and supermarkets downstairs. There is no obvious sign outside the hotel gate. Find the 27th and go up to the 5th floor. The room is not big. But clean. There is no noise of domestic youth travel. I can't check in early, but I can stock my luggage first. Surprisingly, the front desk brother actually returned a few simple Chinese words.

DDamicoLa struttura è abbastanza centrale, vicinanza di mezzi pubblici. Difficile parcheggiare per chi arriva in macchina. Il personale è gentile disponibile e cordiale. Le stanze economiche sono datate come arredamento e servizi. Ma per il prezzo pagato va più che bene.

I live on the second floor and have a balcony.
