Excellent hotel, welcoming staff, even checked us in early. The spa is fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel! The observation deck is nearby, so you can walk up and enjoy the beauty of Cappadocia! The hotel has a restaurant, and guests get a 15% discount (a nice touch).

I had to sit in the lobby for 3 hours as the hotel would not give me early check-in. They said it was fully booked but I hardly saw many guests in the lobby and at breakfast. I got a crappy room which was rather hot and the window could not close properly. There are cats prowling around the hotel. One guest complained that a stray cat got into the restaurant and jumped on her table. She got scratched and had to get 4 doses of rabies injections.Tge breakfast was also average. I ordered an eggplant soup on my first night and it was cold and not tasty. The bread came with no butter and was cold.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and informed the hotel beforehand that we were newlyweds. To our delight, they prepared a beautifully decorated romantic room and welcomed us with a delicious plate of fresh fruits. We were truly touched by this thoughtful gesture and felt the warmth of genuine Turkish hospitality. The hotel serves a classic Turkish breakfast, which was both delicious and satisfying. Its location is excellent — very convenient for any tour pick-ups and only a 5-minute walk from the Sunset/Sunrise panorama viewpoint. There’s also a lovely terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of Göreme. The only downside was that the room did not have air conditioning, and the provided fan was not strong enough to keep it cool, so it felt quite hot inside. We even had to sleep with the doors open. Other than that, we are very happy we chose this hotel and would gladly recommend it for its hospitality, location, and charm.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Sultan. The staff were amazing & helped us very much! A big shoutout to Darina, Yunus & all the rest who has helped us so attentively & replied to our messages whenever they can! One thing I would change about my trip is to make all my bookings with them! They actually have a list of vendors they worked with & in house tours which we can signed up for. We went for the Breakfast Tour & the Hammam at their sister’s hotel, both of it we absolutely loved. We would also like to commend Shams’ hospitality in guiding us on the Breakfast Tour, making our stay in Cappadocia such an enjoyable & restorative one ❤️

A beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience. Goreme is so beautiful and this hotel is located not too far from the central places where you can find lots of great restaurants and souvenir shops. The room is naturally cool and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere at the hotel and the outside seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Goreme Treasure Cave Hotel | Aza gets rave reviews, great value for money! This hotel is a sister property to Sultan Cave Suites, sharing facilities, but Aza offers significantly better value! The rooms are larger, have better views, and even come with their own pools. Crucially, it's much quieter than Sultan – Sultan's front-facing rooms can be noisy due to the restaurant and bar, whereas Aza is completely peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep. If you value quiet, this is the place to be. (Sometimes you can hear hallway noise when people enter the room next door, but overall it's quiet. However, the stairs can be challenging for elderly guests). The breakfast is incredibly generous, with the scrambled eggs and beef being a must-try. The food is plentiful and satisfying. If you want to see the hot air balloon sunrise, you can head directly to Sultan's observation deck for photos – you get the best of both worlds. The hotel's recommended excursions are a bit pricey; I suggest booking through a restaurant owner in town for much better deals. The SPA experience was a wonderful surprise – professional techniques and just the right amount of pressure. It offers far better value than other places in town and is my top pick for relaxation. What was most heartwarming was that my non-refundable booking dropped in price upon arrival, and Trip.com proactively refunded the difference. The hotel even upgraded me for free to a suite with a fireplace! A staff member kindly helped chop wood and start the fire. Listening to the sound of wood chopping in the courtyard and watching the warm glow of the fire in the room truly enhanced the cave accommodation experience – it was unforgettable. The cave room was very comfortable, the pool view was absolutely stunning, and the overall experience was perfect. If you're coming to Goreme, you can't go wrong with this place!

Very bad breakfast, limited choices and bad quality. Room service was not great barely changing bins. No new towels and no new soaps. Great reception, pretty nice rooms, great location near shops and restaurants.

I stayed here for a short trip and found the hotel clean, comfortable, and well located for exploring Rotorua. Check-in was smooth and staff were helpful during my stay. The room was quiet and had everything needed for a short visit. Overall, it was a convenient base for sightseeing and I would consider staying again for another trip.

For all you ladies looking to snap some amazing photos, this hotel is a no-brainer! We stayed here on our last day in Cappadocia, after two nights in a cave hotel, and the change was actually quite nice! Before booking, I did see some reviews from fellow Chinese travelers, which made me a little hesitant. And indeed, there were a couple of minor issues during our stay. However, we believe that when traveling, it's best not to create problems for yourself or be too nitpicky, so overall, it was acceptable. Let me elaborate: Firstly, at check-in, the front desk guy asked if we needed help with our luggage. Since I was with my husband and we could manage it ourselves, and also worried he might suddenly ask for a tip, we politely declined to avoid any unnecessary hassle. He then just took us to the room door and left, maintaining a friendly attitude throughout. Secondly, because we had an early flight the next morning, when the front desk lady was showing us the restaurant, I mentioned our early departure. She offered to prepare two packed breakfasts for us to pick up at the front desk, which I agreed to. I had seen previous comments from other women who said their promised packed breakfast never materialized, so I mentally prepared myself for that possibility. Sure enough, when we checked out at 7 AM the next morning, the lady wasn't there. It was a different guy. I checked out with him, and he said he needed to check the room. We waited at the front desk, and after he checked, he said everything was okay. He didn't offer us any packed breakfast, and I didn't ask about it either, still operating on the principle of 'less is more.' On one hand, I didn't want an argument, and on the other hand, we'd been in Turkey for many days and knew their breakfasts were mostly cold dishes, which we aren't used to, so I didn't feel it was a big deal. Aside from that, I found the front desk guy's demeanor to be perfectly fine; he was friendly the whole time. If you find the above situations acceptable, then this hotel is an excellent choice for you! I also saw many Chinese compatriots staying there, mostly pretty ladies here to check in and take photos. It truly does make for great pictures! Just snap away and you're good to go! That's all! Hope this helps everyone!

We are here for 3 night stay. First night we uncounted the jazucci was not working well, metal ring fall out. The toilet roll holder also fall off. The bed frame a bit funny, we can knock on bed frame if we not watching and it cause hurt. After feedback, they fix the defect. The breakfast not bad, variety of food. The room is not that big 3 of us squeeze in one king bed. Well the location is near town and amenities.
