We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

First, we asked the front desk to book a hot air balloon ride. They quoted 85 euros, saying it all goes to the hot air balloon company and doesn't include tips. The next day, when we were on the hot air balloon, we talked to some other Chinese tourists who booked the same ride and they only paid 50 euros... We basically got ripped off 35 euros, tearing up inside. Our room had flies, and the sheets had orange stains that hadn't been washed out. When we reported it to the front desk, they gave us an insect spray, claiming it was colorless and odorless, and told us to use it. Later, we paid an extra 70 euros to upgrade our room, which was already a 4-digit price per night. The location is quite remote. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the town center, but walking under the strong summer sun with intense UV rays was really tiring, with lots of uphill and downhill sections. So, we ended up taking taxis everywhere during our stay. On our second day, around noon, the cleaning staff directly entered our room using a password, startling me awake from my sleep. I can't recall anything else right now, but I'll add more if I remember.

The hotel service was excellent! They helped with our luggage and even arranged a bus to Kayseri for us. I accidentally broke the glass on a light bulb, and not only did they not charge me, but they also helped clean it up. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and delicious. I highly recommend booking the breakfast with your stay – it was the best breakfast I had during my ten days in Turkey across all the hotels! There was a great variety of sweet fruits and many other dishes. The scenery is beautiful, and we enjoyed watching the hot air balloons from the hotel terrace, accompanied by some adorable cats and dogs. Oh! After watching the hot air balloons in the morning, two little kittens even snuck into my room! It was a delightful surprise. If you love animals, this hotel is definitely for you. I will recommend this hotel to my Chinese friends who plan to visit Turkey, as the service experience was truly outstanding!

I was very sceptical at first, but oh was I wrong. An absolutely wonderful authentic stay. The decoration has made it feel like I’m somewhere really cultural, enriching the whole Cappadocia experience! Though I would probably appreciate if the doors were more soundproof. I was right next to the reception and could basically hear anything, but it was luckily quiet at night. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the lady preparing it was very kind. Not to mention how the other staff were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back! Recommend 100%

We had an absolutely wonderful 2-night stay at Noah’s Ark Cave Hotel. Staying in a genuine cave room was such a unique and memorable experience, and the room was comfortable, clean, and full of character. The host was exceptional—friendly, caring, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The team also assisted us with booking our hot air balloon flight and Red Tour, making our Cappadocia trip completely stress-free. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh local food, and the location was perfect for exploring Göreme and enjoying the beautiful views. Thank you for making our stay so special. We highly recommend Noah’s Ark Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia and would happily stay here again! 😊

A beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience. Goreme is so beautiful and this hotel is located not too far from the central places where you can find lots of great restaurants and souvenir shops. The room is naturally cool and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere at the hotel and the outside seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Goreme Treasure Cave Hotel | Aza gets rave reviews, great value for money! This hotel is a sister property to Sultan Cave Suites, sharing facilities, but Aza offers significantly better value! The rooms are larger, have better views, and even come with their own pools. Crucially, it's much quieter than Sultan – Sultan's front-facing rooms can be noisy due to the restaurant and bar, whereas Aza is completely peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep. If you value quiet, this is the place to be. (Sometimes you can hear hallway noise when people enter the room next door, but overall it's quiet. However, the stairs can be challenging for elderly guests). The breakfast is incredibly generous, with the scrambled eggs and beef being a must-try. The food is plentiful and satisfying. If you want to see the hot air balloon sunrise, you can head directly to Sultan's observation deck for photos – you get the best of both worlds. The hotel's recommended excursions are a bit pricey; I suggest booking through a restaurant owner in town for much better deals. The SPA experience was a wonderful surprise – professional techniques and just the right amount of pressure. It offers far better value than other places in town and is my top pick for relaxation. What was most heartwarming was that my non-refundable booking dropped in price upon arrival, and Trip.com proactively refunded the difference. The hotel even upgraded me for free to a suite with a fireplace! A staff member kindly helped chop wood and start the fire. Listening to the sound of wood chopping in the courtyard and watching the warm glow of the fire in the room truly enhanced the cave accommodation experience – it was unforgettable. The cave room was very comfortable, the pool view was absolutely stunning, and the overall experience was perfect. If you're coming to Goreme, you can't go wrong with this place!

I really liked this hotel; the cave hotel concept is perfectly executed. The location is excellent, the room has all the necessary amenities, and the rooftop offers a great view for watching the balloons at sunrise. Breakfast is a standard buffet: vegetables, eggs, sausages, and a large variety of sweets and fruits. The only downside is the lack of windows, which causes a slight, but not critical, musty smell. The staff's service was outstanding – we had a plumbing issue which was resolved within an hour, and afterwards, they brought a fruit platter to our room as an apology. They also provided wine glasses for us to use outside the hotel in the evening, as per our request. Even though there were many guests during our stay, we didn't hear any noise in our room. Overall, for its price, the hotel fully delivers on quality and service.

Great and friendly service from staff, exceptionally from Mostava. We checked in late at 8pm and checked out exceptionally early at 3am since we had day tour before checking in and catch hot air balloons when checking out, he kept our baggage all those times and after getting back from balloons, we had another day tour before catching the night bus, he kindly let us shower and freshened up even though we checked out and repacked our luggage at theirs. I’ve never had a place where they are so kind and understandable.

We stayed here 3 nights. December. Simple hotel with an open courtyard & we were in quad family room. When booking, we requested for cave room as we see there are pics of room that does not look like cave. Upon arrival we were given non-cave room (because it's a slightly bigger room compared to cave) we like that it's at level 1. Right at courtyard. It is convenient & nice to just hangout there. We checked with reception and requested to stay in a cave room. The reception was very helpful & allowed us to change for the next two nights after showing us how the cave room looks. My teenage girls love Lucky the dog (part of the reason why we picked this hotel) after reading reviews, and there are also 3-4 cats. They totally enjoyed the stay having these cute company. Breakfast was good enough & location is good too. We took bus to uchisar, even to derinkuyu on our own. Not too tough. Bus station within walking distance. Only hope to improve is the cave room toilet can be very stuffy. And the shower area can be curtained to prevent water from splashing around. Overall we are happy with our stay. And all the staff are helpful & nice.
