The hotel is slightly removed from the very heart of the city, but it's still an easy 5-minute walk. Our room was clean, and we had no issues with the shower pressure or hot water. We were offered tea during check-in and again while waiting for our hot air balloon tour pick-up. All the staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant.

Castle Cave Hotel was truly our first stop in Turkey, and it left us with wonderful memories! 🏨 1️⃣ The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastically introduced us to local sights and day trip itineraries, enriching our journey. 🤝 2️⃣ The breakfast buffet was amazing! 🧀🥗 There was a variety of cheeses, yogurts, and vegetables – healthy and fresh. Plus, there were many adorable cats in the courtyard 🐱; I hope the pregnant one delivers safely and healthily. 💖 3️⃣ The hotel's location is superb, very close to the hot air balloon pick-up point. The driver only takes about 8 minutes to get there, so you don't have to wake up too early – super convenient! 🎈🌅 4️⃣ Most importantly, the hotel's view! The rooftop offers an incredible vantage point with breathtaking scenery. 🌟 5️⃣ The hotel's location is also excellent. It’s a 2-minute walk to the main street, where you'll find restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, ATMs, and a bus station – all the amenities you need. 🍽️☕🍦💳🚍 One thing to note is that while some rooms have windows, opening them reveals the lobby instead of an outdoor view 😂. If the view is particularly important to you, I recommend confirming with the hotel before booking. 📞 Overall, Castle Cave Hotel is an excellent choice for accommodation in Cappadocia – it's both cozy and unforgettable. A heavenly place with soul and stunning views ✨ We stayed at Divan Cave House in Göreme and didn't regret it for a second. It's a true fairytale amidst the stony streets of Cappadocia. The hotel captivates with its cozy terraces offering amazing views. It's like a postcard in front of you: hot air balloons, rocks, and valleys. A truly soulful place where you want to linger with a cup of tea. Special thanks to the staff. The guys are incredibly responsive. But the main gems of the hotel are the ladies – both at the front desk and in the restaurant 😍 Such a combination of beauty and humor is rare to find! It was easy and fun to chat with them; they radiated positivity from the first minute and created a homey atmosphere. Thank you for your smiles and jokes – you are the true stars of Divan Cave House! The rooms deserve a separate description. Everything is perfectly clean. The linen is fresh, the bathroom sparkles, yet the authentic charm is preserved. No dampness or dust, which is surprising for rooms carved into rocks. In short, if you want to experience Cappadocia with comfort and a smile, and not just 'sleep over' – this is the place for you. We will definitely be back! 🔥

A beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience. Goreme is so beautiful and this hotel is located not too far from the central places where you can find lots of great restaurants and souvenir shops. The room is naturally cool and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere at the hotel and the outside seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We had a really lovely stay at Aza Cave Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located in Cappadocia. The cave rooms are comfortable and unique, and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, and the views from the hotel especially in the morning were amazing. It was a calm and relaxing place to stay, and we would happily recommend Aza Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

The hotel room was exactly as described online, and each room had a small outdoor balcony. It was a bit chilly, so we didn't get to fully enjoy it, unfortunately. 😂 If you're driving, the hotel can be a bit tricky to find, so it's best to go during the day. Otherwise, turning around if you take a wrong turn can be difficult. It's also not advisable to drive a large vehicle, as these cave rooms are built into the mountainside, making it hard for big cars to navigate. We stayed for two days, and the hot air balloons didn't fly. If they had, this would have been an absolutely stunning location! The hotel restaurant doesn't require reservations; you can just wait for a table. The hotel was cleaned very well, with no strange odors, and the staff were all very polite and enthusiastic. They proactively helped us take our luggage to the room, which was a big plus.

We traveled with a group of friends and booked a cave suite. The room was two-story, with the bedroom separate from the living area, offering ample space and kept clean and well-organized. The hotel also provides day-trip tours and hot air balloon booking services, which was very convenient. Overall, it's highly recommended.

The terrace was quite large, but the room was really small; two people with two small suitcases felt cramped. We booked a mixed-use day tour through the owner, and the price was reasonable. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was good. The owner and staff were also very nice.

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and everything a tourist could need. The hotel terrace offers beautiful views; if you wake up at dawn, you can see the balloons. We're traveling with a large family and booked several rooms. At first, we weren't sure why the rooms with a bathtub were twice as expensive. After staying, it became clear: the suites (with bathtubs) are much larger and feature designer furnishings, air conditioning, and a beautiful view. Also, keep in mind that the cave rooms have no air conditioning or windows. The kids loved it, but my wife didn't want to stay in one. The hotel staff was happy to help us carry our luggage and recommended and booked a restaurant a three-minute walk away. Breakfast is served on the top floor of the hotel, and you can order an omelet and Turkish coffee as an extra, and everything was delicious! The hotel has its own parking right outside. For a wonderful experience, be sure to choose a suite with a bathtub and a window!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful; every detail of the interior begged to be looked at and photographed. It felt like living in a medieval castle, holding the secret of the Illuminati. We booked a suite with a balcony access, which even had its own stone mushroom. In the morning, we were treated to a magnificent view of the hot air balloons! There's a very beautiful and interesting pool, along with a sauna and hammam. The dinnerware was lovely, and breakfast was delicious. They also have their own parking. The hotel is a little set back from the bustling main street, but it's a pleasant 15-minute walk along scenic paths to the central streets. As for the downsides, our welcome wasn't very warm. We asked for recommendations on the best spots to watch the balloons, but it felt like the receptionist just wanted to get rid of us quickly. And the main drawback was the very poor room cleaning and the dirty pool. There was trash, dust, pill wrappers, and empty bottles lying around. Even after 'cleaning,' hair and grass were still on the floor.
