"Hotel Super. Locations are perfect 5 minutes walk from the place where the air balloons of the engines that fill the balloons are heard in the room so close. There is a central bus station in 15 minutes walking , around a huge number of restaurants and not far from the Market where you can buy everything. In the rooms everything is clean and clean every day all the staff are very attentive especially the guy who works on the respiratory his name is Farhad in all issues quickly all helps and solves. You can stay with your pets in the hotel. There's a nice dog named Pamug very nice pet. Thank you very much to all the staff we'll be back to this hotel in the winter. The most beautiful veranda from where you can see how balloons rise air, sunset and dawn in the ceiling of Cappadocia."

"The front desk staff were incredibly helpful! Just a heads-up, if you've booked a lower-level room, you'll need to check in at reception before heading down. We had two suitcases, and when we heard we had to go downstairs to our room, we almost fainted! 🥺 Luckily, the front desk arranged for someone to drive us down. There's also a direct staircase within the hotel that leads to the terrace. The lower-level rooms are actually great – you don't have to climb a hill back to the hotel every day, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the main streets of Göreme. Woke up in the morning, went to the terrace, and saw the hot air balloons – it was stunning!"

"Everything was perfect from the beginning until the departure, the hotel is amazing with a stunning roof top and amazing rooms. Very quiet during the day and night to recover from hiking but still very close to everything by walking maximum 10 minutes and you have to walk very slowly 🤣. The staff is amazing and very helpful for all the activities such as balloons. The rooms are very clean and big and the breakfast is amazing to start the day full of energy. Please keep this high standards and we really hope to come to visit you soon again. Teekkurler 🙏"

"I stayed for 3 nights. All the staff were friendly, and the hotel had great access to the city center :) The balloons visible from the room's balcony at 5 AM are truly special and beautiful! We even did a balloon tour, but watching them from the balcony gave a different, equally wonderful feeling compared to actually riding in one!"

"I was very sceptical at first, but oh was I wrong. An absolutely wonderful authentic stay. The decoration has made it feel like I’m somewhere really cultural, enriching the whole Cappadocia experience! Though I would probably appreciate if the doors were more soundproof. I was right next to the reception and could basically hear anything, but it was luckily quiet at night. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the lady preparing it was very kind. Not to mention how the other staff were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back! Recommend 100%"

"Location wise is very close (5min casual stroll) to Urguk town center. Rooms and hotel grouds were very well kept and clean. Service from the check in was great. The rest of the crew were just normal, no where near as warm, acknowledging and attentive compared to other similar resorts/chains/properties possibly due to the staffs culture and language limitations. Nevertheless this is nitpicking and overall experience was still good. Next to the pool, hamam, cafe there is not much to do in the property and to be fair that is expected given the size and exclusivity of low density property hence plan half a day there and the rest, go for a tour around town. The ala carte traditional breakfast deserves an outstanding rating. This is not your typical hotel buffet spread but I give it a very high rating for the quality, presentation and spread. They have put in the effort and executed this menu well. Room was as expected and the lit up fireplace (upon request) was very cozy on a cold winter night. Overall great stay & worth another stay in another room."

"My friend and I stayed at this hotel during our trip to Göreme. The cleanliness and service were both excellent. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of choices. There's a beautiful terrace along the path to the front desk with stunning views overlooking Göreme town. The hotel's location is also fantastic; it's only a 13-minute walk to the hot air balloon viewpoint and very close to the town's restaurants and shops. There's even a small supermarket just a 3-minute walk away. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. The only two minor drawbacks were the hotel's WiFi, which was extremely poor and almost unusable – I hope they can improve its quality. Additionally, the cave rooms do not have air conditioning (standard double rooms do, but our triple cave room didn't). However, the natural insulation of the cave kept the room from getting uncomfortably hot."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t have chosen a better place for our trip to Cappadocia. First of all, the owner and the manager are absolutely outstanding. They genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, they made us feel incredibly welcome. We stayed in a room with a private jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to relax and unwind after long days exploring Cappadocia. It was one of the highlights of our stay. One thing to know about Cappadocia is that public transportation is very limited. You can either rent a car or join organized tours. We didn’t want the hassle of driving through narrow streets or planning routes, so we asked the hotel for advice. The manager organized our entire three-day itinerary, and it couldn’t have been better. We did the Red Tour, the Green Tour, a sunrise horse riding experience, a balloon viewing session where the guides took incredible photos of us, and finally the unforgettable hot air balloon flight at sunrise. Everything was perfectly arranged, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The tours may seem a little expensive at first, but they are absolutely worth it. They include hotel pick-up and drop-off, a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, and all entrance fees to the attractions, including the museums and the Underground City. It made exploring Cappadocia completely stress-free. A special thank you also goes to the young lady who prepared our breakfast every morning. She is incredibly kind, talented, and always welcomed us with a warm smile. She made every morning even more enjoyable. The hotel also has a spectacular rooftop terrace where you can watch hundreds of hot air balloons filling the sky at sunrise. The view is simply breathtaking and one of the best experiences you can have in Cappadocia. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hospitality, the comfort, the attention to detail, and the excellent organization made this trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia, and we would definitely stay here again!"

"Location is great to Hot Air Balloon on next morning, don't need to wake up too early. The theme design of hotel is very interesting and beautiful. I enjoy very much the breakfast, it's the best one I have in my trip in turkey! Love the sauna attached to my room, the staff add mint favor the sauna provided a very great aroma!"

"This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The ambiance is wonderful and truly unique. Perched high up, I was able to watch hot air balloons and the sunrise from the rooftop on my first day. Since the hotel boasts several fantastic rooftops, it never felt crowded; there were typically only two or three people per rooftop. It's incredibly picturesque and perfect for photos. The breakfast was excellent, and the dining environment was absolutely amazing. Beyond that, the staff, especially one particular gentleman, was incredibly kind. He was so patient and meticulous when recommending and booking excursions for us. He was very gentle, spoke excellent English, and for important information, he was happy to use a translator, making communication incredibly smooth. It seemed like there was always someone on duty; he was there as early as 4 AM and was still willing to help us call companies to book activities at midnight! We had an early morning flight and had booked a shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Since the shuttle company's English-speaking customer service wasn't available that early and we wanted to change our pickup information, we asked him for help. He then realized we would be leaving before breakfast started, and he even packed two generous and delicious breakfast boxes for us! 🥹🥹🥹 I will definitely come back here!"
