Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. We needed to visit Bursa, and when searching for a hotel, price and service were important to us. That's why we chose this hotel. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable apartments and responsive managers. Special thanks to Mr. Tarik. It was also convenient that the managers spoke English.

We preferred it for a one-day Bursa tour. Although the hotel is not within walking distance to touristic areas, it is very close by car. We chose it this way so that there would be no noise, and we realized that we made the right choice. It is a peaceful place in terms of location. The staff are very helpful. The open buffet breakfast is sufficient. It is good for sitting and relaxing on the veranda. The room we stayed in was ***et practical and clean. If you put a small shelf on the tap in the bathroom to put toothbrushes etc.; it would be better. Also, it is a bit difficult to close and open the windows because the cornices are very close to the windows. When I think of a Bursa trip again, it became a point I can prefer.

We were traveling in transit from the Aegean coast to Istanbul airport and stopped for the night. We chose a place near a shopping center to relax and buy something, without having to go into the city. The hotel is not new, but the cleanliness and service are at a decent level. Breakfast is also quite varied, not luxury, but there is a choice. The service is customer-oriented, they respond to requests adequately, they gave us a higher room, as we asked, and they allowed us to check out later for free, since we didn’t have time. The Internet worked without interruptions, including in the room. In general, I strongly recommend it for transit or a business trip, but it’s unlikely to be suitable for vacation, the place is very specific - there’s a highway, a shopping center and an industrial zone around it. And one more big minus - the pool is open from 14.00 to 22.00, there is no opportunity to swim in the morning. This is weird. But in general, the hotel is not bad. Quiet, clean, calm.

The hotel is a little unsatisfactory and close to the highway, there is no own parking, but it wasn't a problem because it was quiet on the street. The hotel has a very nice hot atmosphere inside and design. We didn't use spa but its rooms were clean and wide. They have a pleasant design and ease. There were only white sleeves in a box we didn't want to use it. Besides, we had kettle bags of tea, water and granules in our coffee room. I'll come back with the soaps and the little stuff in the toilet, with a very sweet thought. It was the only type of breakfast but it was enough

Merhaba Otele rezervasyon yaptırırken spa şeçeneği ile birlikte rezervasyon detayımı tamamladım fakat oteli ziyaret ettiğim de giriş için spanın tadilat da olduğunu ve hizmet vermediğini belirttiler , bunun bilgilendirmesini daha önceden gerçekleştirmiş olmalarını talep ederdim sorun etmeyerek açık havuzunu kullanarak devam etmek istedim fakat havuz inanılmaz pisti içerisin de ölmüş bir sürü arı ve sinek barındırmaktaydı . Bu konu daha hassas davranılamasını talep etmekteyim .

Very average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in. I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically? The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.

First visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights.  The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient.  Room was quiet according peaceful ambience for a good night rest. Basic amenities were provided such as kettle and tea sachets but no coffee )):  Hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Bursa Grand Mosque and 6 minutes walk to Koza Han. The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk. We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast.  Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus.  Recommend the Bursa Palas hotel  when visiting Bursa.

We made a reservation without food, so we didn't have dinner or breakfast, friends we delivered the key because the hotel's parking area is limited, our vehicle parked on the roadside about 150 metres away from the hotel. (not a problem for me here), I can say a f/p hotel
