Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. The service is very good, but it feels like there are not many people. The room is also clean and tidy, but there is nothing to visit around. There is a supermarket next to it, and the Starbucks opposite has no zebra crossing. It is across the sea. Looking at the map, it takes 55 minutes to walk. It's so funny!

5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.

The remote control on the TV was probably out of battery and could not be used. However, the location was good. People who are not good at driving may be a little difficult to stop in the parking lot. Overall I was satisfied.

Das Hotel befindet sich fußläufig in etwa 30 min Entfernung zur großen Moschee (Ulu Camii), Bus zum Bus-Terminal (für die Anreise aus Istanbul) sind es mit dem Auto lediglich ca 15min. Das Hotel punktet durch das besonders freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, tollem Frühstück, sauberen Zimmern mit moderner Ausstattung. Vom Feeling her ist es für mich eher ein 3 Sterne Superior oder 4 Sterne Hotel. Zu bemängeln: Die Tapete in meinem Zimmer war an einer kleinen Stelle aufgerissen, und die Fenster konnte man nicht dicht schließen, was dazu führte dass etwas Lärm von den Straßen (vorbeifahrende Autos) zu hören war. Für solche Fälle habe ich gerne Ohrstöpsel/Kopfhörer dabei. Trotzdem würde ich das Hotel aufgrund des Preis Leistungs Verhältnisses und der guten Lage immer wieder gerne buchen.

very convenient location, close to metro and a lot of bus routes, major sights can be easily reached by public transport or even walking the interior is classy, the staff is friendly highly recommended for 2-3 days only downside: being next to a tramline it might get noisy early in the morning

Pleasant enough you can stay a few days as it’s close enough to places you need to go to.

First visit to Bursa. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel with my sister. We stayed for 3 nights.  The hotel has 2 elevators so accessing our room on the 3rd floor was convenient.  Room was quiet according peaceful ambience for a good night rest. Basic amenities were provided such as kettle and tea sachets but no coffee )):  Hotel is located within 5 minutes walk to Bursa Grand Mosque and 6 minutes walk to Koza Han. The Green Tomb is about 20 minutes walk. We had daily breakfast in the hotel. The breakfast spread is fairly good. Unfortunately only Turkish tea and fruit juice were available. Suggest the hotel to consider offering coffee at breakfast.  Across the hotel lobby entrance are 2 delicious small family operated cafes. The Canli cafe serves delicious Pide and Simit. And Kebapci Kamil Usta serves delicious Turkish home made menus.  Recommend the Bursa Palas hotel  when visiting Bursa.

A bedroom with a double bed and a single bedroom is much bigger than I thought. It is newly renovated with a clean shower.

nice n ok n view so nice i can see mosque n sea …. the snow fallen n the bird flying so romantically
