"The hotel is gorgeous! I highly recommend it; it's a brand and they keep up the good work! The room was perfect, and the breakfasts were excellent! I'll note that you need a swimming cap to use the pool (you can buy it on site for 250 lira). The sauna has a window overlooking the city, and there's a TV in the sauna itself, which was a real surprise. The staff at the hotel entrance is excellent (they quickly tow your car to and from the parking lot). If you have any questions, they'll give you detailed advice and recommendations. We weren't sure where to go in Bursa on New Year's Eve, but they recommended places with a New Year's atmosphere, for which we are very grateful. They respond to any request instantly. We would happily return to this hotel."

"The hotel is in the Çekirge area, we made a reservation without meals, so we did not have dinner or breakfast. Since the parking area of the hotel is limited, the friends to whom we handed over the keys parked our car on the roadside, approximately 150 meters ahead of the hotel (this is not a problem for me), I can say that it is a f/p hotel."

"We stayed for two days for business. We chose this place because of its location, but there was an ashtray in the room, it smelled of cigarettes, there were cracker crumbs on the carpet, and burnt cigarette marks were on the carpet. We found hair on our sheets. The hotel is new, but the bathroom was full of limescale. Also, between 6 and 7 am, the air conditioning suddenly started working at a high temperature even though it was off. Furthermore, although we mentioned we would be arriving by car, there's a parking area under the hotel building that can only fit about five cars, but we couldn't use it. Every time we asked, they said it was full and the doors were closed. Apart from the smiling face of the woman at the reception, we were not satisfied."

"Overall, we were satisfied, but during breakfast in the restaurant, the staff started carrying chairs and tables to the outside area while the guests continued to eat breakfast. The cold air coming in from outside, leaving the door open for a long time and the excessive noise there made everyone very uncomfortable. Employees had to be more careful in the environment where guests were present. Apart from that, a little more variety could have been added to the breakfast, we found the variety to be a bit lacking compared to other Ramada hotels. Cleanliness and location ***et was good. We thank you."

"Of the minuses: the hotel is old, there are no carpets in the corridors and, accordingly, you can hear literally everything, the door to the room is the same as the interior door. That is, none. The number needs updating. It was not possible to really sleep or rest, it was too noisy. The curtains are also ordinary, the light shines through the window in the morning. Pros: good breakfast; wonderful spa area and baths; wonderful staff!"

"This hotel isn't located at the foot of Mount Uludağ, but in the heart of ignorance and incompetence. It's impossible to find peace here, let alone rest, even for a single night. Despite the police coming twice due to the terribly loud, so-called live music that continued until 2 a.m., the callousness and lack of culture of the ridiculous and incompetent man called my manager finally led us to the police station and we left the hotel immediately! Such mediocrity and rudeness are simply unthinkable in the hospitality industry. Hygiene has completely disappeared from this hotel. The bathroom and floors are swimming in filth, the disgusting women's hair on the linens and in the bathroom, and the scenes that made us sick. I'm not even mentioning the disastrous bath! It's so cold and so cold that it's impossible to enter; it's an absolute disgrace. They've supposedly tried to maintain hygiene by filling the basins with bleach! The moment the water reaches the basin, it foams and the smell of bleach is horrific! They're so clueless they can't even begin to calculate the irreversible damage this will do to human health! This is a horribly amateurish and vulgar place to avoid. If you want to be neurotic rather than relax, come here. It's the perfect place to squander your money. I'm a victim of good reviews! Never, ever be fooled by the reviews!"

"I read the two other reviews of this hotel and have to wonder if we are talking about the same place. This hotel is right on the main busy street in Bursa, about a 5 minute walk from the old market square. The reception staff insisted that it was a 4-star property. It has 6 or 8 floors and a very small pool on the top deck. The staff was surly at check-in, and if we hadn't driven all day and been so doggone tired we would have walked out. But, we didn't. We ended up in a "standard" room with twin beds, pillows like rocks, and a window that looked out on the crumbling concrete facade of the building next door about 10 feet away. We checked in around 3 PM and our room was blistering hot. We tried to turn on the A/C but couldn't get it to work. When we asked the front desk about it, we were told that the A/C would not be turned on until 4 PM. The bathroom was so tiny you had to sit down on the toilet to close the door. The room was terrible, and it was one of the most expensive of our entire trip. I snapped a photo of the room as we were getting ready to check out. This is NOT a 4-star hotel room."
