The hotel was generally successful. The people at the reception did not offer a solution to almost any issue, they just let it pass. At the hotel we went to for the view, we were given a room with a view of a wall full of rubbish. When we requested a change, we were told there was no room available. However, when we made the reservation, we requested a room with a view. When we wanted to upgrade, we were told there was no room. They changed the spa hours according to the group coming to the hotel (normally it was only for women until 16 and mixed use until 11, but they declared women's use until 20:00 and almost no wet area usage rights were given to men. Individual customers never, ever He did not hesitate to declare that he did not care.

Thermal and Spa is opening at 3 pm, and between 3-4 pm the Pool is serving to women only. I had to request to start the thermal fountain which makes the pool warm.

Nice hotel with very helpfull and friendly staff. Location is great,closevto everything.It has a thermal section with nice hamam and massage. Everything was clean . For sure we will return back. Thank again.
