I chose this hotel because of its positive reviews and the beautiful rooms shown in the photos. I came directly from Bangkok to the hotel by taxi and arrived around 3 PM. They gave me my room immediately and even told me they had upgraded it, which I really appreciated.
The room was quite spacious. There was one large bed and another smaller one. The bathroom was also very large. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The TV was a smart TV, so I was able to watch anything I wanted over the internet. Housekeeping came every day, made the bed, and took care of all the usual cleaning tasks.
For breakfast, I paid an extra $5. Don’t expect a typical Western-style breakfast. It’s more like regular meals — rice, vegetables, chicken, meat, and whatever dish is prepared that day. The only Western options were eggs and French toast. Personally, I usually had eggs, French toast, watermelon, pineapple, and orange juice. I also tried some of the local dishes. From what I understand, Thai people don’t really have breakfast in the Western sense; they tend to eat regular meals even in the morning. So don’t expect things like cheese.
The breakfast area is next to the pool, with plenty of tables. The hotel is generally not crowded. I really liked the hotel — it’s quite large, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and airy. If you have a car, there is parking available, and there is security on site. My room also had a balcony, although I didn’t use it much.
One downside is the location. It’s quite far from central Pattaya and the main tourist areas — about 9 to 9.5 km away. Because of that, it may not suit everyone. However, if you have a car or rent a motorbike, it’s a great place to stay. It’s quiet, peaceful, and the landscaping is very nice with lots of greenery.
As someone who used to work in the hotel industry, I noticed that the hotel was quite empty — probably around 70% empty most of the time. I happened to be there during a Thai holiday, when it got a bit busier, but otherwise even at breakfast there were only a few guests. It’s a bit sad to see such a nice, large hotel being so under-occupied.
On the day of departure, check-out time is 12 PM, but I left around 1 PM. They kindly allowed me a one-hour extension, which I appreciated. There is also a 300 baht deposit required upon check-in.
Would I stay here again? Yes, I would — but only if I had a car or some form of transportation. If you have a vehicle, this is a very nice, quiet place to stay. It’s also suitable if you have children, as they can enjoy the pool and facilities. The building has multiple floors (around three, I believe), and there are many different types of rooms available. My room was on the ground floor, so I didn’t go upstairs much.
Overall, if distance is not an issue for you, this hotel is a great choice. But if you don’t want to deal with transportation or travel costs, it’s better to choose a hotel closer to the center.
