A Tropical Paradise with World-Class Service! We recently stayed at The Aiyapura, and it was hands-down one of the best resort experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing—always attentive, smiling, and ready to help with a ”can-do” attitude. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and sits right on the beach, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. A few highlights from our stay: • Dining: The food was delicious! This Intercontinental hotel has a very comfortable, eco-friendly design. The service is excellent, and the room was cleaned impeccably. My 12-year-old child got a free extra bed, and there were complimentary treats like fruit, popcorn, and drinks by the pool at regular intervals, which made my child very happy. The breakfast area felt like a bustling market, with staff even carrying food in shoulder poles. The fruit was freshly cut, and the juice was freshly squeezed. There was a good variety of food, though the taste was just okay; the pho wasn't as good as what you'd find at a street stall. We also tried dinner; the ambiance was top-notch, right by the sea. The food was average, nothing special. After dark, the restaurant lighting was very dim, which created a great atmosphere, but made it a bit hard to see when picking up food. We stayed for 4 nights, and on our last day, we caught a Thai show with a professional team performing fire dances at the hotel, which was quite spectacular – no need to rush to White Sand Beach for that. Every evening, there was a torch-lighting ceremony, and many of the night lights were actual kerosene lamps, creating a very atmospheric setting. Overall, this is a great hotel that's worth a second visit; we had a very comfortable stay. I heard that Dingso is opening a third property, and I'll definitely want to check it out then!

The hotel has a convenient location, a uniquely designed pool that's perfect for photos, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Great hotel. Kids loved the 3 pools and the water park. Excellent rooms with plenty of space. Excellent food and brilliant service. The staff helped the kids during meal times. Everything can be done by the hotel but there are local amenities just a minutes walk away including laundry and Marco’s fantastic Italian. The hotel is split into 2 parts opposite each other - water park is where most families like us stayed, the beach side is also great. I didn’t realise the beach was so beautiful- definitely worth a visit. The beach here was much nicer than down the coast: soft yellow sand and gently getting deeper- good for kids. High recommend.

Бронировал два этажа в двух разных виллах, со мной заблаговременно связались, и предупредили что по одной будет замена, так как предыдущие гости захотели продлиться. Поменяли мне номер на большие апартаменты с видом на море, которые не могут не понравиться. На ko Chang был впервые, поэтому оцениваю произошедшее на 5++. Персональный, здоровенный КХРАПП дяде Сереже, и его сыну Владиславу, на месте отличный отзывчивый сервис. Второй номер тоже оправдал все ожидания и по расположению и по сервису. Поначалу скептически отнеслись к завтракам по 500 бат за человека, но по итогу поняли, что они определенно точно стоят того. Хороший шведский стол, натуральный кофе, выпечка. Неподалеку так же работает небольшое кафе, пробовали -еда хорошая, но со слов администратора о том что часто зарезервированы все столы (при их очевидной неполной посадке, сложилось впечатление, что либо в приоретете обслуживания соседние с кафе виллы, либо не очень хотят работать) Территория гигантская, судя по всему, включает несколько разных резортов, без мопеда будет тяжеловато преодолевать эти чудесно облагороженные территории. С чем нам опять же помогли работники сервиса, и после чекина нам подогнали технику прям к номерам. Пляжи и бичбары (в частности Shambala) с бассейнами вызвали полный восторг, объездив остров, могу сказать, что один из лучших пляжей оказался как раз под моим номером. Скидываю виды с пляжа напротив апартаментов 1128, фото жилья нет, только видео, поэтому попробую нарезать и закинуть сюда позже.

Breakfast is very delicious, mango, jackfruit are super sweet, there are also Thai rice dumplings, snacks ~ fried seafood, shrimp ~ squid, fried eggs and so on~ The hotel has a large lake, free kayaking is provided, it is fun, there is a lot of mangrove landscape on the lake There is no 7-11 around, there is a small supermarket not far from the hotel, you can buy some basic things It is a good choice for people with cars to come over in a daze~ The only minor problem, the pillow is a little higher~ I personally like a shorter pillow

First of all, it's quiet About 30 kilometers from the dock You can think of it as the end of the island There are 9 deluxe rooms and 2 suites in total The studio-type rooms are in a separate building, but it doesn't seem to have many rooms It's quiet overall because it's far away It's perfect if you just want to rest The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is also spacious. The shower didn't drain well The area around the hotel feels like an aquarium There are about 5 sea turtles, including saltwater fish and freshwater fish, especially next to the dining area During the day, they take you to an uninhabited island about 10 minutes away and pick you up at the right time. They prepare water, beach towers, and mats It's literally an uninhabited island...the water wasn't good enough for snorkeling They lend you kayaks and life jackets at the hotel Breakfast is a Thai dish, and you can choose from a few egg dishes, fruits, and breads. It's not a buffet It's fun to watch the fish while eating Overall, it's good Experience No separate parking lot If you rent a motorcycle, there are many places to go around

The location of the hotel is relatively remote, so it is relatively quiet. The bed was very large and comfortable. We did not think it was too crowded. The bedding in the room is very comfortable, and the breakfast is also good, but the variety is relatively small. We booked a room with breakfast. The next day we had breakfast and we ordered the menu. The prices of different packages are different. I wondered if we needed to make up the difference when we checked out, but there was no result. The boss and the proprietress are very nice and enthusiastic. I only blame myself for having too limited English, and they can’t talk well. The hotel has a small boat to take guests to the opposite Bangbao fishing village for dinner every day. The service is very attentive. The hotel’s dinner is also okay, except that there are few varieties, everything else is fine. The fly in the ointment is that there is no place to dry clothes. There may be monkeys coming sooner or later, so don't be too nervous to hear the movement. And there are a lot of ants on the island, especially at night. Don't be too nervous to see it.

If you come to Xiangdao to play, I highly recommend this hotel. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are very warm, the service is very good, the room is very clean, the exclusive beach view is very beautiful, and the main price is fair and reasonable.

Dirty, all old in the room and there was a smell, on the floor of the underwater fridge. When we were settled on our floor there was a smoked Latin, opened the door to the corridor and plunged the music. We were moved, of course. Because the room was unreturned and paid, it had to live for three days. There was almost no hot water. Of the pluses, delicious breakfasts in the hotel across the road and a nice beach there.
