"The hotel is old but in a very good condition. Service is very welcoming and with a incredibly high level of English language proficiency. Location is rather quiet (there’s a shuttle but you better set with your car or bike) but with a great beach. Good food at the dinner restaurant and plentiful breakfast.
Sand fleas is an issue. We’ve got some bites.

Also, restaurants and bars along the beach are just fantastic for those who love night life.
"We stayed at the hotel from May 15th to 19th, one adult and two children, aged 13 and 11. We booked a Deluxe room on the hillside. Upon check-in, we were given a room in the building across the road from the reception. I assume they upgraded us for free due to the low occupancy.
We had only positive impressions of the room, as well as the hotel itself. At check-in, we received vouchers for three free drinks from the hotel, which was a nice touch.
The breakfasts were excellent, with a sea view. There was a huge selection, lots of pastries, and a variety of hot dishes.
Most guests swam in the pool by the sea. We preferred the pool across the road; it was always empty and had a slide for the kids, as well as entertainment by the pool, including a trampoline.
The hotel's location is great, with food stalls setting up near the hotel after 4 PM.
The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and our overall impressions were only positive."

AAnonymous UserAs the most expensive hotel on the island, it definitely doesn't offer great value for money. The facilities are decent enough, but the pool water quality was absolutely terrible. After swimming, I felt itchy all over, and my eyes were irritated.

EErshisishiquxianshengIt is a quiet and beautiful community surrounded by the gentlest beaches of Elephant Island, where you can watch the sunset on the beach next to the restaurant, and you can watch the sunrise for a few minutes in the distance (but it will be blocked by the hills and cannot see the sunrise on the sea). The room was very comfortable, clean and intimate, and the three-bedroom villa had its own pool. Breakfast is delicious.

DDouyacaiThis hotel was a surprising and authentic find! The whole place has a classic Thai wooden style, and the rooms are huge with amazing sea views. Waking up to that view each morning was just wonderful…
While the decor is a bit older, the hotel facilities are very comprehensive. My favorite part was the huge balcony – perfect for comfortably zoning out. The breakfast was excellent, with different dishes every day, featuring fresh vegetables and fruits. What was really unexpected was the number of peacocks 🦚 strolling around the hotel grounds. They weren't afraid of people at all. To be honest, I was a bit scared of them myself; their calls were quite loud! Sometimes, two peacocks would even stand guard right outside my room, making it hard for me to get in. 🏡
The only inconvenience was that there are no supermarkets or restaurants around the hotel. You have to take the hotel's shuttle bus to get out. Once you reach White Sand Beach, you can shop or eat freely. It was a bit of a hassle, to be honest. The hotel's food was also a bit expensive and, more importantly, not very good. Since I stayed for many days, I ended up buying a lot of things from 7-Eleven to bring back to my room.
Service: Excellent, very friendly attitude.
Environment: I highly recommend the environment and the hotel's beach 🏖️ – it's perfect! If you're looking to just relax and not do any shopping, this place is definitely worth considering.

AAnonymous UserThe overall experience was alright, but the facilities need some care. The water park is old and some of the slides are breaking down, they don’t look safe. The hotel is divided in two areas, one across the road and one by the beach. If you are staying across the road you can’t use the pool from the beach side, which is a bummer and a big downside. Would check other places first.

GGeorgеБронировал два этажа в двух разных виллах, со мной заблаговременно связались, и предупредили что по одной будет замена, так как предыдущие гости захотели продлиться. Поменяли мне номер на большие апартаменты с видом на море, которые не могут не понравиться.
На ko Chang был впервые, поэтому оцениваю произошедшее на 5++. Персональный, здоровенный КХРАПП дяде Сереже, и его сыну Владиславу, на месте отличный отзывчивый сервис. Второй номер тоже оправдал все ожидания и по расположению и по сервису.
Поначалу скептически отнеслись к завтракам по 500 бат за человека, но по итогу поняли, что они определенно точно стоят того. Хороший шведский стол, натуральный кофе, выпечка.
Неподалеку так же работает небольшое кафе, пробовали -еда хорошая, но со слов администратора о том что часто зарезервированы все столы (при их очевидной неполной посадке, сложилось впечатление, что либо в приоретете обслуживания соседние с кафе виллы, либо не очень хотят работать)
Территория гигантская, судя по всему, включает несколько разных резортов, без мопеда будет тяжеловато преодолевать эти чудесно облагороженные территории. С чем нам опять же помогли работники сервиса, и после чекина нам подогнали технику прям к номерам.
Пляжи и бичбары (в частности Shambala) с бассейнами вызвали полный восторг, объездив остров, могу сказать, что один из лучших пляжей оказался как раз под моим номером.
Скидываю виды с пляжа напротив апартаментов 1128, фото жилья нет, только видео, поэтому попробую нарезать и закинуть сюда позже.

Breakfast is very delicious, mango, jackfruit are super sweet, there are also Thai rice dumplings, snacks ~ fried seafood, shrimp ~ squid, fried eggs and so on~
The hotel has a large lake, free kayaking is provided, it is fun, there is a lot of mangrove landscape on the lake
There is no 7-11 around, there is a small supermarket not far from the hotel, you can buy some basic things
It is a good choice for people with cars to come over in a daze~
The only minor problem, the pillow is a little higher~ I personally like a shorter pillow

The area around the hotel feels like an aquarium
There are about 5 sea turtles, including saltwater fish and freshwater fish, especially next to the dining area
During the day, they take you to an uninhabited island about 10 minutes away and pick you up at the right time. They prepare water, beach towers, and mats
It's literally an uninhabited island...the water wasn't good enough for snorkeling
They lend you kayaks and life jackets at the hotel
Breakfast is a Thai dish, and you can choose from a few egg dishes, fruits, and breads. It's not a buffet
It's fun to watch the fish while eating

MMINXINGThe location of the hotel is relatively remote, so it is relatively quiet. The bed was very large and comfortable. We did not think it was too crowded. The bedding in the room is very comfortable, and the breakfast is also good, but the variety is relatively small. We booked a room with breakfast. The next day we had breakfast and we ordered the menu. The prices of different packages are different. I wondered if we needed to make up the difference when we checked out, but there was no result. The boss and the proprietress are very nice and enthusiastic. I only blame myself for having too limited English, and they can’t talk well. The hotel has a small boat to take guests to the opposite Bangbao fishing village for dinner every day. The service is very attentive. The hotel’s dinner is also okay, except that there are few varieties, everything else is fine. The fly in the ointment is that there is no place to dry clothes.
There may be monkeys coming sooner or later, so don't be too nervous to hear the movement. And there are a lot of ants on the island, especially at night. Don't be too nervous to see it.
