"Firstly, thank you so much to the lovely staff Bianca, who really contributed to my pleasant stay here. She warmly welcomed me at the checkin counter, after recognising me from my previous trip (we were unfortunately downgraded to a lower tier room in Holiday Inn due to aircon issues in Crowne a few months ago). She upgraded my room this time on goodwill to ”compensate” me for my previous experience, and I am more than pleasantly impressed at the cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort of the room given to me. All the staff who I interacted with were extremely friendly, efficient, and assisted us with upmost professionalism. The lounge food was delicious and service was top-notch. One of the best hotel stays I've had in Manila in all my trips!"

Staying at this hotel felt like discovering a secret oasis amidst the city’s busy streets. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth, genuine smiles, and an atmosphere that immediately melted away the stress of urban life.
The ambiance is truly a paradise in the middle of the city — lush greenery, tranquil water features, and beautifully designed spaces that make you forget you’re in QC. My room was immaculate, elegantly furnished, and offered a stunning view that perfectly balanced comfort and luxury. Kudos for the 100% feather comforter 💚
The staff went above and beyond in every interaction — attentive without being intrusive, always ready to help with a friendly attitude that made my stay feel personal and special. Thank you for Christian for a warm welcome, for Sharline at the rooftop, for Clarence took time to direct me where I can buy food at 3:00 am and Kuya Gudoy for taking time to wait for me to open the door and for DJ having smooth checkout and even sending me to my ride. There’s a bar you can enjoy. However we went there during its last hours, so staff are bit limited and busy. Few choices for food.
But the place has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxing after a long day. The front desk staff were very accommodating, attentive, and friendly
