"We enjoyed our stay here, especially the breakfast as there are a lot of foods to choose from. Their receptionists are also accomodating and even called us when a room was available since we arrived earlier than the check-in time and left our bags. My only complain was they only have 1 pair of sleeper though I booked for 2 persons. We wanted to avail the rooftop pool and bar next time. We only checked it and took some photos. Above all its a great experience and will diffinitely stay here when we attend a concert again soon."

"I often travel to the hotel. The first time I stayed at the apartment hotel, there were free snacks and souvenirs. The first and second pictures were advertising maps and actual pictures. Although the actual free food was a little less than the advertising map, the free things could not be too high. Haha! But Lego blocks take children very much like ......
Returning to the truth, the hotel is newly renovated, the room facilities are new, the bedding is comfortable, simple and clean, and the swimming pool is a favorite of children. The hotel is in a good location and convenient transportation. It is 500 meters from the subway station and a few minutes walk to the commercial center of Cubao. There are many shopping centers and restaurants.
The on-site manager Nana has a very good attitude, the service is also very good, and very enthusiastic. He took the initiative to help me get my luggage to the room. The language barrier cannot communicate. I can always say, Thank you!Thank you!Thank you!
I will choose here next time."

"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has an access inside the mall and near to local transportation. Reception is very kind and provided us very good service. On our first night, bath towels provided are bit worn but the following day the housekeeper gave us a clean and fresh ones. There’s a noise in the bathroom from a sensor that ticks most of the time. But overall it was a good experience."

"It was our daughter's elementary commencement exercises at Robinsons Novaliches and Sotogrande Neopolitan Hotel is just the perfect place to rest and relax before and after the graduation. The room is conducive for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids with spacious 2 double beds, the room have a bath tub and a hair dryer too. There were some minor hiccups too from the housekeeping but the front desks and reception were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel have its spacious clubhouse swimming pool with gym and a basketball court too. Me and my family enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. The afternoon food at the cafe shop were great although available was breakfast meals. "

"Upon our arrival very accommodating all of staff starting on there security. We feel they’re knowing each other already even we just a first time only in this place. Look like really private place or hiding place as well so far we are satisfied in this hotel. GGuest UserStayed for 2D1N at this hotel, and we feel lucky to have found it for our mom’s 68th birthday.
The hotel’s design is a beautiful blend of modern industrial and Filipino elements—very aesthetic! We booked two superior rooms: one with a king-sized bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, with complete amenities. Water is conveniently accessible in the hallway, and the Wi-Fi is fast! We also appreciated that each floor requires a keycard to access the hallways, adding a sense of security and privacy, especially since some floors are shared with function rooms.
The pool was spacious and not too deep, which worked well even without a dedicated kiddie pool.
We also loved the floors! From the rooms to the carpeted hallways and the outdoor areas, our one-year-old enjoyed toddling around safely since the surfaces weren’t slippery.
The breakfast? Superb. Compared to other hotels we’ve tried in Quezon City, this one offered a wider variety with really flavorful options. I even got to enjoy taho for the first time at a hotel—such a nice touch! We also appreciated that they have their own coffee shop onsite.
And lastly, the staff were amazing—warm, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Even those who seemed new were well-trained and professional.
Overall, we were very satisfied. My husband and I already agreed—we’ll definitely book here again later this year!
P.S.
If you're planning to book, a couple of things to keep in mind:
The main entrance involves a flight of stairs, so if you’re coming with someone who has mobility needs, just take note. There may be an elevator from the basement parking, but best to check ahead.
Since the hotel leans toward a modern industrial style, some fixtures and furniture have sharp edges. If you’re bringing a toddler, just keep an extra eye out.

AAnonymous UserCheck in time took more than an hour. Not sure if its because its holiday but the line is long and only 2 counters were open.
Changing of towels is not included when they clean the room, we had to call and request for new towels.
Room is clean, tho they dont have rooms for family. We had to book two separate rooms which was a bit hassle.
Location wise, very near with everything. We watched a concert so its good that its just beside araneta and gateway.
Breakfast is good.
Pool is not big so it can get crowded easily.

Covered mall access (2nd floor) is convenient, but parking is shared with the mall and requires validating a coupon—a bit of a hassle. Overall, a good stay.

AAnonymous UserEnjoyed our 2 nights stay, for my fiance's birthday. Luckily we were given, a room that the air conditioning is good. They only forgot to have the complimentary slippers inside, but when we raised that issue on their front desk. They brought it to our room, immediately. So that's a plus. Their staffs are also very accommodating, and approachable.

room only with basic kits such as towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo. TV with cable box, but not a smart TV. Yung towels may konting punit. Bed sheet looks good, and clean, may stains lang talaga na hindi natatanggal which makes us think kung nalabhan ba talaga hehehe. Great city view, kaso for safety siguro, nakaclose (permanently) yung balcony and windows

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
