Solaire will now be our go-to hotel! My partner and I booked an overnight stay to celebrate our anniversary and we had the best time. The staff are all very accommodating and well-trained. We were fortunate to have booked our stay on the day of their 2nd anniversary. We got not only a complimentary room upgrade but also drink and snacks for our celebration. The breakfast buffet had everything we wanted and more. The room was spotless and clean. The amenities are topnotch and checking in was so smooth and quick. Checking out was even quicker. Will definitely come back!

We truly loved our stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights of our experience was how accommodating and approachable the staff were throughout our visit. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome greeting prepared in our room, complete with roses and a handwritten birthday note. This small but meaningful gesture really made our stay extra special and showed how much the staff values their guests, which we genuinely appreciated. Since we were traveling as a family, it was also wonderful that the hotel was able to arrange the first two rooms as connecting rooms for us. This made our stay much more convenient and comfortable, especially when traveling with family members. The rooms themselves were very clean, well maintained, and relaxing, which made it easy to feel at home during our stay. The hotel also has a swimming pool that guests can enjoy, which is a great added amenity. While we understand there is a reminder that there is no lifeguard on duty, we do hope that in the future they might consider having one available for added security, or at least someone who regularly checks on guests using the pool, just to ensure everyone’s safety. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay here. The combination of excellent service, clean rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere made our experience truly memorable. We would definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel, as both the staff and the place itself are simply amazing.

I chose Ardenhills Suites purely because it's new. Seriously, who wants to stay in an old Manila hotel with that musty carpet smell? My first thought upon entering was: Wow, this room is huge! So many boutique hotels nowadays feel like shoeboxes, but their Deluxe room is spacious enough for me to walk around comfortably. What really impressed me was the wooden flooring – it felt solid underfoot, a hundred times better than those thick, dirt-trapping carpets. If you're someone who hates sun exposure but still wants to swim, their indoor heated pool is a lifesaver. Go around 3-4 PM, the water temperature is perfect, and it just refreshes you completely. However, I have to be honest about the parking – it's a real test of skill. The ramp is so narrow it'll make your palms sweat; new drivers might want to think twice. And the breakfast, if you prefer bold flavors like me, you might find the selection a bit on the bland side. Overall, if you're looking for a quiet, clean place to get a good night's sleep in the heart of Quezon City, this place is definitely a safe bet. Tomas Morato, with all its dining options, is just a short walk away, making it super convenient for late-night cravings.

This was our third stay here during this trip. Everything is great as usual. Once again the staff are amazing. Food is excellent. Pool area is beautiful. We will be back next year.

Firstly, thank you so much to the lovely staff Bianca, who really contributed to my pleasant stay here. She warmly welcomed me at the checkin counter, after recognising me from my previous trip (we were unfortunately downgraded to a lower tier room in Holiday Inn due to aircon issues in Crowne a few months ago). She upgraded my room this time on goodwill to ”compensate” me for my previous experience, and I am more than pleasantly impressed at the cleanliness, spaciousness and comfort of the room given to me. All the staff who I interacted with were extremely friendly, efficient, and assisted us with upmost professionalism. The lounge food was delicious and service was top-notch. One of the best hotel stays I've had in Manila in all my trips!

The room is what you'd expect from a typical international hotel – a bit old but relatively clean. Amenities: The worst part was the toiletries. The toothbrush felt like steel wool, and there wasn't even a comb. When I asked at the front desk, they said they don't have any. Honestly, if it weren't for the holiday on Thursday and all the good hotels being booked, I wouldn't have stayed here. There's constant motorcycle noise from morning till night because it's so close to the road.

We absolutely loved the vibe and ambiance of the hotel, which makes it even more disappointing to say that our entire experience was ruined by the poor service. We arrived early to ask if early check-in was available. We completely understood when we were told that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, so we left for lunch and came back exactly at 3:00 PM. Since we had already completed the check-in process earlier, we expected to receive our room key without any issues. Instead, we were told that our room was still not ready. What made the situation even more frustrating was seeing other guests who were just checking in receive their room keys while we continued waiting. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we were finally given our key card—only to discover that it didn't work. We couldn't even enter our room and had to return to the reception, where we waited for almost another 30 minutes while the staff tried to figure out what was wrong. The most disappointing part was that I had to follow up multiple times before anyone offered us another room. There was very little communication, no sense of urgency, and no apology that made us feel our time was valued. We booked this hotel specifically because we were attending a concert and wanted a comfortable place to rest and freshen up beforehand. Instead, because of the delays, we had no opportunity to shower, change comfortably, or even rest. We ended up going straight to the concert feeling exhausted and frustrated, which completely defeated the purpose of booking the hotel in the first place. Our room was at Richmond Eastwood. While I understand it may be managed separately, the staff from Richmond were the ones assisting us. Unfortunately, it genuinely felt like guests who booked directly with Richmond were given better treatment and priority than those who booked through this property. Whether or not that was actually the case, that was certainly how the experience made us feel. When we checked out, the staff gave us a complimentary cake, which we appreciate as a kind gesture. However, by that point, the damage had already been done. The delays, inconvenience, and frustration had already ruined our mood and our overall experience. While the cake was a nice attempt to make up for what happened, it couldn't undo the time we lost or the experience we were hoping to have. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself has so much potential. The ambiance is wonderful, but great facilities mean very little when the service falls far below expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would think twice before staying here again.

There’s a bar you can enjoy. However we went there during its last hours, so staff are bit limited and busy. Few choices for food. But the place has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxing after a long day. The front desk staff were very accommodating, attentive, and friendly

The room was spacious and the beds were very clean and comfortable. The location is away from most of the busy area so we really rested well after a long trip with typhoon tailing us…there’s a 7-11 nearby and other restaurants about 20 minutes away. Quite far really. Their breakfast is plated with very limited options . For the price you pay here, you’re already getting buffet in other hotels. Not complaining, just stating facts from experience. As the pictures show, they have hotel slippers that were way too small for my husband 😅. The lobby area is quite spacious while waiting for us to get checked in. They were so considerate and allowed us to check in early.
