"I recently decided to have a spontaneous staycation at Sotogrande Batangas (April 11-12) just to relax, and I’m honestly flabbergasted! At first, I was a bit hesitant because the location is quite secluded, but the moment I stepped inside, all my doubts vanished. ✨The Ambiance: Ang ”nakakayaman” vibes ng Lower and Upper Ground floors are top-tier! Everything looks high-quality, from the furniture to the color palette. Sobrang relaxing sa mata. I also noticed they have a specific room for kids (perfect for families waiting for check-in/out) and even a dedicated room for nail services. You can really tell they designed the place for ultimate rest and relaxation. ✨The Room (Superior Twin): I booked a Superior Room with twin beds and grabe, I couldn’t ask for more! The bed was so comfy and clean—the moment I laid my tired body down, ayaw ko na bumangon. The room features are complete: television, stable Wi-Fi, excellent airconditioning, a mini-bar, and a total highlight—a bathtub! Napakabongga at napakalinis. ✨Facilities & Dining: The pool area is very relaxing and well-maintained. It was heartwarming to see families and kids enjoying themselves. As for the breakfast buffet? Hindi biro ang menu nila! Every dish was delicious. Maraming salamat sa masarap na pagkain! ✨The Service (The Best Part!): What truly sets this hotel apart is the quality of service. The staff provides a very welcoming vibe, from the security personnel to the front office. A huge shoutout to Sir Josh (Front Office Manager) and Ma’am Cess (who assisted me during check-in/out). Napakaganda at napaka-welcoming ng vibes nila—they really know their job well! Sotogrande Batangas surpassed all my expectations. If you're looking for the perfect place to recharge, this is it. "Three friends and I stayed here during a trip to the Philippines. From Manila Airport, we first traveled to the bus terminal in Manila city, then took a two-hour bus ride from Manila to Batangas, and then a one-hour taxi ride from there. If possible, I think it would be easier to charter a car from Manila. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time relaxing by the pool and trying our hand at diving. There's nothing around the hotel, so we had to eat at the hotel restaurant, but the food was of very high quality and delicious. They also had a few Japanese dishes, such as tonkatsu, which was nice. Overall, the prices were high for a resort hotel, but it was a great experience worth the price."

"Amazing location and environment but: parking lot was full ( way too small) and we had to park far away and go by shuttle to the lobby. Also the breakfast area in the hotel is too small, we needed to walk to the next building.  convenience store or supermarket nearby. The drain in the shower is too small and water raises and runs into the bathroom. The room is large but the furnituring is incomplete ( no second bed cabinet, no hanger, no rack for the luggage ). The staff was constantly stressed and overwhelmed by the high number of guests at the weekend. Nevertheless the stay was fine as the garden and the food was great."
