"It was raining hard and the wind was blowing, really hard to go down the stairs but they assisted us going down, did not offer any spare umbrellas, had to use my own umbrella. Service was so-so considering we were only one of the few guests at the resort on a windy weekday. The suite room is absolutely spacious, they now have a new tv that allows you to watch netflix. The only issue we had was the bidet/sink was leaking and we only saw it the following day."

"The room facilities are old, but fortunately the space is spacious, there is no better hotel nearby, the location is good, it is a good choice to go to Badayu, and the holiday is not recommended."

"What really set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurant, was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety as well The only minor thing was that the aircon was leaking but immediately addressed by the maintenance, but it didn't detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and hope to return soon!”"

"The sound of the waves in the morning is relaxing. Can't use the beach line when low tide. A lot of debris. The same room I got is cheaper when you book with the resort or in Agoda."

"This is our second room. It’s quite smaller than our first room but still the same service we received. On our second day, we went swimming. But the only con was the pool area is in different location and the pool is not heated. After 6pm,no more hotel driver available. So we dont have a choice but to ride in a tricycle just to get there. But then, there is a staff who assisted us and gave us fresh towels. I just hope that they will have a driver until 9pm. Because they said that the pool use is until 9pm. But then, we enjoyed our experience and surely would comeback here."

"Ok I found a hidden gem here, the views and location are stunning! I can't wait to go back with my family here, I would definitely inquire a spot on the upcoming hotel right next door. They had a sale going on because of the construction but the noise didn't bother me at all so the price was decent. The room is tiny but cozy , my only downside is they didn't have bathrooms in the rooms instead it's shared outside or you can use the bigger common shared shower rooms. The views make up for it literally steps from ur room, they also have a nice pool and couple of restaurants inside, one above the lobby that serves Filipino food and one by the beach area which serves more grilled and western cuisines and a few Filipino dishes as well. They have water activities right by the beach available for an extra fee. Staffs are nice and very accommodating, I would definitely go back."

"PROS: We enjoyed our stay although it’s only for 1 night. We tried to extend for another day but they were fully booked. The place is nice, rooms are clean & spacious with a good view of the Taal Lake. We had a relaxing massage we booked in their Spa after a day of swimming. We also enjoyed our dinner and drinks at terraza restaurant mainly because of the live music and very accommodating & friendly staff. CONS: The place was a bit busy & noisy as there were a lot of guests. This place,apparently,is a popular venue for some company’s team building, so expect lots of busses and employees/ guests doing team building activities, lots of people in the swimming pool & in restaurant (especially during breakfast).There are some amenities (ex billiards & darts) that you won’t be able to use if there is a company team building booked for the day (as they prioritise those guests), which I think is unfair as we are all paying guests and it’s included on what we paid and there’s no one using them at that time. Wifi connection is extremely poor! We used our mobile data all throughout our stay. TV didn’t work at all. We have to call the staff, about 4 times before finally someone came to check but still didn’t make the TV work. Front desk need more staff; there’s always a long queue of people & it takes time before staff will be able to attend to you"
