"The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient without much walking. It also has direct access to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, which is fantastic if you're staying here to visit the park. The hotel itself feels a bit dated, but it's generally acceptable. For Chinese guests, the breakfast selection is quite limited. The minibar is very disappointing, with only two small bottles of orange juice."

"Hotel Review
Overall, I was quite impressed with the swimming pool, and I really appreciated getting the pool-view room and connecting room as requested. The breakfast was also good.
There are just a few areas that could be improved:
1. Bell service: There was no bellboy available, so I had to ask the security guard for assistance with the luggage trolley. I understand that the security team has their own responsibilities, but having a bell service available would make the arrival and departure experience more convenient for guests.
2. Accessibility: The parking was generally okay, but for OKU or wheelchair users, the distance from the drop-off point to Room 701 may be quite far and could be challenging.
3. Ironing facilities: The iron board was not in very good condition and could be replaced or maintained.
4. Curtains: I noticed some mould on the curtains. It would be good if they could be cleaned or replaced to maintain a more comfortable and hygienic room environment.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and I hope these small improvements can make the experience even better for future guests."

Very clean, double-storey, very cost-effective, decorated in prison style, each room and living room has air conditioning, kitchen facilities are complete, and there is a refrigerator. There is a high-speed rail nearby, and there is a slightly larger shopping mall and many restaurants diagonally opposite (10 minutes walk). The only drawback is that there is no front desk, and you need to go downstairs to communicate with the security guard at the door to communicate with the hotel.
