The air conditioning in my room had an issue, but the front desk handled it very efficiently. They immediately arranged a room change and kept me informed throughout the process. The staff were friendly, courteous, and even provided a complimentary fruit platter. Great customer service and a pleasant stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Environment: Good Service: Good We used the club lounge on the 20th floor for breakfast, and it was excellent with a great variety of food. Right downstairs there's a large shopping mall, making it a convenient one-stop shopping experience. We stayed on the 18th floor and had a nice view. Very good.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a large shopping mall and at the intersection of two metro lines, making it very convenient for getting around and dining. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The pool was also beautiful. Overall, it was a great stay.

We arrived at the hotel around 3:00 PM to check in. Due to the long weekend holiday, the hotel was very busy and we had to wait about two hours before our room was ready. However, the hotel made up for the inconvenience by offering us complimentary breakfast and a late check-out, which we truly appreciated. I was satisfied with their sincerity and effort in handling the situation. The room had been renovated and was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The swimming pool looked a little old, but it was still well-maintained and perfectly usable. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, and most importantly, my kids had a great time. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were excellent – reliable hot water and effective air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The front desk staff were responsive, and the hotel's location was convenient with plenty of amenities nearby and easy access to transportation. My only minor suggestion would be to perhaps refine a few small details. All in all, I was very satisfied.

This is one of my favorite hotels that I frequently stay at, and I'm very satisfied with everything. The environment is clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The service staff are friendly and helpful, and they respond promptly. The pool and gym offer an excellent experience. Plus, there are all sorts of great restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, sightseeing, and dining.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Malaysia. The location is fantastic – right next to an MRT station, which made getting around the city super easy and convenient. What really stood out for me was the amazing staff. I only brought a USB cable to charge my phone, and they kindly allowed me to charge it in the lobby. That kind of flexibility and friendliness is rare and much appreciated. As a bonus, I also discovered that the TV in the room has a USB port, so I could charge my phone there as well – a smart and thoughtful touch. Another great touch – there’s a filtered water pipe available, so you can easily get a cool, clean drink, which is especially refreshing in Malaysia’s hot weather. Overall, great service, excellent location, and practical little details that made my stay stress-free. Will definitely stay here again.

It's my third visit to The Saujana KL and we really love the surroundings with all the greenery. First time stay in the executive block and the view was great compare with club room with pool view & lake view. The only down part might be the bathtub which I think it could be improve on the cleanliness but we will definitely back for weekend getaway. 

Eastin Hotel Petaling Jaya was Rebeand as Marriot management since lads December 2025, some rooms, restaurant & swimming pool still under maintanance but still Marriot Petaling Jaya always welcome all customer to feel the greatest service , Room very stunning & innovative refurbishing & no doubt for the Morning Buffet Breakfast is Awesome with variety fusion food ❤️🤩 Parking per Entry rm5 for all staying customer 🫡✅Keep it up Marriot PJ ill seeing u again nextime 🌹

Pick this hotel initially due to its closeness to DSH2. However it's really tricky to get there for someone who is not really familiar with the highway. It's really complicated. Maybe because the hotel is still new, just recently been completed after 10 years being stalled (according to a Grab driver) I needed to pay a RM200 deposit (because I stayed more than 2 nights according to the receptionist) which will be given back upon check out. Overall a good stay for someone familiar with the surrounding area. Not so much for us.😅
