The kids club was a highlight. We could drop off the kids at a fee so that parents could have time for themselves! The kids had a great time with many activities there. The hotel is also connected to the mall which makes shopping and dining very convenient!

Unacceptable hygiene issues for MYR 910/night Dear Management Team, I recently completed a stay in Room [Insert Room Number] at a rate of over RM900+ per night. Given this price point, I expected standard luxury hospitality and clean facilities. Unfortunately, the room fell far below acceptable hygiene standards. During our stay, the bathroom basin was completely blocked and would not drain. Upon inspecting the pop-up drain stopper to see what was blocking the water, we discovered it was covered in thick, black grime and mold. Stagnant soapy water remained trapped in the sink, making the bathroom unhygienic and unusable. Paying premium rates for severely neglected plumbing and poor sanitation is unacceptable. I have documented this with photos, which are attached for your reference. I would appreciate a response from the Duty Manager regarding this stay experience and how management intends to address this matter.

Fantastic family hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and plenty of space for the kids. We felt completely at home.
