Sunway Resort Hotel is absolutely amazing! It's like a giant playground. The lobby is incredibly grand and opulent, and the staff are all super warm and friendly. There are phone charging sockets everywhere in the lobby, but you'll need an adapter. The entire resort is beautiful, and there's a huge shopping mall with tons of restaurants just past the restaurant on the right side of the front desk, making dining incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel; check-in here is full of pleasant surprises!

The hotel provided early check in and parking rate of rm15 nett. Breakfast can choose between sunset terrace or Gordon Ramsay. Room is slight smaller than other 5 Starr. Breakfast press is ok. Oasis pool is big and has waterfenture

Excellent hotel and excellent location. Hotel pool is so good! I can’t get over my holiday experience there. Easy exclusive access to the Sunway waterpark and theme park from the hotel that is for hotel guests only. Was easy for me to get back to the hotel. The staff is so friendly. Breakfast 10 out of 10. Rooms are clean, up to date and spacious.

A very well maintained hotel. The amenities is pretty good with a nice gym and swimming pool. The hotel itself is link to the Sunway Pyramid Mall which offers great food variety, shopping and entertainment. The only con is the breakfast is a bit expensive for extra guest at RM120 per person. Perhaps a 50% discount for additional guest. Anyway they provide 2 breakfast for staying guest. And it's not a problem finding food there. The Gordon Ramsey restaurant is nice but the portion is noticeable smaller than Singapore. 😄 Overall a good stay can he expected.

Sunway Resort Hotel is a very nice hotel with a beautiful view overlooking Sunway Lagoon, creating a relaxing and premium atmosphere. The breakfast spread offers a wide variety of choices and caters well to different tastes. The hotel is also directly connected to Sunway Pyramid, making it extremely convenient for shopping and dining with easy access to many food options. However, as this is a 5-star hotel, I expected fresh milk to be served during breakfast instead of only full cream or low-fat milk. Offering fresh milk would further enhance the overall experience. Overall, it is a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay, and I would still recommend it.

This plce superb amazing, having my child birthday here and request if they have any compliment last minutes as a simple gesture for my son, they give me big slice of cake. It was super fun here with big swimming pool area, for adult and for children.🥰
