the best hotel we ever been in Asia. so nice and kind and staff, still smiling and very helpful from receptionist, cleaners, garderners. everyone was very nice. Breakfast is absolutely amazing. hotel is very clean and they care about it whole day. rooms are big and nice. it was amazing stay for us. thank you.

This stay was much more than I expected. I originally booked this hotel as a last-minute emergency for one night, but I ended up wishing I had booked my entire three-day stay here! What stood out: A Special Shoutout to ”Superman”: I have to give a special mention to my driver, Superman. He was absolutely incredible! From the very first moment I met him, I knew I was going to fall in love with my stay at this hotel. He made everything feel seamless and welcoming. The Room & View: The room was incredibly spacious. Even though I booked a garden view, I was given a generous upgrade to a partial ocean view. From the beautiful bathroom to the balcony, the scenery was breathtaking. Exceptional Service: The service went above and beyond. They contacted me via WhatsApp and were extremely flexible in helping me book a private tour for the same day. The Experience: They arranged a pickup for me directly from the Lombok port. I rented a GoPro through them for the tour, and despite the rain, the team was so kind and accommodating. Dining: I had a delicious dinner, and the breakfast the next morning was outstanding with an incredible view. Everyone at the hotel was wonderful and the attention to detail was amazing. I truly regret not staying here for my whole trip. Highly recommended!

I have stayed a few days in a few of the places in lombok as well as Senggigi. Look no further, just boook this place. It's the best choice! Services was too notched. Some other resorts or villas that's we've stayed around the area was not as good as Jeeva santai even though some priced higher than Jeeva. Breakfast was superb. Although it's ala carte, u can keep refill till you're full enough. Try their fried rice! Room was spacious and love their roomy bathroom! Will definitely come back again!

Well this Resort is labelled as one of the best on Lombok and I can honestly say that it very much deserves it. - Clean +++ - Location/Views +++ (view from infinity pool and your villa are amazing, one of the best ive seen so far) - Food ++ is great no doubt, especially their coffee selection where they try some new flavors - Breakfast a la carte +++ (big selection, good quality) - Price +++ (for this kind of quality and luxury we payed ~160€ for 1 night, it was well worth the money!) - Super friendly staff ++ - 10/10

Qunci is a great resort, well cared for property with spacious grounds in an enviable beachfront location. Pool Villa was lovely considering its age.Exceptionally maintained. The grounds of the resort are beautiful with tasteful landscaping throughout as well as the three gorgeous pools along the beachfront. Ample rows of in demand pool lounges surround the pools. Restaurant has attentive service, along with an extensive and very delicious breakfast menu. On the right day, sunsets are beautiful viewed from Qunci. The villa is spacious with a comfortable bed along with a private pool to set the mood. Only negatives would is that Pool Villa is close to the main road so some traffic noise evident, as well as some ants appear to be present, whereby I was bitten in the bed. Reception was very apologetic and very attentive for thorough cleaning and provided special medication for relief. Wonderful service recovery.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The value for money is perfect. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the beds are cozy. The furniture is a bit worn, but that's a minor detail compared to the superb service. The staff is generous with water, providing it as needed; we took 10 bottles. They're also generous with towels. And the breakfasts! Absolutely amazing, delicious, beautifully presented, and accompanied by live piano music. The hotel is beachfront. The beach isn't perfect, but it's fine for swimming. There's also a port nearby where you can catch a boat to the Gili Islands. Within a 10-minute walk from the hotel, you'll find a currency exchange and a laundry service. We ate at the hotel, and all the food was delicious. The hotel offers lovely perks: complimentary cocktails and a bonus photoshoot with one free printed photo. We loved all the photos and ended up buying the whole set. The hotel also hosts various events: on Saturdays, there's a seafood BBQ dinner with live music for 350,000 rupiah. During the day, there are workshops like kite flying, towel animal folding, Indonesian language lessons, and couple's massage classes. The hotel spa is also wonderful. We also used the hotel's tennis court, which is free for guests until 6 PM, and they provide rackets, water, towels, and four balls. The hotel has a large swimming pool with a slide and a volleyball net. In the evenings, there's a beautiful musical procession with traditional fire lighting. Sheraton Senggigi has truly stolen our hearts. We can't wait to return!

I stayed in room 410 for two nights. I didn't live enough. I stayed in room 407 again. Room 407 is a little more sea than 410. The door is out of the sea, the balcony is out of the pool, the pool bar and breakfast from the free afternoon tea. The restaurant is also very close. Staying at this hotel for more than 700 nights is really too cost-effective, and there are not many guests staying, very quiet. If you go to Lombok, you will definitely stay here. I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone, but I am afraid that the Chinese will go up more. There is free afternoon tea at the pool bar from 3pm to 5pm, with coffee, water, bread, snacks and fruit. The hotel has room service, it is not expensive, per capita 50-100, after the meal is placed in the door of the room will be taken by the waiter.

Facilities: The hotel's facilities are absolutely perfect. Our room, about 70 square meters, featured a modern bathroom with distinct wet and dry zones and a well-appointed bathtub. The impressive, super-sized swimming pool was a highlight. We loved feeling the sea breeze, sipping coffee while gazing at the ocean and listening to the waves, and simply unwinding as we watched the sunrise and sunset. Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean and tidy; everything was spotless. Environment: Perfect. Breakfast: The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, with their aromatic American coffee being particularly noteworthy. Service: Upon arrival with four suitcases, the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with all our luggage without expecting a tip. Their service was warm, attentive, and always delivered with genuine, welcoming smiles.

The bathroom smells bad, the water is sometimes small, but the hot water works well. The room lighting is not good, so the room feels scary. The room facilities are quite complete there are toiletries and coffee makers, but we got our bed sheet with holes and the power outlets are not much/hidden. Inside the room is quite clean but the facilities outside the room are not maintained well, the swimming pool water is green so think about swimming again. For a pretty good location close to many centers because2, suitable for the last day before going to the airport.
