I came to Lombok for my Run event in Merumatta. But i prefer Sheraton because i trust Sheraton and this hotel was the closest to the run venue.
I am satisfied with the room. The staffs were all friendly and helpfull. The breakfast choices were okay. The only thing that i stop peeking all the food choices offered there during breakfast was because the pot's lid were all way to heavy and hot to handle when opening. I wonder why the restaurant chose this pot for serving. They were not handle friendly and heavy and risk of falling or breaking. The Pool is nice. The beach connected to the pool was also nice and clean.

Great resort with incredible service! Definitely would recommend staying. The breakfast has a really nice selection of local and continental food that is accompanied by live piano every day. The gym is open 24h. Senggigi beach has very clear water in the morning. The pool area and the pool bar are very well kept. Ample car parking, where Tiwi & Wide made our stay really special! Will definitely come back.

I dare say Sheraton was a life-saver. After an excruciating hiking experience at Mt Rinjani, our bodies were in need of repair and rest. We arrived quite late at about 7pm, but the spa decided to stay open a little longer just so that we get a 1 hr massage.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable so we obtained a good sleep. It was a pity we couldn’t stay longer as we had a flight to catch the following morning but before we left, we had the breakfast buffet which was good!
Staff were so friendly and helpful.
The property is a little old. It does not seem to have lifts so if you were like us with sore muscles, the stairs were a bit of a challenge. It rained a lot the evening we arrived and many parts were flooded ankle deep. The water was drained by the morning however. Still, the resort remains beautiful under sunshine and good weather.
Airport is only about an hour away. Overall we are glad we stayed here.

Hotel is beside the beach and has nice view. Standard buffet breakfast with few live stations. Room interior was nice as well. Downside is the mosquitoes around the island.
