It's high quality hotel. Good service and food. Great value of money. I highly recommend it. It's awesome there

Clean good size room with cable TV but no fridge. No seaview rooms as under renovation. Staff are friendly and readily available to assist. Will need own wheels as location has beach and nothing else.

We booked a junior suite. The picture showed sea view and balcony and we had high hopes. We were given a room at the back which had neither and was depressing. We asked to be moved and this was done. A bad start. Otherwise OK

I enjoyed the view of the room. The facilities were good. The service was excellent !

A modern and cozy hotel just cross the road to famous senggigi beach. Easy to find cafes and resto. So many tour operators along the road. Just pick any one you love and meet your budget. I rent a scooter to go around senggigi, mangsit, nipah and further up to bangsal harbour. Many nice view ports to stop by along the road from hotel to bangsal harbour.

Nice, clean and quiet hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

Close to port but pretty far from everything. Booked at last minute fairly cheap. Black sand beach across the street but some new development recently going on there so the walk was not that nice. Hotel could use a bit update however we just stayed 2 night and were out most of the time . Good breakfast choice.

You get what you pay for here. Loud hallways, rooms have paint peeling of the walls. You can hear the mosque clearly from every room start from around 5am. Only beer downstairs in the lobby, no spirits. Didn't try any of the food but that's mostly because it's all mosquitos in the outdoor dinning area.
