"Enjoyed our stay, overall experience was good, but not special.
Room was nice and big and very clean. We stayed in deluxe suite in building A. No complaints for the room. There were fruits waiting in the room when we arrived, but no water bottles. I guess they were forgotten and the staff brought water quickly once we called about it.
Indoor areas look nice and well maintained overall, although the lobby was quite dark in the evening.
Outdoor areas were basically nice, but the hotel looks a bit dirty and worn from outside, and it seemed the same way for the other outdoor areas. Pool looked nice even though we didn't use it.
Service was just basic, no extra effort in anything. Everything went smooth, but didn't feel impressed by the service in any way.
Breakfast was pretty good and even we arrived quite late they still seemed to have everything there. Some dishes were not so good like bacon which was very pale and soggy, but mostly it was okay. Coffee machine could only make espresso and caffe crema, no milk in the machine.
Not a five star experience, but still good overall."

"Nice location with restaurants nearby, cross border bus service to HK/HK airport.
However I had a terrible experience at the swimming pool. Apparently it has been outsourced to a private entity so the service was really bad. The pool attendant (a younger male staff) was neither friendly nor helpful, so I could not enjoy my lap swim. That's why the star rating for service drops to 2. This is my third time staying in this hotel and I met him every time at the poolside. He gave me the feeling that hotel guests are second class user next to his own local members.
Other than that, the stay was as good as before"

The room was incredibly spacious with a 2-meter bed, which is bigger than the 1.8-meter beds you find in most other hotels. The ambiance was cozy, and the lighting fixtures were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast offered a great variety. I'll definitely stay here again.

Guest UserWe booked a hotel package that included buffet breakfast and dinner. The food selection was incredibly rich, not just a token offering, and they kept it well-stocked, replenishing items quickly if they ran low. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. Another great point was that our package included two-day admission to Longfeng Villa, but due to a typhoon, we couldn't enter. However, the hotel promptly refunded a portion of the ticket cost. Even though we couldn't go outdoors, the hotel had plenty of children's play facilities, so the typhoon didn't affect us at all. We ate, drank, and played all within the hotel. All in all, we had a very happy and enjoyable stay.

I'll definitely stay here again next time! It's very new and fancy, and the rooms are quite comfortable. For just over 200, you get 4-star facilities – such great value for money! There are plenty of parking spaces, even with canopies. The service is also excellent. The only tiny flaw was that the cherry tomatoes at breakfast weren't washed properly, otherwise it was absolutely perfect!
Oh, and there's a trendy cafe in the courtyard – apparently, it's the most fashionable spot in Chashan Town, haha!
Next door is Chashan Park, where there's square dancing and karaoke until about 10 PM. I'm not sensitive to noise, so I found it tolerable, but my travel companion thought it was too loud.

Yuni_Soul_GZ_CA_KRAll staffs my family met happily greeted! It was impressive. I recognized the staffs are well educated for the service mind.
Dinner buffet was really amazing. I’m not a dessert lover but all dessert like cakes and puddings were delicious! Especially baked durian and coconut pudding 🥰
The kids room was spacious!
One thing I want to propose is that the depth of the outdoor swimming pool should be not too deep. The lowest was 1m 50cm and the deepest 1m 70cm. During the summer vacation, if the outdoor pool has the same as the indoor pool’s depth, more guests will be able to enjoy swimming!

The front desk service was excellent; they were very attentive and even made coffee for me. I've stayed here several times now. The rooms are clean and tidy, and I really like the decor. It's thoughtful that the front desk has a dedicated area for female guests, which is super convenient for travelers. The hotel also has a gym, a swimming pool, and a laundry room. Plus, every room comes with a charger, making it especially great for business travelers. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

It's a mere 3-minute walk to Chang'an Station for the Suishen Intercity Railway, making trips to Shenzhen Airport and the Exhibition Center incredibly fast. Plus, self-parking is free. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent soundproofing, and the bedding was soft and comfortable – I slept like a baby until I woke up naturally. The service was professional and attentive; check-in and check-out were both very efficient. There's even a cute robot that delivers meals! The breakfast spread was extensive with fresh ingredients. This truly lives up to its reputation as a benchmark international five-star hotel in Chang'an Town!

Staying with our child was so easy and stress-free. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious enough. Our kid absolutely loved playing on the big lawn outside the restaurant. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely recommended for families with children.

Willia WThe breakfast area is beautifully decorated with a good variety of choices, they even have roast goose lai fun (rice noodles)! The room is comfortable and clean, with a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and the bathtub fills and drains quickly. The staff are polite, especially empathetic. I was just about to check out when a sudden heavy thunderstorm hit. I communicated with the front desk, and they were understanding, allowing me to wait until the rain eased before checking out. It felt very welcoming.

A great hotel!
It was fate that the Junlan Hotel, where I'd stayed before, didn't have single rooms available, so I ended up staying at this hotel much later.
Aside from the slightly dated facilities, everything else was surprisingly good. Transportation, dining, and everything else are all very conveniently located here! The breakfast was also very filling!
I highly recommend staying here again!

We are very satisfied with the hotel when it comes to what we got for the price. It was a very cheap stay, and in general the hotel satisfied our needs and expectations.
The hotel's location is good and convenient for taking a taxi to train stations and other places in Dongguan.
Service is very good. All the staff we met had a great attitude and answered all our questions patiently.
The rooms and restaurand were a bit out-dated, and the rooms had a slight smell of smoke. But it was clean and spacious.
The pool was not usable, as the water was dirty and seemed not to have been cleaned in a long time.
