The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Changping Park (Changtian Road), Changping Cultural Square and Changping Theater. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Dongguan hotel provides parking on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. For guests traveling on business, this hotel is consistently one of the most popular choices.
"This is my second visit within 2 months. I got a non-smoking room even though I forgot to request one in my booking. Compared to my previous stay, this room had no issues with the TV or A/C.
The fancy coffee brewing machine providing fresh coffee in the lobby is still there to serve black coffee drinkers as neither sugar nor cream is available.
Ironically the shower curtain is still hanging there around the bathtub but then the sprinkler has obviously been removed.
Overall, this is a much better experience comparing to my last visit. Look forward to staying there again in the future."

Our stay at Banyan Tree Dongguan Songshan Lake was truly value for money! Allen at the front desk provided exceptional service, upgrading us to a lake-view room when available and checking in daily to ensure our satisfaction. He even messaged us after we checked out to make sure we arrived home safely – his service was incredibly thoughtful and polite, a definite commendation! 👍👍 The hotel rooms were comfortable and elegant; our child repeatedly said how much they enjoyed the stay, and the soundproofing was excellent! The hotel also has a dedicated pathway directly to Songshan Lake Scenic Area and Science Park, which was incredibly convenient. We'll definitely be back! ✌️

Guest UserI highly recommend the Regal Palace Hotel. I've stayed here multiple times, and I'm definitely a returning guest! The location is excellent, right next to the 4A-rated Longfeng Villa Resort, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel's family-friendly amenities are superb, with a clean swimming pool, ball pit, sand pit, and even DIY craft activities. The kids were entertained all day long. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is attentive and thoughtful. It's my top choice for a vacation with kids – no need to rush around, both adults and children can relax. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip!

Travelling HIt’s a good hotel. Brand new, luxurious, nice facilities. The room itself was very nicely designed and comfortable.
Only thing that needs improvement is the air quality of the rooms. They don’t enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Which is fine, but they also don’t have an air purifier. So if you have asthma or breathing problems that may be an issue. I already informed the manager and hope they take the necessary steps to purchase some air purifiers as they are only about 750 Yuan.
I hope to return in the future and if I see them having some air purifiers on board that could take their rating to a 5/5 in the future. But if not; that is their choice as a 4-star hotel as well.

Staying with our child was so easy and stress-free. The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious enough. Our kid absolutely loved playing on the big lawn outside the restaurant. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely recommended for families with children.

The room was quiet with great soundproofing, and the office facilities were comprehensive. The service was professional and efficient, with smooth check-in and check-out processes. The buffet offered a wide selection of seafood. Overall, it's a high-end and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend for business travelers.

A great hotel!
It was fate that the Junlan Hotel, where I'd stayed before, didn't have single rooms available, so I ended up staying at this hotel much later.
Aside from the slightly dated facilities, everything else was surprisingly good. Transportation, dining, and everything else are all very conveniently located here! The breakfast was also very filling!
I highly recommend staying here again!

Guest UserI have stayed here several times. The environment is very clean. There are many restaurants nearby, including breakfast and late night snacks, and shopping is convenient. I highly recommend this hotel. I found several hotels nearby and they were quite expensive. This one is relatively affordable. I thought the environment would be bad, but it still exceeded my expectations.
