Hhappy explorerHotel is located below a billiard club with constant streaming of outsiders customers, smokers, noisy environment! Lobby and lounge area is used by other building visitors, delivery boys with obvious security lax. Not conducive as a hotel for vacationers.

GGuest UserMy stay at All Seasons 5.0 was incredibly surprising and delightful! The Zen-inspired New Chinese lobby is simple yet elegant, and the welcoming gesture of serving original leaf white tea was a lovely touch. The room was spotlessly clean, and the latex pillow and Season Dream mattress made for such a comfortable sleep that I didn't want to get up. The smart voice-controlled lighting and curtains were super convenient. The breakfast, with ingredients directly from an ecological farm, was authentic and nourishing. The 24-hour laundry room and treadmill room were incredibly practical. The service was thoughtful without being intrusive. Definitely my top choice for business travel, and I'll be back!

Hygiene: The room was spotlessly clean. The mattress was unique – it felt firm at first, then softened up after a while.
Environment: There's not much to say about the surroundings, but it's very close to Songshan Lake Scenic Area.
Service: The service was good. The front desk was very responsive and always available when called.
Ramada Double Night Snack: The night snack selection was extensive, including congee, steamed dumplings, buns, fruits, corn, and sweet potatoes.

GGuest UserI've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and I'm always satisfied. The transportation and parking are convenient. Although the hotel facilities are a bit older, they are very well-maintained and managed, and the staff provides excellent service. Even though it was my child's first time staying here, they said the hotel was great when we left and that we could choose this place again next time we visit Dongguan.

GGuest UserThis time I stayed at the InterContinental in Dongguan, and overall I was very satisfied. The hotel lobby has a high ceiling and a modern Chinese design, giving it a very comfortable sense of space. The room was spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light. The city night view in the evening was beautiful. I have to praise the bedding – the duvet was fluffy and soft, and the pillows were just the right height; I slept soundly until morning. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the shower pressure was even, and the toiletries smelled good.
The hotel is connected to the Guomao shopping mall, so you don't have to worry about sun or rain when going out to shop or watch a movie. This design is a huge plus.
However, our breakfast coincided with the May 1st holiday, and we could dine until 10:30 AM. My family arrived at 9:30 AM, and after being seated by the staff, I walked around for about 10 minutes but couldn't get any food at all. About 95% of the food in the serving area was completely empty. I waited another 10 minutes, and no one came to replenish the food. Even the most basic noodle soup only had one type of egg noodle, without a single vegetable. This was truly the first time I've left a five-star hotel breakfast feeling hungry.

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. It's also close to shopping malls like Guomao and Vanke, so it's great for shopping. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend it for your 51 (May Day) holiday trip!

GGuest UserRecommended by a friend, he said that this hotel is not bad, so he stayed here. The price/performance ratio is really good. The front desk of the hotel also upgraded a room for free. The bed is very big and comfortable. The most important thing is that the weather is too cold. The hotel has heating. It’s a great stay. It's still very comfortable. Although the breakfast doesn't have many varieties, it has everything you need and the taste is very good. Many hotels don't provide slippers for children. This hotel also installed slippers, toothbrushes and other toiletries for children. , I have to like this 👍, the service is very meticulous, the ladies at the front desk are very beautiful, I will come and stay here next time I have a chance

I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which kept the room clean and fresh throughout my visit. The room itself was quite spacious, even though I booked one of the more budget-friendly options, which was a pleasant surprise.
One area that could be improved is the lighting control in the room. There is no central switch to dim or turn off the lights, so I had to walk around the room to switch off different lights before going to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom layout separates the toilet from the shower area, requiring a few steps to move between them.
The hotel provides clothes washing services but it’s chargeable and the price is on high side. One piece of normal ladies pant cost RMB50, male pant cost RMB45. If you give the clothes the housekeeping staff before 11am, they will send the clothes back to your room within the same day.
Pullman Hotel also offers several in-house dining options, including Chinese and Japanese-style restaurants within the premises, which made dining very convenient. If you order food delivery , they have the robot machine to send your food to the room, just make sure you indicated the room number clearly. The lift required a room card to access hence the dispatcher will not be able to send the food to your room.
Hotel staff is helpful, I requested them to collect the parcel on my behalf from the locker located at basement and they acting it very fast. Keeping them for me even though the check in date was a week later.
Overall, it was still a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Pullma.

GGuest UserThe environment is quiet and serene, with a subtle Chinese garden style. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped (it would be even better if they provided two pairs of slippers for showering). Kids enjoyed playing in the water, while adults worked out and hiked.
The service was a bit lacking, though. The service robot was slow to respond, and we had to chase down staff multiple times for assistance, likely due to understaffing.
During the May Day holiday, check-in was really slow; we didn't get our room key until after 6:30 PM. Thankfully, the manager was flexible and arranged for the kids to go swimming first, and even gave us some drink vouchers (for a Coke, Sprite, or instant coffee) for those who weren't swimming.

The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, and new slippers were provided in the room, so I didn't have to go barefoot when showering, which was great! The toilet was new and very clean, showing great attention to detail. The sofa was stylish and had a nice texture, making it very comfortable to sit on. The view outside the window was fantastic and expansive. It was quiet and pleasant to stay in, very satisfied.
