Hhappy explorerHotel is located below a billiard club with constant streaming of outsiders customers, smokers, noisy environment! Lobby and lounge area is used by other building visitors, delivery boys with obvious security lax. Not conducive as a hotel for vacationers.

CCathrin. GI had an amazing stay at Ji hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Songsan area. The environment is exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the entire stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The hotel features a modern and stylish design, with beautiful interiors that give a very luxurious and contemporary atmosphere.
The room was very spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of comfort and space to relax after a long day. Everything felt new and well organized, which added to the overall premium experience.
One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location. It is very convenient to travel anywhere in the city, with many attractions easily accessible nearby. There is also a large shopping mall directly beside the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment without needing to travel far. The traffic at this area quite heavy and a lots of cars sound their horn that could be disturbing, however I didn’t experience the noise pollution after late night hence it is acceptable to me.
Their breakfast start from 7am-10am and plenty of choices even though only Chinese style is served. Hopefully their coffee machine is working in the future, as an overseas traveller, coffee is part of our basic need.
One thing I wish to special highlight is about the free laundry, you can view the available machine slots from your room (open the TV and you can see the info). Super convenient! You don’t have to walk all the way to the laundry area to check by yourself.
I would definitely give this hotel a full 5-star rating and look forward to staying here again in the future.

CChuchaxiaoxiaodarenThe breakfast was a bit greasy lately, so I didn't book a room with breakfast. Otherwise, I would have shared some photos to promote it. Overall, the hotel is great. There were two welcome dolls upon check-in, which kids would probably love. I really like the double shower in the hotel; I've seen too many hotels with just double sinks!

GGuest UserI've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and I'm always satisfied. The transportation and parking are convenient. Although the hotel facilities are a bit older, they are very well-maintained and managed, and the staff provides excellent service. Even though it was my child's first time staying here, they said the hotel was great when we left and that we could choose this place again next time we visit Dongguan.

GGuest UserThis time I stayed at the InterContinental in Dongguan, and overall I was very satisfied. The hotel lobby has a high ceiling and a modern Chinese design, giving it a very comfortable sense of space. The room was spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent natural light. The city night view in the evening was beautiful. I have to praise the bedding – the duvet was fluffy and soft, and the pillows were just the right height; I slept soundly until morning. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, the shower pressure was even, and the toiletries smelled good.
The hotel is connected to the Guomao shopping mall, so you don't have to worry about sun or rain when going out to shop or watch a movie. This design is a huge plus.
However, our breakfast coincided with the May 1st holiday, and we could dine until 10:30 AM. My family arrived at 9:30 AM, and after being seated by the staff, I walked around for about 10 minutes but couldn't get any food at all. About 95% of the food in the serving area was completely empty. I waited another 10 minutes, and no one came to replenish the food. Even the most basic noodle soup only had one type of egg noodle, without a single vegetable. This was truly the first time I've left a five-star hotel breakfast feeling hungry.

GGuest UserThe location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. It's also close to shopping malls like Guomao and Vanke, so it's great for shopping. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff was very responsive to all our requests. I highly recommend it for your 51 (May Day) holiday trip!

JJun__KI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff, especially Abby and Goya were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient, and everything was well organized. I really appreciated the warm service and would be happy to stay here again.

CCathrin.GThe hotel provides a wide range of amenities that made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the daily housekeeping service, which kept the room clean and fresh throughout my visit. The room itself was quite spacious, even though I booked one of the more budget-friendly options, which was a pleasant surprise.
One area that could be improved is the lighting control in the room. There is no central switch to dim or turn off the lights, so I had to walk around the room to switch off different lights before going to sleep. Additionally, the bathroom layout separates the toilet from the shower area, requiring a few steps to move between them.
The hotel provides clothes washing services but it’s chargeable and the price is on high side. One piece of normal ladies pant cost RMB50, male pant cost RMB45. If you give the clothes the housekeeping staff before 11am, they will send the clothes back to your room within the same day.
Pullman Hotel also offers several in-house dining options, including Chinese and Japanese-style restaurants within the premises, which made dining very convenient. If you order food delivery , they have the robot machine to send your food to the room, just make sure you indicated the room number clearly. The lift required a room card to access hence the dispatcher will not be able to send the food to your room.
Hotel staff is helpful, I requested them to collect the parcel on my behalf from the locker located at basement and they acting it very fast. Keeping them for me even though the check in date was a week later.
Overall, it was still a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Pullma.

GGuest UserThe environment is quiet and serene, with a subtle Chinese garden style. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped (it would be even better if they provided two pairs of slippers for showering). Kids enjoyed playing in the water, while adults worked out and hiked.
The service was a bit lacking, though. The service robot was slow to respond, and we had to chase down staff multiple times for assistance, likely due to understaffing.
During the May Day holiday, check-in was really slow; we didn't get our room key until after 6:30 PM. Thankfully, the manager was flexible and arranged for the kids to go swimming first, and even gave us some drink vouchers (for a Coke, Sprite, or instant coffee) for those who weren't swimming.

Self service laundry with dryers are provided for free. 4 units each on 14th floor.
Other amenities like late check out and free supply of bottled water are still available.
