Stayed at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana and overall had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff were professional and welcoming throughout the stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and beautiful views around the property. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the facilities such as the pool and gym were very good. Breakfast had a nice variety of options and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt relaxing and family friendly. A great choice for staying in Abu Dhabi and would consider returning again in the future.

Really spacious room, lots of closet space, and huge bathroom. Amenities wise, it was really upsetting that the adult-only pool was too full so we got rejected and had to use the family pool. And next to the family pool, there was a really loud construction happening so it wasn't a relaxing time by the pool.

Huge thanks to the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism! During the Middle East conflict, after paying for my first night, they extended my stay for another 8 days free of charge. All I had to do was provide my earliest flight booking and cancellation notice. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, and the staff, including the lobby personnel, restaurant staff, and housekeeping, provided excellent service. Thanks again to this incredibly generous nation! 😁😁😁

I requested a late check-out for my late flight the next day. They happily accommodated my request, which was a great help. I hadn't eaten Japanese food in a long time, so I went to the sushi restaurant they recommended, and it was delicious – I polished it all off! 😍

I am very happy with my stay at this hotel. The service has been excellent, and the staff have been friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to taxis and public transport, making it simple to get around. Overall, I have had a great experience and would happily recommend this hotel to others.

This is a very busy hotel, located very conveniently from the madinat zayed shopping centre. The room was ok but the carpet needs updating in my opinion. It has a roof top swimming pool with gym and sauna. Staff are very friendly and helpful and I generally had a pleasant stay.

The hotel has a great location with plenty of dining options nearby and a supermarket. It's also a convenient 10-15 minute drive to the main attractions. They offer complimentary valet parking, which is a big plus. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are huge. My only minor complaint is that they don't provide slippers or toiletries.

Swimming pool is heated which is fantastic to enjoy in the evening . Breakfast is amazing which huge variety of options such as western , Asian and Indian food. Sauna and gym are really good and very pleasant stay in Abu Dhabi. Front desk gentleman who checked us is was amazing , very helpful and kind . If you plan to use public transportation to Ferrari World and Warner Bros , take bus 102 or 184 but… buses are so crowded anytime . There is a shuttle bus to Yas Marina but it only pick the people at11:00 am which means arriving in the park afternoon and it will be crowded . Arrive earlier to the parks because rides can take up to 2 hours such as Formula Rossa . Best to stay in Abu Dhabi first and then go to dubai .

The hotel is clean but it is like a condo or flat type of hotel…but it is nice anyway. The food is so yummy with a lot of choices. For the location, it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Al Wahda Mall & so, it’s a bit far. Better to ride a taxi if you have a luggage because it is very hot outside esp. during the mid day. It is near anyway, in all the tourist spots of the city. At night as well, you can hear the music from the bar and also the sound of cars passing by outside. The staff were so friendly, helpful & accommodating. For the service, I find it excellent. We had a pleasant stay in this hotel.
