GGuest UserThis hotel is located within the Etihad Towers complex, famous as a filming location for 'Fast & Furious 7.' It offers stunning views of the eight-star Emirates Palace Hotel and the Presidential Palace, especially from the hotel's 74th-floor observation deck, which provides a beautiful 360-degree panorama of Abu Dhabi. The lobby features a high-ceiling design and live piano music in the evenings, creating an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. The large pool connects directly to the beach, with two or three restaurants conveniently located nearby, adding to the comfort.
The guest rooms are situated on higher floors and are quite spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer uninterrupted views of the sea and the buildings across the way.
The service is warm and meticulous. Staff proactively greet you and are always ready to help with luggage or call a taxi. They truly strive to assist with any request you might have.
Walking to the Presidential Palace takes about 15 to 20 minutes, which was very convenient for us, being seniors.
The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. Highlights include fresh-squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, propolis, and a DIY chocolate skewer station, which was fantastic.
The hotel's Italian restaurant serves authentic cuisine. The pizzas, baked fresh in a stone oven, were exceptionally delicious (unaffected by the strong flavors sometimes found in Middle Eastern cuisine). We ended up dining there twice.

Our Room was impeccable. In the morning, we decided to have a light breakfast at ”The Lounge”: we ordered, among coffee and other items, a smoked salmon bagel, which was delicious and served by our host Osman, whose demanour, knowledge, and overall attitude and customer engagement was outstanding - six stars for him! One word about the smoked salmon bagel: as a bagel connoisseur, and despite the dish's excellent taste and presentation, I'd like to note that the dough used for the bagel is not the typical stiff, high protein, yeasted dogh normally used when baking bagels. I recommend to use the correct dough in the future, slightly toast the bagel before serving, and also add a bit more cream cheese as well as a sprig or two of dill - otherwise, the dish was top notch, and as I already mentioned, the service was exceptional!

MMollyAbsolutely amazing! Especially during New Year's when hotel prices typically skyrocket, this one barely increased its rates, and the location is fantastic! I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommend! Seriously, no lies from a fellow Chinese traveler.
**Amenities:** A bit dated, but everything is spotlessly clean.
**Cleanliness:** Super clean!
**Environment:** Downstairs, it's really close to Domino's, Tim Hortons, and Dunkin' Donuts! Plus, there are tons of small convenience stores.

AAnonymous UserWe enjoyed 5 nights at the Hawthorn extended stay hotel. The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the location. It was very easy to use the local buses and there were lots of supermarkets nearby as well as some good cheap eats and happy hour at the Tavern pub.
I am a very light sleeper and asked for a quiet room which was on 7th floor. I could still hear noise from the hotel bar but my partner slept fine.

GGuest UserBeautiful internally the hotel comprises of different ample sitting areas and small cafes scattered around the hotel. The bath had a crack in it and the shower wasn't great.
The staff all around the hotel were great and courteous. The resort is great but a bit far from the hotel and to walk in the sim is difficult, i think an overpass would be better and convenient. Ps the Zipline activity is never available when I have tried to book it the last year or so. Lazy river is really lazy so keep that in mind lol. Generally it's an okay resort could do with an update to trip.com advertising with new pictures etc.

SSandra MacauI arrived quite early just to drop off my luggage, but the first thing I was told after informing them that I had a reservation for that night was that I needed to pay for an early check-in, which I hadn't even wanted. They should have asked before assuming the situation. Also, when I was waiting to check in, another lady arrived and they attended to her first.
Then, while I was showering, I discovered that there was no conditioner. I tried to call reception, but there was no answer, so I had to get dressed and go to reception.
To top it all off, the people in the room next to mine decided to have a party. They were talking, screaming and laughing so loudly that I had to call reception again at 2 am.
I also found the area around the hotel quite strange, with lots of people sitting on the pavement and the street dirty.
The room is nice and big but it’s too old and wasn’t that clean.
This being said, if I ever return to Abu Dhabi I will not stay there for sure!

LLeny NinguiThe hotel is located in a very convenient area,up on my arrival is was received very professionally,the valet gentleman guided me to reception ,the gentleman that assisted me at reception was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing ,my booking confirmation didn't take long ,the valet assistant escorted me to my room .
To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet,didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding,the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean,the room had an unpleasant smell
The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well.
The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained.
Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice,just go to the basement you will see your car,that was very strange however I continued to do that,that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant.
I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival .
It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.
