"⛔️Booked a suite from 09.09 to 12.08. The staff was warned in advance that the guest would be receiving deliveries of healthy food and should have this food reheated in the hotel restaurant without question. The restaurant itself also stocked food and drinks. At the reception they assured us that no problems would arise. In the tone several times I had to listen to the waiter's dissatisfaction about this. The service is absolutely zero!!!! This is a 4 star luxury! The room cleaning was great, they didn't change the towels, didn't wash the cups, they stupidly came to make the bed. Very long delivery to rooms. When we called with a complaint, they promised on Monday morning that the manager would contact us. In the end, no one called back! The service is disgusting, or rather its complete absence. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! It doesn’t live up to its stars and price, and there’s no sign of tonal customer service. We definitely won't be coming back here again!"

"Excellent hotel, no comments. Everything from the location, interiors, services, service is at the highest level. We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Many thanks to the hotel team, they even congratulated us on my belated birthday (it was the day before). We took the superior standard with a view of the courtyard. The room is very large with a work area (an elegant desk), with a large window from which there was an excellent view of the nice buildings of Polyana 960 and the mountains. The SPA center is large with a lot of pleasant services, I took the floating procedure - it was unusual, cool, I slept great, as promised. Swimming pool with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The breakfasts are excellent, again with stunning views. The ski lifts are within walking distance, it’s very convenient to go down to 540 for a walk and go up to 2200, go for a ride or sit in a restaurant, a bistro at an altitude. The hotel has a "What to do" service, it was convenient - we took tickets to the husky center and a quad bike ride (they took us to the Novotel landing for free in an electric car). Thanks to the hotel, we received a chic, calm, comfortable, interesting vacation and aesthetic pleasure. Thank you! We'll be back!"

"Four years in a row we go to Sochi in January, three of which we stayed at Maina Yacht. Excellent hotel! Good discounts in January. Convenient location, located in the center, opposite the seaport, in the building of the cafe, where you can have breakfast. We lived in a Deluxe room with a jacuzzi and a balcony, overlooking the port, the view is super! The room is excellent, upon arrival we were met with a basket of fruit) Coffee machine in the room, bath accessories, in general there was everything necessary, constantly replenished, daily change of towels. Friendly staff at the reception. Special thanks to the maids, excellent and unnoticeable for us cleaning, which always took place in our absence. Thank you Marina Yacht! See you!"

"I stayed at this hotel a long time ago, when it was still the Radisson. Unfortunately, the hotel's condition has deteriorated, the quality of the breakfast has changed, and it's become more meager. The furniture, carpet, walls, etc., look tired, showing signs of various repairs, chips, and so on. But this time, the air conditioners were an unpleasant surprise. It turned out they simply weren't working. That is, they blow air, but don't cool. Moreover, the temperature in the room (I arrived in May) was 26-27 degrees Celsius, and the air conditioner didn't work. I approached reception about this, and they said, yes, they don't work; just open the window and the door to the balcony, and that's it. They won't work until about the end of May. There's nothing we can do. In my case, if I open the door to the balcony, I smell the restaurant. The hotel staff offered to move me to another room. But the room they offered me had a noisy exhaust fan. So, the issue wasn't actually resolved. The staff's attitude was, well, dismissive. They insisted that all the other guests were fine with the air conditioning situation. And there was no need to show off. Overall, the experience was negative."
