"Very close to the train station and the sea, it feels better than living in the city center on vacation, the whole hotel, including the surrounding parks, is very beautiful, and there are kittens that can rua! Everyone at the front desk was very friendly, smiling and responsive, and borrowed an umbrella with them on rainy days. Except that the bed is a bit narrow, everything else is fine."

GGuest UserRested in December . Everything is great. Not far from the port. You can see the chartered steamboats in the window. Staff friendly. Breakfast at 5+. It was all!!! Even champagne. You could use a swimming pool for 1500 r of the Pullman Hotel. Who is not disgusting with the small things I advise

GGuest UserClean, convenient, beautiful. I liked that there was a pillar of salutation in the room, morning began with music. Take a room with sea view and spent a lot of time on the balcony looking at. Breakfasts are diverse and service is beautiful.
Spa is good. Dinner is a separate love, very delicious in the restaurant, menu order.
There were 5 days there, total benefits, I didn't want to leave. Before that, they stayed in other Sirius hotels, but now only here:)

ЮЮлия СтепGreat hotel. Very clean, good cleaning, lots of small thoughtful little things that want to stay in the hotel even more comfortable. For example, extra pads in the closet.
Breakfasts are not particularly diverse, but everything is: omlet, cashy, broth, flakes, vegetables, cheese and sausage cuts, fruits, coffee from the coffee machine.
I had 52 rooms (standard, with terrace) and a terrace - a special highlight of this room. Two rooms like a green whirlwind, with a tree in the middle, and at night lighted just like a fairy garden.
The accommodation includes the use of sauna, it is very pleasant to relax in the evening.
And the heated pool is just a wonderful addition.
Minus only one is a steep climb to the hotel. And then on the stairs. Older people and resters with small children with a wheelchair will definitely be uncomfortable. Taxi to the hotel is not like to come to the hotel, as it is a one-way street and to go near, you have to make a big circle. And to leave you will have to go to a more convenient street to call a taxi. Better to Kuban, to SurfCoffee.
There was a set of tea and tea in the room, coffee - no, tea - no. When you check in, two bottles of water, on the second day the water was no longer set.
On the recipe girls a separate thank you, polite, smiley and ready to help on any issue.
The hotel hall is very interesting, in some English style, with a cozy corner near the fireplace. I wanted to meet Christmas here!

The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming, there are swimming pool gymnasiums, sauna rooms, etc. There is a waiter at the front desk who is inexplicably charging some fees. I ignore him, and there is a boy in the small bar who doesn’t know whether it is deliberately or unintentionally. Looking for money, it is far from the attractions, the hotel is on the mountain, and the hotel has a minibus to the city center during the day!

GGuest UserThe service staff are very enthusiastic, but they don't speak English and can speak Russian. Communication with their front desk, or staff must pass translation software. The location is very quiet, the light in the room can control the switch at the door, and when people are tired, they have to get up and turn off the light at the door. The lights in the corridor outside are inductive, but not very sensitive. In the evening, I often wiped in the room and found the room.
In the morning, they eat whatever they want.

GGuest UserBooked through Trip.com this hotel for a day, very convenient location in the very center of Sochi, settlement fast, cleanness in the hotel! Beauty is good new, mattresses are soft. It was interesting to see exactly the block with amenities for 12 rooms. Very civil and clean. There is a restaurant with a Swedish table, breakfast, lunch, dinner. In the kitchen block with microwave, dishes, refrigerator. In the room is very clean! The plumbing is new. Thanks to the hotel for having a democratic price in the city center.
