"Guest house. I and two kids took a rest there for 2 and 5 years for 5 nights, and then 2 stayed. In the non-season it was very profitable+ spent bonuses trip.com. Believe clean, on each floor there is a microwave, a gladiator board and a tug. In the room, a teapot, a couple of cups. No contact with the staff. Passing by, everyone is greeting, great) Settled and engaged in their business: sea, walks) I think everything was exhaustive. Cleaning can be ordered by the rules in 4 days. But we didn't need it. I am with children, cleaning you do not want to keep something yourself clean 😁

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a day through Trip.com, very convenient location in the very center of Sochi, quick check-in, cleanliness in the hotel! Good new linen, soft mattresses. It was interesting to see the block with amenities for 12 rooms. Everything is very civilized and clean. There is a restaurant with a buffet, breakfasts, lunches, dinners. In the block there is a kitchen with a microwave, dishes, refrigerator. The bathrooms are very clean! The plumbing is new. Thanks to the hotel for the opportunity to stay at affordable prices in the city center.

GGuest UserThe service staff are very enthusiastic, but they don't speak English and can speak Russian. Communication with their front desk, or staff must pass translation software. The location is very quiet, the light in the room can control the switch at the door, and when people are tired, they have to get up and turn off the light at the door. The lights in the corridor outside are inductive, but not very sensitive. In the evening, I often wiped in the room and found the room.
