I was very pleasantly surprised by such competent staff in a 4-star hotel, be it the restaurant staff, the spa area or the cleaning service. In a room with a beautiful view of the mountains, perfectly white bed linen, a comfortable mattress, pillows and a duvet, you can sleep well. Soundproofing is good. We did not hear our neighbors throughout the entire stay. The hotel offers the possibility of renting an umbrella. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. In the evening, after the cable car closes, there is a shuttle to the hotel. Of course, the hotel has some flaws that require repair, but all this pales in comparison to all the advantages that I saw. For me, this vacation was a delight. I thank the hotel administration and especially its staff. On my next trip, I will definitely stay here again.

Очень хороший отель в чудесной локации! Мой номер был на 2 этаже с видом на лес. Также на 2 этаже прекрасно оборудованный спортзал. Кровать Мега удобная, есть сейф, холодильник, стол, Тв.  Очень тепло в номере, я открывала окно в ноябре для чистого воздуха.  Канатка расположена в 100 метрах от отеля, билеты лучше брать при отеле, выходит чуть дешевле на 250 рублей В отеле стоят массажные кресла Ямогучи , за 600 рублей можно расслабиться 20 минут.  Не понравилось, что завтраки в другом отеле через мост. Но сами завтраки очень вкусные: творог, орехи, хумус, блинчики , штрудель, чизкейки, сыры и много всего разнообразного!

In general, the price-quality ratio is acceptable, from hotels in this location there are no competitors! Nearby is a railway station, a grocery supermarket, a small food court.

Beautiful hotel, not new, but everything is very clean. The room is spacious, with balcony and sea view. This is the most chic. Snowwear, towels, big sauna, couch room, big closet. From the downsides: Breakfasts for 800 r are not delicious, recommendations to change the composition of the kitchen completely. With such abundance of products and a variety of dishes it is necessary to try so unpleasantly. In principle, you can not eat here, there are not bad institutions nearby.

Очень простой интерьер, в холле нет диванов для отдыха, а то что стоит надо выбросить, все изношено, вид старья, завтраки плохие, дешёвый сыр, нет выбора мясных блюд, одна сосиска. Не вкусно. Очень странно для 5 звёзд, видно на всем экономят. Зашли специально в отель 4 и 3 звезды, выглядят внутри лучше, чем в 5 звёздочкой. Не соответствует заявленному никак

Расположение отеля супер, на набережной. Правда прямо ко входу не подъехать, нужно немного пройти по набережной, буквально пару шагов, для нас не было проблемой. Администраторы приветливые, очень гостеприимные, максимально быстро заселили, не смотря на ранний заезд. На крыше отеля терраса с красивыми видами. На этаже кулер с водой, утюг. Номер немного уставший, но уборка хорошая, всё необходимое в номере есть. Над отелем пролетают самолёты, слышно сильно, для нас не критично было, мы используем беруши. Из минусов выделю очень плохую шумоизоляцию, слышно всех и отовсюду. Также из минусов отмечу ужасный матрас, как гамак, вдвоём спать неудобно.
