Overall the perfect hotel located a little bit elevated in mountains, but there is free cable car pass for the guests. The room is huge. High end equipped as well as furnished. The breakfast nice. Would love to stay once more if need to go to this place. But please remember this is not a Sochi :)

The only hotel that creates the atmosphere of this place. No, there is no high-level charm. Take away this hotel, this is an ordinary mountain peak not suitable for tourism. I was very pleasantly surprised by such competent staff in a 4-star hotel, be it the restaurant staff, the spa area or the cleaning service. In a room with a beautiful view of the mountains, perfectly white bed linen, a comfortable mattress, pillows and a duvet, you can sleep well. Soundproofing is good. We did not hear our neighbors throughout the entire stay. The hotel offers the possibility of renting an umbrella. Breakfasts are varied and delicious. In the evening, after the cable car closes, there is a shuttle to the hotel. Of course, the hotel has some flaws that require repair, but all this pales in comparison to all the advantages that I saw. For me, this vacation was a delight. I thank the hotel administration and especially its staff. On my next trip, I will definitely stay here again.

Очень хороший отель в чудесной локации! Мой номер был на 2 этаже с видом на лес. Также на 2 этаже прекрасно оборудованный спортзал. Кровать Мега удобная, есть сейф, холодильник, стол, Тв.  Очень тепло в номере, я открывала окно в ноябре для чистого воздуха.  Канатка расположена в 100 метрах от отеля, билеты лучше брать при отеле, выходит чуть дешевле на 250 рублей В отеле стоят массажные кресла Ямогучи , за 600 рублей можно расслабиться 20 минут.  Не понравилось, что завтраки в другом отеле через мост. Но сами завтраки очень вкусные: творог, орехи, хумус, блинчики , штрудель, чизкейки, сыры и много всего разнообразного!

Of the minuses - the spa was often not preventive this time, this is of course strange, and besides, there is a renovation above the complex, it was noisy, but this is temporary. And another thing - the hotel is practically empty in December, they do not upgrade the room category for this, usually in such chains this option works. In general, this is an ideal hotel for me, I will definitely come back

Beautiful hotel, not new, but everything is very clean. The room is spacious, with balcony and sea view. This is the most chic. Snowwear, towels, big sauna, couch room, big closet. From the downsides: Breakfasts for 800 r are not delicious, recommendations to change the composition of the kitchen completely. With such abundance of products and a variety of dishes it is necessary to try so unpleasantly. In principle, you can not eat here, there are not bad institutions nearby.

We had a rest in December. Everything is great. Not far from the port. You can see moored ships in the window. The staff is friendly. Breakfasts are 5+. There was everything!!! Even champagne. Лучший отель в Сочи, сервис, номера, завтраки - все идеально. Единственное, слева от отеля - стройка, поэтому при бронировании учитывайте это! Стандартные номера с частичным видом на стройку, и в номере слышно даже при закрытых окнах
