I had an amazing stay at the Siargao Island Villas. The location was perfect, the atmosphere was great and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Amy at reception was absolutely lovely and helpful. The spa was also great, the only thing was that our massage started at 9:30 even though our appointment was for 9:00. The room was very comfortable and spacious, definitely worth the money spent. The only improvement would be to have sheets that don't have stains. Overall I had a great stay and will 100% stay here again. Highly recommend it.

The service staff is very friendly. It is inevitable that the floor will be dirty after surfing, and they are also promptly cleaned. The hotel is close to the sea, and you can see the sunrise, but there are sharp reefs and no beach. The dinner options are OK. If you don't want to go out for dinner, you can eat in the hotel restaurant.
A huge pitfall is that I had never expected before: the hotel restaurant has always had a resident band and DJ, but the volume is very loud, and it will last until 11 o'clock or even midnight. Even if you are tired from surfing during the day, it is difficult to fall asleep at night. In just a few days there, I have encountered several waves of guests who were unable to bear the disturbance and had to move out early. But the hotel management seems to be ***** and is completely indifferent to the guests' complaints. The staff is also helpless, and they only dare to tell me privately that it was not like this before, and the newly replaced management ”has a very wonderful imagination.” In addition, the wifi is always available and not available.

This is our second time in Ocean 101. We enjoyed our stay here for the following reasons: Location- beautiful location and perfect for those who love to surf as it’s just few minutes walk to Cloud 9, Jocking Horse, Tahiti and Quick Silver. We have a room facing the ocean and it’s easier for us to check the surf. You can both witness the beautiful sunrise and sunset here. They also have the restaurant which makes it so convenient especially if you have family. Rooms- we chose the ocean room for so many reasons but the other rooms are nice, too. They also have villas for big groups or families. Clean and big enough for our family. Housekeeping staff can make up your room anytime you need some tidying up. Price is very reasonable considering it’s location. Staff-the staff are very friendly and helpful. We always reward them with some gratuity for their service. Restaurant and Food- the food has improved a lot since the first time we have been here. It’s fresh, well presented and our taste buds appoved it. I’m a good cook so I can commend the current chef/s for their effort. Others: We love hanging out in the garden, restaurant or their patio area. Beautiful space they have here. You don’t need to stay in your room as they have beautiful outdoors. You can enjoy some drinks when the sun is about to set. Overall, I recommend this resort.

It is an unexpectedly good hotel. Originally rushed to the Internet celebrity Bayud, but after seeing the house, I felt that the price of Bayud was high and the room was small, so I turned my head and looked for this one on the same beach, and I was very satisfied!
The style of the hotel is more traditional, all room types are the same and facing the sea! There is no pressure to choose barriers to stay. The whole room and living room are well-lit, very quiet, large floor-to-ceiling windows, fully equipped, from surround sound bluetooth speakers, water dispenser, refrigerator, coffee machine, everything is available, facing the sea in the morning, waking up in the sun, sitting in the living room listening to music and eating breakfast (Room service is available) The experience is great. Before leaving, the lady boss arranged for me to have lunch in the seaside pavilion.
I was in a hurry when I checked in. The proprietress still arranged very meticulously. I have stayed in many hotels. This is the only one to send a welcome letter. There are also serious fruits on the plate. The Korean food in the restaurant is easier to meet the Chinese taste. Invited me and my friends to join their barbecue dinner, the Mindanao beef served in the shop is too plump and juicy!

Buddha's is a small, almost family-like, cozy resort with approximately 10 rooms, all in generally good condition. We experienced an issue with a non-flushing toilet for about two days, which was attributed to heavy rainfall. This unexpected rainfall also prompted us to leave earlier than planned, although it did cause a two-day delay in our departure due to canceled flights. The Buddha's team is exceptionally friendly and helpful, truly top-notch, not only when it comes to surfing but also with any other requests or concerns you may have. The location, like many neighboring hotels, is not right on the beach but on the other side of the road, which can sometimes be audible. Nevertheless, you'll feel surrounded by palm trees and other lush vegetation, almost as if you're in the middle of the jungle. Dining occasionally at the resort's restaurant is worthwhile; while the menu may not be extensive, the quality of the cuisine is outstanding. However, fear not, as there are plenty of other delicious restaurants nearby to explore as well.

For meals, I ate all kinds of smoothie bowls, but acai was the most delicious.
The room was nice and clean, but I wish there was a way to prevent insects from coming. There were many mosquitoes and flies.

Relaxing and chill resort to stay at on the lovely Sairgao island. Good location 15 mins walk into general luna town. Rooms were fine decent size large very comfy bed for this type of accomadation. good size bathroom with hot water. lovely gardens surrouding the rooms from entrance to beach very green and well looked after, wifi in resturant was ok but luckily my room near the resturant on quiet days i could get wifi on my balcony two chairs on the balcony. Sun loungers on the resorts beach were nice and relaxing. would have prefered open and drawn curtains for nice view of the gardens. Sairgao inn resort is around 45 mins from airport mini buses wait has one exits the airport on arrival, resort will arrange mini bus return transfer to the airport for 350 peso. Resturant was nice and food was plentiful and good at fair price, theres two girls who seem to run the resort who done an excellant job, resort can arrange tours. I would recommend this resort for a stay on Sairgao island.

GGuest UserKalipay was in the best location ever, yet also like a sanctuary of peace! It helped that there weren’t too many guests when we were there too (as we were just at the beginning of the season). The staff were absolutely lovely and helped us book all of our motorbikes, transfers & surf lessons. We had the reception number on WhatsApp so if our plans changed we could easily contact them to help us - honestly, it took all the faff out of the holiday and meant we could really enjoy ourselves. The room was gorgeous and so big for 2 people! Great shower, air con or a ceiling fan, super comfy bed (if you prefer a slightly harder memory foam feel) & complimentary drinking water and tea. There was also a mini fridge of snacks which you did need to pay extra for but we enjoyed this to have a sweet treat post dinner! There are great drink / dinner options within a 2 minute walk, or 5 minute motorbike ride. We would recommend CEV for amazing ceviche (we went twice) & Goodies did a great cocktail. We also ate breakfast and lunch at Kalipay once and enjoyed both meals. Thank you so much to the Kalipay team - we’d come back in a heartbeat! Emma & Ed

AAAe EspTo start with, this hotel is cost efficient. If your looking for affordable rooms that includes breakfast already not to mention it's a buffet style breakfast, and food is good just right cause it's a complementary breakfast of you room, then Siargao Seasky is one of the recommendable hotel here in Siargao. The staff are nice, they'll answer all your inquiries and respond the problem your room may encounter with. The place is peaceful especially at night. Though they don't have many facilities, but still you can enjoy your stay here. I read some reviews about this hotel, some of them are super exaggerated and very far from what I experienced and observed in the Hotel. Maybe if your looking for a very luxurious hotel that satisfies your high standard, then I suggest to look for higher cost one. They have 6 types of rooms, poolside, regular ans standard 2-beds have 2 semi double bed with private bathroom, and then standard 1-bed room type has 1 bed with private bathroom , and other 2 room type which is economy and budget room - has 1 single bed and common bath outsid your room. If your a traveller YOU MUST READ AND CHECK PROPERLY the room type to avoid any conflict and mislead infos of the room and I suggest if you book online - try in TRIP.COM which is reliable site of the Hotel. All room include already breakfast good for 2 pax. Over all, I recommend Siargao Seasky and if I come back in Siargao, i will definitely stay here again.

She doesn’t smile or say hi to everyone and would sometimes roll her eyes for no reason at all. But besides that, the place has got to be the best hostel to stay in if you’re looking to socialize and make new friends.

I can say that this is One of the best resort at Siargao. Comfortable, spacious and cozy rooms. Friendly and hospitable staff. Good and heartwarming food. All you need in one good vacation - experience Siargao. Highly recommended place to stay!

• room has a balcony (that we didn’t use)
Cons
• because it’s new, apparently their how shower has not been installed yet. But they provide hot water from the kitchen and will bring to the room in a pail 😂
• location is not ideal as it is a good 10-minute walk on a dirt road to get to the main tourism road
• breakfast wasn’t impressive. The tapa and the tocino were tough.
All in all, it’s still value for money. The entries crew were very friendly and accommodating. And I will still consider staying there next time.

Nature Vibes and Beach front location! The resort is really amazing cottages right on the beachfront with the view of famous guyam and daku Island. Super good location walking distance to everything like, surrounded with many resto BAR you don't need to ride a car or motorbike because everything is walking distance. They also have a lots of selection on the MENU both local and international food and it delicious try the BARBECUE children w/unli rice and the yummy Pizza w/ free Pithier of juice. They can also organize a private for at very reasonable price. Just simply ask the reception they can organized and advice any tours. Private tour, Island tour, land tour, kayak rentals, motor bike rental, car rentals almost everything they have. The best part for me resort is very quiet, nice garden and they have huge long beachfront that you can't feel any crowd. Highly recommended their resort, i will go back again and again. ;)

AAnonymous UserYou get what you pay for. If you want a budget accommodation with privacy and don't want to stay with a hostel, this is an option. Okay naman location since it is along Tourism Road. The downside is walang masyadong kainan na malapit kapag lumabas ka kaya need mo magtricycle palagi everytime gusto mo kumain. Kaya they also offer free breakfast kasi wala ka nga naman makakainan sa labas na malapit. 6:40am start ng breakfast nila tas yung babaeng assistant wala man lang urgency na ihanda agad at 7am pa magsisimula magluto. Lol. The worst part is yung pinapatay nila yung breaker ng electricty kapag tanghali (kasi inaassume nila na walang tao sa room) kaya minsan sobrang init kapag nagstay ka sa don. So need mo pa sila tanungin kung brownout ba or pinatay lang nila breaker tas tsaka nila bubuksan ulit. Then sa gabi sinasarado nila yung main valve ng tubig kesyo nakakalimutan daw ng guest na nakabukas daw yung gripo. E pano makakalimutan eh pinapatay nga nila yung main valve. So dapat lagi may ipon ng tubig para incase na patayin nila yung tubig eh makaligo ka pa rin. Lol. I suggest wag na kayo magstay dito and mas better kung makahanap kayo ng accom along Town Hall para malapit sa kaninan. Note that they collect a key deposit of 100pesos which wag ka na umasa na mababalik.
