Lovely villa with a beautiful view. We stayed 11 nights, a bit long towards the end, but we still managed to get some rest! The villa isn't new and could use some updating: damaged sink, mold in the bathroom... Areas for improvement: service and comfort! - It's essential to have a proper sun lounger by the pool, not old armchairs. - Noisy on weekends due to music from the town center. - Noisy neighbors, and reception did nothing to ask them to turn down the music... at 11 pm, I had to go and ask them to lower the volume myself. - Large insects in the house... providing insecticide would be helpful. - If you have a problem in the evening, no one answers after 8:30 pm... having the security number would be a plus. - Limited and unclear breakfast; we were asked to pay for extras upon departure without any explanation! - Overall, there was no service in the villas: no restaurant on site, no help if you want to book a restaurant – you have to manage on your own. - Stained sheets and minimal housekeeping. Positive points: the massages! Given our dissatisfaction, the reception offered us complimentary breakfast and airport transfers, which is why I'm giving it 4/5. Thank you so much for the gesture!
