MMel.YPlace was okay for a family stay. It's not a private villa anymore since there's a restobar inside. I love the staff though, friendly and always smiling and accommodating. Place is also near establishments and you can just walk around. Cloud 9 is like less than 10 mins away. There are dogs inside which I didn't like because they could just have pooped and peed anywhere. Not ideal for kids to play on the sand. There are also pearl sellers and as much as I feel bad, it just ruins your peace and quiet as they dont stop bothering you until you buy. Overall still thinking of going back here in case there's another trip in place. :)

CCarlosWe had a wonderful time i.ln the resort. The staff are accomodatinf. The place is quiet and serene. They also have this very big bathroom. We got a nice beach front and it was perfect. Definitely will come back to this place and it is highly recommended

GGuest UserThe place is nice… cozy looking and the service are great. New resort and everybody seems to still getting used to the service. No receptionist at night. We had to check out early due to our flight changes and left 5:00am the front desk is not open and the no place to return my key but had to leave it in the room.. the breakfast option is not much. Hopefully next time there are more options and the phone in the room. The guy who cleans around is nice. He is always willing to help. Could improve more but it’s a great place to be, only 9 minutes to secret beach, and malinao skate road, 30 minutes to cloud 9, 1 half hour to North/ Pacifico.. Not a busy street so you’re going to have a relaxing night of sleep. Gas station is just right around the corner.

GGuest UserI had a fantastic stay at Reefen Beach Resort. The location is excellent, offering a beautiful view of the ocean right from the property. Cloud 9 and General Luna are both easy to reach within a few minutes by scooter, which makes it a perfect base for exploring Siargao. The on-site restaurant serves good food, and there are plenty of additional dining options within walking distance. Overall, it’s a great place to relax, enjoy the scenery, and stay close to everything the island has to offer.

A special thanks to Raquel for her assistance during an accident, as well as to MJ for welcoming us and organizing our tours. Vanessa deserves recognition for preparing delicious meals and perfecting our coffees. The hotel’s location is peaceful, offering a quiet retreat away from the crowds, yet it's conveniently close to restaurants and busy areas, easily accessible by motorbike. I would suggest offering more activities for guests and expanding breakfast options.

The hotel staff quickly accommodated my needs by providing alternative options, ensuring that my stay remained comfortable and enjoyable.Another aspect that caught my attention was the distance between the front beach and the sea. Although it was farther than expected, the hotel’s stunning surroundings and peaceful atmosphere more than made up for it. The well-maintained beach area offered a serene escape from the bustling city.In the evenings, I did encounter some occasional noise from nearby establishments. The loud music could be annoying at times, especially when seeking a peaceful ambiance. However, I found that during the majority of my stay, the hotel’s serene environment allowed me to unwind and relax, creating a balanced experience overall.I highly recommend POTB to those seeking a relaxing getaway with comfortable accommodations and impeccable service. AAleksandr P.We stayed at the hotel for 8 days. The hostess upgraded our room category at no additional charge. The room is modest, but it has everything you need. Breakfasts are delicious and filling. Coffee is provided free of charge at any time. The location is good, the market, pier and the village center are very close. From the hostess you can purchase island tours and order a transfer to the airport. The service staff is friendly, attentive, and helps resolve all issues.

GGuest UserIt's located right in the center. The room is simple with amenities (toilet and shower in the room). Everything is simple and clean. If you want peace and quiet, you won't find it. There's a bar on the ground floor where people sing until midnight. But that didn't bother me. The hostess, Fili, is very nice, welcoming, and treated me with warmth. She fed me, gave me little gifts, and took me to the beaches several times.
