I chose this hotel because it had oxygen supply in the room. I didn't expect that the oxygen supply machine malfunction alarm woke me up at 3 o'clock in the morning. I didn't sleep well in the plateau, and then there was a power outage and water outage at 7 o'clock. I could only eat two buns and porridge bought from outside for breakfast. The experience was really a bit bad. I didn't sleep well all night, but the service was ok."

Diffuse oxygen supply: I suggest adding an indicator sticker to the machine. Service: The service was impeccable. We arrived quite late. The establishment was very attentive, waiting for us and even coming to meet us at the door to make sure we couldn't find it. They also asked if we needed any help with our luggage. My suggestion is to replace the toilet paper in the room with facial tissues. Currently, they use rolls, and when you pull them, the whole box falls to the floor."

The design is thoughtful; the owner's mother said it was designed by her daughter. Service: Excellent. The staff proactively helped carry luggage to the room door; breakfast is provided, including homemade buns (not pre-made), congee, butter tea, coffee, etc. I chatted with the owner's mother for a long time while having breakfast. She's especially happy if you like her butter tea! She kept praising the government's policies, saying they make life in Litang better, more convenient, and safer. She's very kind and warm! She even said she'd make me braised beef with potatoes and homemade yogurt next time I pass through Litang! Superb!"

"This was the most satisfying hotel/B&B of this trip. It truly exceeded my expectations and was a fantastic value compared to other B&Bs in Zhejiang! Although it's a bit far from Litang, it's closer to Yading Airport, allowing me to sleep in a little longer. Occupying a small hillside, it's a converted abandoned house. The rammed earth shimmers beautifully in the setting sun, and the view of the vast grassland in the distance is truly soothing. There's also a cafe at the foot of the hillside. Speaking of the room, after all, it's been open for 24 years, so it must be in excellent condition. It's spacious and has a ******* feel. There are plenty of windows, which I love, so I can enjoy the view even while lying down. There's an oxygen concentrator, so I slept very well. Finally, the food was excellent! The service was also excellent, with a smile on their faces. Since we had a flight the next day, breakfast was even delivered to our room. Overall, this is a hotel/B&B with beautiful scenery, solid facilities, and excellent value. I'd definitely choose Arro Khampa again on my next trip."

"I didn't have high hopes, but I booked the guesthouse casually because it was close to the old street. I was pleasantly surprised by the room's style – warm and inviting. It was my first time in the highlands, and I thought I wouldn't sleep well, but I slept very well. The mattress was very comfortable. I arrived in the afternoon, and as soon as I entered the room and opened the curtains, the sunlight streaming in from the first floor made it feel exceptionally pleasant. The hotel also provides diffused oxygen, which is a great help for those experiencing altitude sickness. In the afternoon, I went to the old street to take photos and borrowed costumes at the front desk. The young ladies there helped me put on the costumes and style my hair; their attitude was excellent, and they were very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, with both ethnic specialties and Chinese breakfast options, and the facilities were complete. The young ladies at the front desk were also very attentive, upgrading my room type for free and explaining that there was renovation work downstairs, and my room might be a bit noisy in the morning, so they were worried about disturbing my rest.
