I will always like to stay in GreenTree Inn. First of all, it is a brand chain with good facilities and guaranteed quality. The hotel is designed to separate wet and dry areas very well, so that a family of three does not interfere when it is time to wash up. The hotel also has smart wake-up settings. Due to the high altitude of Litang, oxygen release equipment is thoughtfully installed in the room. , the toilet is also a smart toilet. For me who is afraid of the cold, I will come back next time I have a chance~

The floor of the room we checked into was very dusty and many traces of hair from.orevious guests! It was all over, on the bedroom floor, window, bathroom and shower.. I requested them to vacuum the floor and they did. Then I got a sec ere headache from altitude. I couldn't sleep through the might be of the main reasons I booked the hotel because they provided Oxygen machibe in the room. U fortunately ours was not working. Went to the reception at around 3ish am and she gave me an oxygen canister. Which helped a little bit. I also booked a more expensive room to get a more spacious room and better view. Unfortunately I had the worst view of all!. It was my only window facing a rooftop with all the cables and metals. The following day my guide called the manager at least 3x to speak to him and share the concerns but the manager didn't answer and never returned the call. Thus us another IHG terrible experience with hitel manager! No personal interaction with customers for feedback. Litang itself is a wonderful.and very special place. We loved it there.

The hotel room is large, the facilities are very new, clean, the surrounding eating is also convenient, and the overall satisfaction. I like Litang very much and I will come again next time.

When I came in, I was very warm. I sent fruit and made white peach oolong tea. I also requested that both rooms provide oxygen generators. The room was cleaned very clean, and the breakfast was configured in a good position, which was more general, but it was understandable. But living in Litang, which is 4,000 meters above sea level, is really cautious, because the oxygen content is particularly low, which is also a reason why I regret choosing a homestay. Because I slept in the early morning, my daughter was seriously high, the blood oxygen fell below 60, and the body was still a little hot. The oxygen generator was also running out of electricity because it had been using it. I want to find the front desk to help, but because there are no rooms in the homestay, there is no one at the front desk, and I can't get any help. I can find the charging cable of the oxygen generator at the front desk by myself. I stayed up until 7 o'clock in the morning and didn't see anyone at the front desk. Later, the driver of the chartered car contacted me to send my daughter to the hospital in time. This point, I still want to say that if you choose Litang to live, you really need to be cautious and cautious!

No matter how long it was put, it was yellow water. I called the customer service and said that the snow on the mountain caused their water to be muddy. I wanted to ask if there is no water company filtering in Litang? Is our hotel the river that I picked up from the mountain?
