GGuest UserI saw great reviews for this guesthouse online, so I booked it to try it out, and it truly is excellent value for money! It's off-season now, so breakfast isn't usually provided, but the owners are so welcoming they still asked if I needed breakfast, and said they'd offer it for free if I did! The room facilities are very complete; there's an oxygen machine, so you don't have to worry about altitude sickness at all. The owner also very thoughtfully recommends local Litang delicacies and travel tips. Essentially, if you choose this guesthouse, you don't need to plan anything yourself; the owner has already prepared everything. You can just come without a worry. If you have any questions, just contact the owner, and they will respond enthusiastically and proactively. I'll definitely be back in the summer! Oh, and in the lobby, there's a guitar, a sound system, and an electric piano. If you play an instrument, your experience here will be even better! You can sit by the fire, play music, and sing – it's incredibly comfortable and enjoyable.

CCaoyizhengWhat else can I say? I stayed here for four nights in total. I got drunk with a friend I just met, drank wine and chatted with the host Liu of the youth hostel, cooked a few dishes by myself, grinned for a long time, walked around Litang, visited Genie, and finally The wonderful thing is not the scenery on the road, but the youth hostel and the charming people I met on this road. My comments are just personal opinions and are nothing more than a reference. The real journey requires all my friends to come and experience it in person. This youth hostel remembers the memories of many people and feels the crystal city of Litang in the sky.
Litang, Boss Liu, and those who are still on the road, we will meet again in the world.

GGuest UserWe flew straight from Daocheng Airport to Genie. The owner provided us with an oxygen concentrator, which we used for a whole day before leaving the house. The autumn scenery in Genie truly did not disappoint. The ”Eye of Genie” and Zeba Village are beautiful sights to behold. A leisurely stroll through Genie is very pleasant. I highly recommend visiting Genie if you're going to Western Sichuan!! The guesthouse owner, who had been traveling in an RV, eventually settled in Genie and opened a warm and welcoming guesthouse. The cleanliness was remarkable for the village. I was worried because I forgot to bring disposable bedding, but it turned out the linens were fragrant and quite clean. Most importantly, they provided disposable towels and toilet seat covers 😫. In the mornings, there was even breakfast made by 07's mom. We also tried the burgers and coffee, which were very hearty. The meat patties were all handmade with yak meat. The yard was full of Gesang flowers, and they had just had a kitten named Stewed Pig. Our trip to Genie was perfect!

GGuest UserThere was no one at the check-in front desk. It took more than 10 minutes for the front desk to come. Then I checked in, but the front desk never did it. Because the room type we stayed in didn't have it. He told me to move to the mahjong room. I don't agree with being afraid of noise because we went out with our children and worried about their poor sleep. I spent almost ten minutes at the front desk. Then the front desk asked the boss whether they should upgrade our room to have an extra oxygen bar! In the end, the boss didn't agree. Then the front desk ran upstairs to clean the house for us. When I got to the room, the boss had just come out of the room I booked. The room is facing the elevator door. I checked my reservation and requested that it not be at the elevator entrance. The boss finally upgraded the aerobic room for free. In fact, it’s just a few dozen dollars. When I entered the room recently, there was one toothbrush and one teacup missing and no tea bags.

You can't see the Gnie Ice Cap directly from the wild house, so you need to pay attention to this. Need to walk forward or backward some way. But it can't stop the mesmerizing scenery from the hotel. The decoration of the hotel itself is also very tasteful, with lots of flowers and plants, and a fireplace to keep warm at night.
In terms of rooms, 15 square meters is actually fine, rooms of this size abound in Japan or even smaller. It can spread out one 26 and one 20 suitcases, completely stress-free. Personally, I booked this room type looking out for the best scenery. A few rooms look out onto the road.
Let's talk about some shortcomings. The bed has collapsed, and there is a tilt in the body when lying there. Soundproofing is a bit poor, however prepared earplugs.
Finally, both sides of the bed are placed table lamps, although the atmosphere is full, but in fact there is no need, the head of the bed still needs to put mobile phones, water cups, glasses place, it is recommended to improve o.
Overall, it's still worth recommending. Breakfast is rich, also comes with drinks, fruit. The volunteers in the shop are also full of energy.

AAlessandro AsteI had a really good time and the people who work there are wonderful. They helped me with every problem. Such as finding a car to catch the bus to Chengdu in the morning and they can help organise excursions to the best places. The facility is very nice and new and neat and has a beautiful museum inside where you can see how they make textiles in the traditional way with looms. Was a wonderful experience.

GGuest UserThe owners were nice but I couldn't communicate in English. They have a hotel cat.
The room was really nice, but there were some issues. The ceiling was leaking water overnight. A constant drip sound and water on the floor, luckily not on the bed. My bathroom also has drainage problems. The floor was also very dusty and dirty. It was explained in the morning when a sledge hammer was being used on the floor above starting at 8am. Not a big issue, but they also didn't give me the obligatory two bottles of water. I had to boil my own. No heating, but there is an electric blanket.
This will be a good hotel once they sort a few issues out.

GGuest UserThis is a very serious comment. We checked in yesterday and it was a little rainy. After booking, we went to the hotel and the front desk came to pick us up and help us with our luggage. We booked a mahjong room. I was really shocked after entering. The room I booked at this price gave me the feeling that it was the most cost-effective hotel during our week-long trip. Not only was the service attitude good and welcoming, the room was also clean and beautiful, and I experienced the simple friendship between different nationalities. If I have the chance to drive 318 by myself again, this hotel will be my first choice.

The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower space was also generous with plenty of hot water.
