"It's close to the airport. Check-in is possible even late at night. The rooms are fairly clean. Minimal amenities are available. There's a nice pool. I didn't use the gym this time, but I'd like to try it next time I visit the facilities. The price is reasonable, making it perfect for solo travelers. This is very convenient for late-night flights. The shower has weak water pressure. Hair dryer provided. No toothbrush provided, so you'll need to bring your own. There was a large refrigerator. There was also a coffee maker. Open the curtains and you'll see the beautiful pool right in front of you. The lack of a convenience store nearby is a bit of a downside. The currency exchange with the best rate in Cebu is a plus. Very quiet location. Perfect for solo travelers."

"Was looking forward to our stay with the rebranding of Belmont to international chain Mercure. GOOD: 1. Staff is great, friendly and helpful. Diane at the check-in counter was helpful. 2. 6-7 minutes walking access to the private beach and outdoor pool shared with Savoy Hotel. 3. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. 4. It also has an indoor pool, gym, and spa. COULD BE IMPROVED: 1. For a 4-star hotel, Pulo's breakfast was average with nothing special or memorable. The food selection for the buffet is plentiful but not premium. The service of the attendants is lacking. Once seated, no one approached us to offer water or coffee during breakfast. Spread is a decent size so you'll find something to fill you up. 2. There is sewer smell in the lobby of our floor and inside the elevator at times. One staff admitted that the building has plumbing issues in the basement. 3. Elevator security system is faulty. Would not accept my keycard so could not go to our floor. Had to approach the reception desk THREE times to have my keycard checked. Eventually a staff had to accompany me to the elevator to tap my floor."

"Facilities: No kettle. Cleanliness: Relatively clean. Environment: Quite quiet nearby. Service: The front desk staff were excellent and had great English. I booked this hotel through Trip.com for a one-night stay as I was returning to Cebu from Bohol in the evening to catch an early morning flight, and it offered good value for money. Although it's a small hotel, they provide wake-up calls and taxi booking services, which was very convenient."

"We had the most wonderful 7 night stay at the Lex Hotel Cebu. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. We took advantage of the hotel shopping shuttle service and especially formed a lovely bond with the two drivers, Roe was one of them and unfortunately we didn’t get the second guy‘s name, but they were so lovely and made us feel comfortable and safe the whole time. They would also share knowledge and history of landmarks we would drive past. The buffet breakfast was lovely, although they didn’t have a huge western selection we were grateful to be served wonderful local cuisine every morning. The staff in the restaurant Kai were also wonderful and took great care of all guests. The rooftop pool is shallow but lovely enough to cool down on a warm day with a cocktail.. the location is fantastic with everything you need near by and the very popular House of Lechon just down the road. Thanks guys, if we’re ever back in Cebu, we’ll be sure to stay again."

"It was one of the best hotel/resort that I have ever stayed! That’s why it was very busy and crowded but in a good way. It has a great location; near airport and not far from the city proper and they have nearby beach. Their opportunity for improvement is perhaps the food. But overall we enjoyed our stay."

The omelette station deserves special mention: the chef was not only friendly and fast, but truly outstanding—hands down the best omelette experience I’ve had at any hotel. It sounds like a small detail, but it made mornings feel a little more special. We also tried the lunch and dinner buffets, and they were spectacular. The selection was generous, the presentation was inviting, and everything we tasted felt thoughtfully prepared. It’s the kind of buffet that actually feels like part of the vacation rather than just a convenient meal. What really stood out overall was how well the hotel works for both individuals and families. We also found it easy to get to other major malls like Ayala Center Cebu and Robinsons Galleria, so getting around for errands or leisure was never a hassle. All in all, Radisson Blu Cebu delivered on service, food, comfort, and convenience. I’d highly recommend it—especially for families looking for a reliable, enjoyable stay in Cebu."
