GGuest UserExcellent hotel! The rooms are cozy, and the staff are polite and helpful. The rooms are fresh and clean, and the grounds are well-maintained too. The location isn't the most convenient if you're on foot, but the hotel itself is in a beautiful spot. They also offer scooters at a very good price – cheaper than renting them 'on the street'. When we arrived, all the scooters were taken, but the girls at the reception suggested a company they work with, and everything was delivered right to the hotel for us. When a hotel scooter became available, we took that. They also helped us with tours. We initially booked the hotel for 2 nights, but we loved it so much that we extended our stay for another 3. By the way, the transfer from the hotel is also more cost-effective than arranging it yourself.
The hotel owners, Nick and Raquel, are very kind and open-hearted; it was a real pleasure and very interesting to chat with them. Abigail and the other girls are also positive and always ready to help. At this hotel, you feel like you're visiting close relatives. Thank you! We would be very happy to stay with you again!)

AAnonymous UserI imagine this was once a very good hotel, but its best days are definitely behind it. Half of the grounds are abandoned, with dilapidated bungalows standing empty, and cows grazing just beyond the fence.
My room was spacious, perhaps even too much so, with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains from the terrace. The furniture was a bit worn in places, but perfectly acceptable. However, you'd expect more from a hotel of this caliber. Cleaning was done twice a day, but it was just okay, nothing special. There were also a lot of mosquitoes, and due to the high ceilings, they were hard to get rid of, biting all night long.
The beach was beautiful and well-equipped. I didn't like the sea though – it was murky and there was no marine life.
The prices at the restaurants and bars were above average, which was to be expected. There were evening shows.
You could stay here for a couple of days, but I wouldn't come back a second time.

AAlina MokerovaThis place is incredible, it exceeded all our expectations! It's a whole complex: there's a farm with an ostrich and other animals, a large pool with a beautiful view, in the evening you can watch movies from YouTube and they even give free popcorn; various board activities (Jenga, puzzles), ping-pong, badminton. In short, we didn't get bored at all for two days. The staff is generally responsive and resolves issues quickly. The only thing is they cook slowly, but maybe that's the country's mentality (I'm not sure about that), we eventually got used to it and ordered at least half an hour in advance. We also had some issues with the food; after one dinner with shrimp, I had an upset stomach. Many dishes are spicy, probably with local spices. Twice I asked for the pasta to be redone for my child so it wouldn't be spicy, and in the end, I just asked for plain spaghetti without sauce, and they still didn't get it right. I can recommend this place, but with a caveat about the kitchen.

AAnonymous UserI stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The staff are very friendly and the location is great. I can grab a coffee, local nor junk food less than 1 km from the hotel. The mountain view is great, but the floor is dusty (maybe because of the renovation) and the hot water is working a little slow, but no complaints, and they have a bidet! Also, you can ask for a blanket if you need one. I'm looking forward to coming back to Cebu and staying here again.

GGuest UserThis is an 'one-island-one-hotel' concept, and the environment is beautiful. There are many activities to choose from on the island. We only stayed one day, but you could easily spend more days here and not run out of things to do. You can snorkel on both the east and west sides. On the west side, there are more local guides (outside of the hotel) who can take you snorkeling. Apparently, you can even spot baby sharks, though we didn't see any. Definitely don't arrive at the pier at the last minute for the boat to the island; make sure to get there early.

GGuest UserOverall good experience with Tsai. It's located in the city center near the Cebu IT Park. You can just ride a jeep going to Ayala Terminal where you can ride the bus going to Tops and it's also accessible to malls and restaurants. Our room also has a balcony which is super nice

We enjoyed the pool and the kids' play area with our 1-year-old, though it’s worth noting that the play area requires an extra entrance fee. The location is excellent—very convenient and within walking distance of IT Park. However, the service was disappointing. The staff weren't very proactive or attentive; we constantly had to go out of our way to ask for basic assistance rather than being offered help.

GGuest UserThe room smelled of cigarettes, probably from the old air conditioning. The hotel is very old and rundown, but if you're looking for something cheap for one night, it's okay. The beds are comfortable, and there's a supermarket and various attractions nearby.

VVeeerI like how the hotel receptionist are warm and welcoming. The room is also clean and spacious. A suggestion is that there should be a slipper and towel for guest. And bell should be alert whenever there are guest arriving specially if they have many and heavy things because when we arrive for check in it was just us ladies who pushed the cart and mind you it has stairs to enter the front desk. A little kindness won’t hurt. Overall place was nice just put effort on customer service. That would really help.

GGuest UserThe reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
