Amazing
SSam 龙The hotel is clean and location is convenient if you are driving. It provide free indoor parking. There are not a lot of restaurant around this hotel. The bed is comfortable but the wash basin and WC is modern but not well designed (please refer to the photos). There is no back splash for the basin and the WC is not fully enclosed with air ventilation. The bath towels is a bit worn.

GGuest UserI stayed in August 2025. The two female staff members were very kind and planned the tour. The room is clean enough to relax, but I spent a lot of time drinking coffee and alcohol in the free lounge space next to the reception. Thank you for the comfortable time.

**Location**: Nestled on a pristine beach, the resort offers breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and lush greenery. The serene environment is perfect for relaxation, and the nearby attractions, including stunning waterfalls, are easily accessible.
**Staff Behavior**: The staff at Badian Island were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing personalized service that truly made us feel special.
**Food**: The dining experience was delightful! The restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring local and international cuisine, all expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Each meal was a culinary journey, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood and traditional Filipino dishes.
**Special Touch**: We also celebrated our son's birthday during our stay, and the resort graciously arranged a small cake for us. It was a lovely surprise for him that made the day even more beautiful.
Overall, my stay at Badian Island Wellness Resort was nothing short of magical. The combination of stunning location, outstanding service, and delicious food made it a truly memorable getaway. I can't wait to return!

MMustafa KhazabiThe facility and the room was clean, Breakfast was also good. The location though was a bit far but accessible by many minivans and jeepneys to almost everywhere. The only downside was that the facet in the bathroom was not aligned with the basin when washing hands and water drips out. Otherwise everything was good and I will go back again

TTore FFor the price, perfect, water heater for making my aeropress coffee was provided, mugs, large enough room, clean and nice bathroom. Very nice staff, a little early for housekeeping, but no problem doing that later. I will stay there when I'm in Cebu.

GGuest UserThis hotel is worth every penny. Aesthetically it is very beautiful inside and out. The staff are all very kind and helpful. Everything was very clean and spacious, and the rooftop lounge has breathtaking views of the city. Cons: the Kind sized apartments on the higher floors all face an abandoned building, and the patio doors are locked so that you cannot use your patio.

AAnonymous UserWe had a 5day stay at this hotel with my colleague and first encounter was unpleasant due to the room given to us has no lock and door was extremely noisy when opened causing disturbance to other and picture of room was not the same as offered on the website. However, Kuya Ben and 2 female front reception were kind enough to provide another room for us which is better than the first one which is great.
Pros:
- Location is very convenient as it has a self laundry infront if the hotel, 3 mins walk to jollibee, nearby pharmacies and stores.
- Staff are hospitable and kind.
Cons
- HSKP cleaned our room with a do not disturb sign placed on our door knob. It was a kind gesture but lack of security feels on our side as you can inform guest via call on the mobile if not answering a room call, all our important belongings were there. Nothing were lost tho but as a hotel, courtesy call is a must before going inside and touching guest’s thing inside the room.
- Website photos should be updated as some rooms were not as advertised. Comfort room should have a door cover from the shower area.
- Lack basic amenities unless you ask for it. Towels smells bad. Room has mosquitoes.
Either way, kindness of staff were our compensation and its okay, 3star hotel. Hope they can improve their website, room and implement more strict room policies regarding hskp as security of guests have more impact more than just nice rooms. :)

I stayed at this hotel recently for one night (just for a FunRun Activity on the next day) and had a mixed experience. Here are some key points:
Parking: Limited parking space. If you leave and return later, you might not have a spot — and it's basically your problem.
Cleanliness & Pests: The room was clean and well-lighted, but I had an issue with black ants coming out from the air conditioner when I turned it on. (See attached photo, unfortunately I can't post a video to show how the black ants almost covered the pillows and some part of the bed )
Air Conditioning: It works, but definitely could use an upgrade.
Shower: Water flow was weak — not ideal after a long day.
Bathroom: There was an unpleasant smell that lingered after using it.
Staff: On the positive side, the staff were good and helpful. I messaged their Facebook page and within a few minutes, housekeeping arrived.
Room Size: Small, but comfortable and tidy.
Would I stay again? Maybe,

GGuest UserThe reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
