"I booked the largest corner room at this hotel, and while it was a bit smaller than I expected, it's still acceptable given that Japanese hotels are generally compact. There was absolutely no problem laying out two large suitcases flat on the floor. The view from the window was lovely, and on a clear day, you can even see Mount Fuji. The hotel has a very popular sky pool, which requires reservations to enter, but it's great for photos. Breakfast was decent, pretty standard fare, though you might have to queue if it's crowded. The location is excellent – it's quiet despite being in a bustling area. The subway station is about a five-minute walk away, and there are convenience stores and large shopping malls nearby. I much prefer this area to the vicinity of Yokohama Station; you can even walk to see the Ferris wheel from here. I would definitely consider staying here again on future visits."

"I specifically chose the Imperial Hotel for my birthday, and they gave me a small gift and upgraded my room floor. During my stay, I thought, 'it's not that amazing,' but as soon as I left, I started missing it 🥲. What a turn-around! From the moment I walked in, there was someone there to assist me, and the service was just right – not overly enthusiastic, which was perfect. My only regret is that I didn't get to experience the 17th-floor breakfast buffet; when I went at 7:45 AM, I was told there was a 20-minute wait. Also, when I paid at the lobby bar, they didn't mention the in-house guest discount. It wasn't a lot of money, but it was a bit annoying 😕. I'm also not sure if the toiletries have been changed; they weren't the Mikimoto brand I saw online, but a different one."

"The hotel is located in the curved building to the left of Sakuragicho East Exit. The front desk is on the 3rd floor, and guest rooms occupy floors up to about the 18th floor, making it very convenient. Downstairs, there's a commercial complex with Uniqlo, GU, and Muji. In the evening, the B1 supermarket offers discounts on cooked food, and on the ground floor near the subway exit, there's a century-old French bakery, which I highly recommend. The hotel has several entrances and exits, which can be a bit confusing at first. You need to figure out how to get to the 3rd floor from downstairs before you can access the guest rooms, as it requires transferring elevators. There's also a direct elevator under the pedestrian link downstairs that allows easy access in and out of the hotel, making it barrier-free for large suitcases. The commercial complex also connects to the hotel lobby, but you'll need a good sense of direction to remember the routes. This location is very convenient for visiting Anpanman Children's Museum, the CupNoodles Museum, Minato Mirai, Red Brick Warehouse, and Chinatown. Both subway and bus stations are downstairs, and Yokohama Station is just one stop away. A tip: one side of the guest rooms offers stunning Yokohama sea views at night, while the other side allows you to see Mount Fuji from your bed. If you have a preference for a specific view, be sure to inform the front desk. On the downside, the room facilities are a bit old, and the front desk's approach to service is traditional and somewhat inflexible."

"The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient for dining. The beds in the rooms are quite large, unlike typical twin beds. Although the hotel is a bit old, the cleanliness is decent. However, on our last night, around 4 AM, a drunk Japanese guest tried to open our room door. While they didn't succeed, it genuinely scared us. We immediately reported it to housekeeping, asking them to check the surveillance cameras. Housekeeping initially said the cameras couldn't see that area. Since it was still early morning, we decided to address it again at check-out the next day. When we checked out, we raised the issue once more. The front desk assistant manager, a woman named Junko, handled our complaint very seriously. Her English was excellent. I insisted that the cameras be checked immediately. When we returned from dinner, she confirmed it was a drunk Japanese guest. Regardless of whether that's true or not, I appreciated her positive attitude. Everyone knows Japanese people enjoy drinking, and I just wanted to bring this to the hotel's attention, hoping they'll take incidents involving intoxicated guests trying to open random doors seriously to prevent them from happening again!"

"I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights. The location is definitely one of its strongest points. It’s close to Ueno Park, and the park view from the hotel is truly amazing. There are also plenty of late-night food options nearby, which makes it very convenient - specially if you arrive late. The room size is quite small, but that’s fairly typical for this area and price range, so it wasn’t a surprise. However, I did face an issue on the first night. I had booked this hotel specifically for its location and view, and I was scheduled to arrive late at night. When I reached the hotel around 3am, I was informed that my room was unavailable due to overbooking. This was very confusing and disappointing, as I had a confirmed reservation. The hotel arranged for me to stay at another branch for that night and covered the taxi fare both ways the next morning. While I appreciate that they handled the transportation cost and tried to resolve the situation, it was still inconvenient. I chose this branch for its location and had business commitments the next day, so having to move between branches cost me valuable time and energy. That said, the hotel itself is still nice overall, and both the reception staff and the manager genuinely tried their best to assist and support me during the situation."

"Didn't expect to find such a great value-for-money hotel in Tokyo Bay. I was attending an exhibition in Odaiba, and it was just a 3-stop ride on the Yurikamome Line, then a 2-minute walk from the station exit on the same level to the hotel lobby. The hotel's main selling point is definitely the Tokyo Bay city night view. Even the hot spring on the 14th floor faces Tokyo Bay. The room size was adequate, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking, with noticeable dust accumulation in several spots. There are some restaurants directly opposite in Senkyaku Banrai. Also, during my 3-night stay, bottled water was only provided for two days. There was no water on the day I checked in, which was probably an oversight by housekeeping."

"The hotel's interior is relatively new, and the rooms offer great views, including Tokyo Tower. The staff are also quite friendly. However, the room service food is mediocre, with limited choices. The breakfast selection is similar, with only bread and few other options. Overall, the food was rather disappointing."

"This hotel is perfectly located, just about a 5-minute walk from Haneda T3 terminal! If you're arriving by flight, you'll find it on the Arrivals (到着) level. If you're coming from the city via the Keikyu line, head to the Arrivals level first. Look for HANEDA AIRPORT GARDEN/羽田空港花园 (as shown in pictures 2-3), go inside, and just keep walking straight. There are many shops along the way, perfect for picking up souvenirs. Eventually, you'll see a Lawson convenience store, and the hotel lobby is right behind it. The distinctive decorative pillar (as shown in picture 5) is quite beautiful~ The room wasn't huge, but we only had one 30-inch suitcase for two people, and we were able to open it and place it comfortably. We chose this hotel because we had an early flight the next morning and didn't want to get up early in the city. Plus, you can enjoy the hot springs (public bath)! As someone from the south, this was my second time trying a naked hot spring experience after Yangzhou, and I even got to drink the milk that's often seen in anime after a hot spring bath – truly a dimension-breaking experience. In summary, this hotel is indeed excellent in all aspects and highly recommended for business travelers! What I especially want to share and praise is the hotel's service – it's incredibly humane and considerate! When checking in, you can use the self-service machine – it supports Chinese, just scan your passport and fill in your information. The room provides wet/dry slippers, toiletries, and even loungewear/pajamas if you plan to visit the hot springs. We had a last-minute request to add a person to our room (a friend who was with us at the hot springs couldn't get back to their accommodation in the city due to a Yamanote Line service disruption that day). The hotel doesn't seem to have triple rooms, and there was no space for an extra bed in our current room, but the front desk, even late at night, responded very promptly and responsibly to our request. Ultimately, they moved us to a slightly larger room and added a bed! While we waited, they proactively contacted us to update us on the progress and estimated waiting time – honestly, if my colleagues at work were this reliable, I'd have no worries! All in all, my stay at Villa Fontaine this time far exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely lean towards choosing this place again when I visit Japan in the future! P.S. Before booking, I saw on Xiaohongshu that this hotel has a seal-themed room, but I couldn't find it anywhere on Ctrip, or even on their official website 😢"

"The location is convenient, and the ramen at Yonaki Udon even comes with a soft-boiled egg, which is something the Onyado Nono I stayed at previously didn't offer. I checked in on a weekend, so I managed to use the public bath before 8:30 PM. It's really tiny, so don't expect too much; it's still nice for a foot soak, though."

"The hotel is conveniently located right above the airport bus stop, which is great, but honestly, there's not much difference in price if you take a taxi. I'd still recommend a taxi. The hotel is surrounded by excellent amenities; you can reach it right after exiting the subway. There are plenty of shopping malls and restaurants to choose from nearby. It's only a 30-minute ride from the hotel to downtown Tokyo, and getting to the airport by taxi takes just over ten minutes. I especially recommend the hotel's balcony! 🙊"
