The service was attentive, and the breakfast selection was extensive. Public transportation was convenient for getting around. The only minor drawback was that the soundproofing in the room was a bit weak, but overall, it offered great value for money."

"This newly built hotel was great – very clean and stylish throughout. Its location is excellent for shopping and getting around, right in front of Ryubo department store and close to Kokusai Street and the monorail station. The room was comfortable and the bedding cozy, so I had a really good rest. The breakfast was decent and tasty, but considering the price, the variety and selection were a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, I was generally satisfied with the location, room condition, and cleanliness, making it a hotel I'd want to stay at again in Naha!"

"The hotel location os really good. The receptionist checked our room before we checked in, but we later noticed a few issues. The room was on the 8th floor, above the car park level, with views of the surrounding area and a glimpse of the ocean. The room was spacious. A fridge, kettle, mugs, glasses, coffee, an ice bucket, and toothbrushes with toothpaste were all provided in the room. It was convenient to check into the hotel after 10 pm. The problem with the room was the large amount of dust on the air conditioning unit and the walls, as well as traces of dust and mould. We would ask the staff to pay more attention to cleanliness. "Let me start with the conclusion: I stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days alone, and I highly recommend it! First, the location is fantastic – it's tucked away in a quiet spot but still very central. It's just a 3-minute walk from the Tsubogawa tram station, making it super convenient to get to Kokusai Dori or the Prefectural Office, either by walking (about 10 minutes) or taking the tram. Plus, Don Quijote is right next door! The front desk is on the 5th floor, and I was greeted with such warmth from the staff during check-in. The room itself is really well-designed. One afternoon, I came back and opened the door to see the afternoon sun streaming onto the desk, chair, and bedside, creating such a cozy, home-like atmosphere. The main reason I chose Tokyu Stay is that the rooms come with a drum washing machine. For someone like me who always visits Japan for more than 10 days, this means I can refresh my clothes anytime, which is incredibly convenient for the rest of my trip. And you don't have to worry about the washing machine disturbing anyone; I tested the 2-hour wash and dry cycle, and there was hardly any noise. As for breakfast, even though the area isn't huge, there's always a little something different each day, which is a big plus. However, I do have a small suggestion: in the heated food section, like where the toast is, it would be great to add a 'hot' sign. The first time I reached for it, I accidentally touched the heated area, so just a little heads-up, haha. The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, the room is spotless, and the size was just perfect for me. In summary, my experience at Tokyu Stay for these 5 nights and 6 days was absolutely wonderful. If I come to Naha again, I'll definitely be booking here."

"We had a wonderful experience staying at Hotel Collective in Okinawa. The property is still very new and exceptionally clean throughout, making it a highly comfortable place to relax. Key Highlights of Our Stay: Great Perks for Families: They provide a dedicated kids' room that is completely free of charge. While it is not very big, it is still a nice bonus for families traveling with smaller children. Excellent Outdoor Jacuzzi: The outdoor pool complex features a fantastic hot tub with a jacuzzi function. The water temperature is kept very hot, which felt amazing on a breezy, cool day of about 18–20 degrees Celsius. Outstanding Breakfast Buffet: Future guests do not need to spend extra money hunting for authentic Okinawan food outside! The hotel's Vision & Emotion morning buffet serves an incredible spread where you can taste all traditional Okinawan dishes alongside Western and standard Japanese favorites. Pro-Tip for Future Guests: I highly recommend adding a little extra money to your booking package to include the breakfast buffet up front. It is absolutely worth it and saves you the hassle of searching for food in the morning!"

"Really happy with this stay. The location is fantastic — just a 5-minute walk from Asahibashi Station, with convenience shops, izakaya and restaurants all around, and a doable 30-minute walk to the other end of Kokusai Dori Shopping Street. The room itself was very clean and spacious for a Japanese hotel, with a firm, comfortable bed and hotel-quality sheets and blankets. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast available for an additional fee. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Naha."

"Facilities: The facilities are pretty standard, but the price is good, and it has everything you need. Cleanliness: You won't find a dirty room in Japan. Environment: It might not be very convenient if you don't have a car. Service: Parking is 1000 yen per night, which is acceptable. I'd definitely stay here again if I come back. There's no one around, so it's great for a run, and it's quiet at night."

"This was the best hotel I stayed at during my entire trip to Japan! After traveling around Japan for several days and changing accommodations multiple times, the warm and gentle hospitality of the Okinawan locals truly touched me. I was traveling alone and had planned to take a boat to an ecological island, but unfortunately, I was feeling extremely unwell due to my period and almost missed my boat. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; they immediately found an online Chinese translator and patiently assisted me with changing my boat ticket, allowing me to board smoothly and see the stunning turquoise ocean scenery as planned. Receiving such comprehensive care when traveling alone and feeling unwell filled me with gratitude and emotion. The staff were gentle and patient, and I genuinely recommend this hotel! I am so grateful for the hotel's immense kindness and warmth! I traveled to Okinawa, Osaka, and Kyoto, but the experience at this hotel was the best. Okinawan locals are truly exceptionally friendly and passionate."
