Pullman Properties in Sanya

I've stayed in other hotels in Sanya Bay before and found them to have poor soundproofing and airplane noise. The walk to the beach was long, and the underpass was dirty, which made me reluctant to stay in Sanya Bay again. However, this time at the Pullman Oceanview, none of those issues existed. It's a short walk from the public area downstairs to the beach access, and there's even an elevator. The underpass was also very clean. My child loved the water slides and went on them many times. The kids' club isn't huge, but it has everything needed and is very clean. I'll definitely prioritize staying here when I come back to Sanya Bay. A big thanks to our butler Vivi for her meticulous care.

First time visiting Sanya and all I wanted was a hotel where I could just relax. I did a lot of research and read countless hotel reviews before my trip, so I actually didn't have high expectations, but this place genuinely exceeded them! The only issues I could think of were having to cross a road to get to the beach, spotting a gecko in the room, an outdated hairdryer, the 'afternoon tea for dad' included in the package was a bit simple, and breakfast wasn't particularly outstanding. Also, the air conditioning wasn't very powerful, and the fridge wasn't very cold. But besides all that, everything else was excellent! The staff were very responsive, the bed was huge, the hotel was beautiful, the room was clean, and the pool was also quite clean. The room offered great privacy, and you could hear birds chirping (not too loudly), making time feel like it slowed down. I will definitely be back to stay here again! On a final note, don't listen to Trip.com's promotions; **[hotel name/website]** allows for room upgrades, but Trip.com doesn't. Giving a negative review to Trip.com, I won't be booking through them again.
