Initially, there was a slight odor in the room, but the housekeeper promptly addressed it after I contacted them. Their response was quick and efficient, making my subsequent stay very comfortable. The housekeeper's service was attentive and thoughtful, and communication was always smooth whenever I had a request. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and even during peak hours with many guests, the on-site management was well-organized. Overall, the hotel management is very professional. I was satisfied with my entire stay and will definitely choose Pullman again when I return to Sanya Bay!

Upon checking in, the manager, realizing it was our first visit, upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We also had a spa massage and ordered room service to watch the World Cup final that evening. The service was excellent throughout, making for a truly enjoyable vacation. The next day, we tried the hotel's photography service. The makeup artist did an amazing job, and the photographer was fantastic at creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere, resulting in some beautiful shots. It was a great photography experience. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!
