Pullman Properties in Sanya

Pullman truly lives up to its reputation as a star-rated hotel chain! The service is absolutely fantastic. As soon as we got out of the car, a staff member was there to help with our luggage, and check-in was super quick. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied, and the hotel is right on the beach. The facilities are excellent too! The complimentary photoshoot on 'Pai Pai Island' was also top-notch and yielded some really great photos. Highly, highly recommend! Our stay was superb, the hotel environment is lovely, and there's an underground tunnel directly to the beach. The location is also very convenient, close to the airport, with some good dining options nearby. Vivi provided thoughtful and attentive service. If I get the chance, I'd definitely choose to stay here again.

Huge thanks to Helena, our butler, for helping us get an upgrade! The direct pool access was super convenient. You can tell the hotel is a bit older, but it's really clean and that didn't affect our stay at all. The bedding was very comfortable too. They even turned on the AC for us before we checked in, and the room fragrance was lovely! There's a shuttle bus to the duty-free shop, and they offered a complimentary travel photoshoot, though we had to cancel due to time constraints. The only downside was the attitude of a couple of the pool lifeguards (I think they were on duty on the morning of the 4th and 6th). They were incredibly rude and had zero service awareness, lecturing guests about using equipment in a really impatient tone. 🙄 Overall, though, it was a pretty good stay!
