Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay Resort and Spa

My stay at the Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay was quite good. From the moment I added our butler Fiona on WeChat, the entire communication process was very smooth. The hotel grounds are expansive, and the coconut groves are lovely. I hope to visit again. The room was very satisfying, spacious, and comfortable, and the bathtub was super big, 👍

The room type was excellent, very spacious. We booked a family triple room, which was over 90 square meters, had a balcony, an open view, and plenty of sunshine. The room hygiene was superb; it smelled lovely as soon as you walked in, creating a wonderful ambiance. The toiletries were Balmain, with a subtle, pleasant scent that was very refreshing and relaxing. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied; we stayed two nights and couldn't even try all the dishes on both mornings. I also love the Grand Hyatt buffet in Hangzhou, so when I came to Sanya, I instinctively chose the Grand Hyatt without hesitation, and I made the right choice! I highly recommend experiencing it here!

The room was quite spacious, and the breakfast selection was very rich. The hotel's garden is exceptionally beautiful, offering great views. The staff's service was also very good, and it offers excellent value for money. I would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

Due to my limited time, I ultimately chose the Grand Hyatt among the many hotels in Haitang Bay, and it was my first stay here. Although my three-day trip was short, it left a lasting impression, and I now realize my choice of hotel was absolutely perfect. First, when I booked, I specifically called to request the highest floor available for my room type. Upon arrival, the check-in took a bit longer, possibly due to a large number of guests in the afternoon. While speaking with the front desk, I learned I had been assigned a 12th-floor suite. They asked if I needed a travel photoshoot. I casually asked if I could exchange it for afternoon tea or cocktails instead, not really expecting much, but to my surprise, the front desk readily agreed to give me a bottle of red wine. I was immediately struck by the breathtaking view as soon as I entered the room – a wide, unobstructed ocean view. The room was well-equipped and very comfortable. My butler, MAX, was incredibly thoughtful, sending a welcome message and hotel information, and he was always quick and accurate in responding to my questions. The hotel's landscaping is also beautiful. If you don't feel like venturing out, you can simply stroll around the grounds, or take a pleasant walk by the sea. The breakfast is extensive, but it can get quite crowded during peak hours; an alternative is the smaller restaurant in the North Tower. The 68 Food Street, right next to the hotel, is also worth a visit. After hearing my suggestions and feedback on my stay, the hotel even arranged a car to take me to the high-speed train station, which was a very thoughtful touch.

The Grand Hyatt boasts an excellent location with incredibly convenient transportation. The overall service is meticulous and thoughtful, and the facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped. Our butler, Fiona, provided exceptionally attentive and considerate service.
