Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay Resort and Spa

Traveling with family, we booked a twin room on the 11th floor. The room was quite spacious, enough for three people! There were many family activities arranged, but they felt a bit perfunctory, as it's not a dedicated family hotel after all. The butler only contacted us after check-in, and the welcome fruit was delivered on the second night. The butler service was great and basically accommodated all our requests. I heard the Grand Hyatt's breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and it truly was! The breakfast definitely deserves high praise. However, the low rating is due to the hygiene conditions. 1. The small bed had a takeout food smell, I'm not sure why. The next morning, my child's arm had many bites. We informed the front desk, and they arranged for pest control and a change of bedding. 2. The room had a pervasive musty smell, even the pillows, perhaps because it had been raining for a few days. The front desk arranged a room change to the 12th floor, but that room also had a musty smell, so we just gave up. They provided a dehumidifier, which is better than nothing. Upon check-out, the hotel, feeling they hadn't satisfied us, offered either an airport transfer or lunch. Those who understand, understand the intention behind this! Overall, it didn't meet my expectations.

Our stay was wonderful! The front desk staff were warm and polite, and our butler Rose provided attentive service. The hotel grounds are beautiful, perfect for taking photos. I've stayed in many five-star hotels, but this was by far the best and most extensive breakfast I've ever had – it looked so good I almost didn't want to eat it! It's very close to CDF Duty Free Shop for shopping, and Food Street 68 has a fantastic variety of food. The beach bar has an amazing relaxing vibe. We also tried Manmo Travel Photography; the photographer was great at finding angles, and the photo selection staff were patient and enthusiastic, leaving us with tons of beautiful travel photos. A perfect vacation!

We booked a Deluxe Ocean View Suite this time, and luckily we were assigned a room on the 7th floor, which offered a fantastic view. The room was well-equipped, and the mini-bar was complimentary on the first use. Our butler, Diana, thoughtfully gave us some sweet, fresh, and delicious coconuts and fruits. The breakfast was also quite good, with a wide variety of dishes in a lovely restaurant setting, and the food was served very quickly. Our butler, Diana, is a thoughtful, meticulous, and charming young lady; her service was excellent, and she was warm and cheerful. We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt this time!

The hotel's tropical garden setting is fantastic; it's a pleasure to stroll through, and it's just a short walk to the private beach with its fine sand. Watching the sunset by the sea in the evening creates a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and I felt very relaxed during my stay. The large bathtub in the room was great for a relaxing soak. Our butler, Dora, provided attentive and thorough service, responding promptly to all our needs.

Our stay at Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay was extremely satisfying! The hotel's garden landscaping is beautiful, the room offered excellent views, and the overall comfort level was high. The service from all staff members was impressive; the concierge proactively helped with luggage, the front desk handled check-in efficiently and warmly, and housekeeping responded promptly. Our butler, Diana, was professional and reliable, communicating smoothly and resolving issues effectively and efficiently. The hotel's dining and leisure facilities are comprehensive, creating a wonderful vacation atmosphere. It was a very pleasant trip, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sanya.

Our housekeeper, Diana, is an impressive woman. Tall and strong, with powerful arms and a physique like a wall. She has strong legs, sturdy arms, and a robust, muscular chest as solid as rebar. She's a woman of formidable build, standing like a stone tower and running like a gale. Her shoulders are like a double-door refrigerator, her eyes sparkle like cold stars, and her eyebrows are as dark as if painted. Her broad chest exudes an aura of invincibility. Her speech is grand, proclaiming lofty aspirations. Brave and bold, like a sky-shaking lion descending from the clouds. Strong of bone and sinew, like an earth-shaking pixiu gracing a seat. Like a demon-vanquishing lord from heaven, truly a powerful deity on earth, what a truly admirable woman! What a broad chest for a customer to lean on!! Alright, on a serious note, Diana's service was absolutely superb! She proactively checked in with us every day, replied to messages incredibly fast, and her service was so thoughtful. We even received farewell gifts when we left – two very practical sacks ∠( ᐛ 」∠)_. If you're staying in Haitang Bay alone and haven't seen the Grand Hyatt's evening fireworks display, then your Sanya trip is incomplete and has regrets. And if you don't get two Grand Hyatt coconuts, it's like not having eaten the Grand Hyatt's breakfast waffles. And if you don't get your waffles crispy and drizzle them with honey and chocolate sauce, it's like not having enjoyed the Grand Hyatt's sea-view bathtub, destined for a relatively less delicious life!

Had a fantastic stay! Grand Hyatt was my choice for the first night in Sanya and it left a great impression. I arrived at noon and they already had a room ready, so I didn't have to wait until 3 PM to check in. They even gave me a complimentary coconut. Breakfast was pretty good too; the fermented vinegar noodles were delicious, and there was a wide variety of other options.

Our stay was excellent. Although we encountered a few minor issues during our stay, the hotel staff were proactive in responding and resolving them promptly, providing excellent service and ensuring a very satisfying experience. My family and I were very impressed. Diana provided exceptional service, patiently listening to customer feedback and meticulously handling every problem. The room was spacious and comfortable, with soft and pleasant bedding. Being on a higher floor, the view was expansive and quite lovely. The front desk staff were professional and efficient, and communication was smooth. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Excellent stay, especially the breakfast at the poolside restaurant, which was absolutely delicious and made the experience almost perfect. Although there were a few minor issues during our stay, the staff were very responsive and handled them promptly after we provided feedback, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured as guests. We felt that our opinions and guest experience were valued and taken care of. If we have the chance to visit again, we will definitely choose the Grand Hyatt Sanya once more. For Sanya, Grand Hyatt is our top choice, and Diana our preferred housekeeper.
