Hyatt Regency Sanya Tianli Bay

The hotel service was very attentive, and the environment was great. All the facilities were excellent, including the beach, pool, and gym. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The only drawback was its proximity to the airport, so you could constantly hear planes flying overhead.

I stayed here last year and chose to come back again this year. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was very helpful. There are plenty of activities for kids. The beach wasn't crowded, so my child could play there all day. It's also very close to the airport. Highly recommend for families with children!

Had a great experience! The beach was beautiful with its own private section, and we really enjoyed riding the jet skis. The butler service was also very attentive; they could arrange a car to take us to the lobby and our room.

This time, I chose to stay here as I was leaving Sanya. It's really convenient being close to the airport, helping to ease travel fatigue whether you're just arriving or departing Sanya. A new discovery on my second visit: the travel photographers' skills have improved! Haha. The breakfast selection is much richer. The black tea at the Executive Lounge was also delicious. Perfect for walks by the sea, sunbathing, and lounging on the grass. I'll definitely be back next time.

The Hyatt Regency Sanya Tianli Bay is absolutely worth it! Five stars, no doubt! The private beach is incredibly comfortable, with fine sand and clear water. Watching the sunset there in the evening is so therapeutic, and it's not crowded, making for a truly relaxing stroll. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the ocean-view rooms have an amazing view; you can literally lie in bed and watch the sea. The toiletries are very pleasant to use, and the bedding is super soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread is incredibly diverse; the Hainan noodles and fresh juices are delicious. The service is also exceptionally attentive, with the concierge proactively helping with luggage and responding quickly to any requests. It's very close to West Island and Tianya Haijiao, making travel super convenient. The pool and recreation areas are also fully equipped, making it perfect for both a relaxing vacation and exploring local dining and attractions. The overall experience is fantastic, I genuinely recommend it!

The room was spacious and close to the airport. It was our first stop in Sanya, and our butler, Jingmei, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Some people complain about the plane noise, but I actually quite enjoyed the feeling of planes flying overhead. The weather in Sanya at this time was absolutely perfect.
