Thanks to Cissy for all her help (with my little requests! 😊) Sean John at the lobby was also super efficient. All the bellboys were fantastic! Their driving skills were top-notch! Ms. Jiang Huanhuan from housekeeping is very dedicated and responsible, extremely meticulous, and truly diligent. Thumbs up to her! She also provided excellent emotional support to the guests! A special thanks to Lin Shengqi! Originally booked for two nights, extended to four! Will definitely come again!

Pretty good! I think the service at this hotel is excellent. Calling for a car was super fast, available 24/7, and the service attitude was great. The pool was also very clean. Basically, all your needs will be met.

We booked the Royal Villa for two couples, and the hotel environment was incredibly comfortable. The master bedroom's shower opens directly into the pool, and there's also a large Jacuzzi that fits 2-4 people. You can also step right into the pool from the master bedroom door, and it's beautifully lit at night. Any issues were promptly handled by the hotel staff. The floating afternoon tea by the pool was also exquisite and delicious. I really loved it!

A special thanks to Ms. Tina from the restaurant for her excellent service! We dined at both the Chinese and Western restaurants, and Tina was incredibly enthusiastic, attentive, and thoughtful towards guests. We wish Tina all the best!

The hotel felt a bit older compared to a few years ago. I specifically booked it for the pool access room, which was fantastic for my kids, especially with the pool right outside. My only complaint is the limited number of kids' activities. Coming from MGM, the difference was quite stark. We spent most of our three days at the hotel, only venturing out for seafood because there wasn't much else to do there. Luckily, the cleanliness and service were good. Overall, I'd still recommend it.

Huge thanks for the room upgrade to the Myanmar Villa! The room was spacious and super comfortable. Even though it was a bit far from the public areas, the service was incredibly patient and enthusiastic. The shuttle bus was always on time, and they even confirmed our check-in time and preferences beforehand, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was also very generous, and the complimentary travel photography session was a great experience.

Very good, excellent service, quiet, and perfect for families to relax. Breakfast was decent, nothing particularly high-end, and the dinner buffet was just average. The hotel upgraded our room type.

I was surprised that such a big hotel didn't even have an air purifier when I asked the front desk for one that night. What really shocked me was the hairdryer; it was so old, I have no idea how long they've had it. There was also debris in the pool, so I didn't dare to use it.
