Liangting Properties in Sanya

This is my second time staying at Liangting, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and odor-free, and the kitchen facilities were complete, allowing us to make our own breakfast and dinner. The service was excellent, and the staff were very professional. The location is quite good, about a twelve-minute walk to Sanya Bay, which is perfect for seniors to take morning strolls and kids to go beachcombing in the evening. I regret my previous travel arrangements didn't allow me to stay two more nights; I actually felt a pang of reluctance to leave.

The room is located in Haitang Bay, with a very high cost-effectiveness. It provides butler-style service throughout the whole process, and solves various problems one-on-one. It is also very convenient to park there by car. The parking lot is free. It is very close to Wuzhizhou Island and Houhai. Thank you, the housekeeper, for being so considerate to help with the luggage. I will come again next time!

I booked a room late at night, and the store manager contacted me immediately to set up an independent group and implement the ”many-to-one” service, which allowed me to enjoy a good stay experience; during the service process, they were warm and thoughtful, and good at communication, especially Xiaofeng went to help us turn on the air conditioner and lights in the room in advance late at night, which was great. As soon as I entered the room, I felt a hint of coolness in the hot summer. Hygiene: High-end community, impeccable environment and sanitation, very satisfactory room sanitation, I have taken pictures and uploaded them, everyone can rest assured to stay, even the bottom of the bed is spotless beyond my expectation. Facilities: Benchmarking the standards of five-star hotels, first-class bedding, giving customers a safe and comfortable sleeping environment, and the bedding is all branded. According to the introduction, the mattress and pillow are all Menglily, and the four-piece set is Luolai Home Textiles, which is really comfortable to sleep. Environment: High-end community, there are security guards on duty 24 hours a day, very safe. The community is very quiet at night, and there is no fear of being disturbed when sleeping.
